I was shown to the party room and then to the locker room area. Experience-All in all, it was a great experience. The healing waters of the hot tub felt absolutely amazing. I also got the chance to experience the pool, the salt room, and the eucalyptus bath. It was truly relaxing, and I can't wait to go back!!! Food-With the package for my friend's party, we had a catered lunch. The grilled chicken sandwich was tasty yet a little dry. Not sure if this is offered with just the services offered at the spa. The complimentary White Ginger Pear tea was delicious. Ambiance-Spa ambiance was amazing, with lots of essential oils such as Lavender and Eucalyptus. Mama I finally made it. A lot of my friends come here whether it is for spa services or classes. I have heard a lot of good things about the Pearl Spa and I am glad that I finally got a chance to come here. My girlfriend had a 90 min Healing Waters session booked for this past Saturday morning and asked if I would like to join her. I am so glad that I did and I really needed this self care day. So what the Healing Waters entails are six water therapies that relieve pain, reduce stress, and restore the body, mind + soul through a series of thoughtfully curated water therapies. and you can add a session in the crystal salt room and enhance your immune system, purge toxins, and soothe and repair skin concerns. Right now the healing waters for 90 mins is going for $50 and if you want to get the robe an slippers it is an additional $10. You can also bring your own robe and pool slides if you like. My favorites out the session were the relaxing hot tub, cold plunge and the steam room. The steam room really pulls out the toxins in your body. They have really nice locker room area is really nice they have secure lockers for your belongings, a sauna and nice showers. Their wellness lounge offers clients time to relax before or after spa services or mindful movement classes. A wonderful place to share a cup of our signature tea with friends. Within the spa, a serene quiet lounge is available for use for those who prefer to relax in solitude. And if the spa is not your thing, they do offer mindful movement classes that are centered around self-care and are offered in a supportive group environment. Traditional yoga, barre, cardio and mediation sessions are available 7 days a week. I am really big on self care and centering my mind and body and The Pearl Spa gets it right. Recently came here on a Saturday morning for a deep tissue fill body massage with Luke (booked my appt 2-3 weeks in advance and he only had 1 spot left- they fill up quickly! Recommend booking yours at least 3 weeks in advance). It's a small business (yay!) with a larger chain feel as in there are plenty of body products you can browse and buy up front in the lobby area which is nice. the receptionist was polite. Got a quick little tour and was escorted to the locker room, you get a card with your locker number and code on it, they have showers too, very convenient. Then waited in the wellness area for the massage therapist to come get me. Afterwards was escorted to their small quiet lounge, brought my choice of tea (they had cucumber water and 2 tea options, I opted for the white ginger tea which was great). Very relaxing atmosphere in the quiet lounge. Enjoyed my massage, Luke was great and very professional (he asked about avoidance areas, focus areas etc the usual). I asked for some reflexology which he accommodated. Foot massage was great. Body felt so relaxed the rest of the day. I've been to several different luxury spas and this is deff my new fave local spot. LOVED the massage room ambience- spacious, nice aesthetic that's almost salt cave like yet still modern, and loved that they have a robe warmer you can use if you wish! After your massage you can stay and hangout in the lounge or sauna as long as you wish. Sauna was pretty hot, around 170F if I recall. Definitely makes you feel pampered. They also give you a complimentary brownie when you check out. Highly recommend coming here for a massage! They also have their healing water pool you can pay separately for time in. Decided to treat myself to a full day here and had an amazing time. First, I have to say that pretty much all of the workers were so friendly and welcoming. The place was spotless and felt very inviting--with plenty of room in the locker room (the sauna being an added bonus). I started with the 90 minute healing waters (and while I do think $50 is kind of pricey for this, and I wish there was a way to include like a 30 minute session if you're getting treatments done) I will say that the experience was nice! It does feel a bit warehouse-y due to the ceiling and the back window view of a parking garage, but it was spacious and the eucalyptus steam room was amazing. It wasn't too crowded because I was there mid day on a Tuesday, but I could expect it being a bit crowded on the weekends. I also do like the fact the healing waters is co-ed so you could make it a date with your partner! Then I had a back to back 60 min massage and 60 min facial with Falon, and it was excellent! Perfect pressure, so relaxing, towards the end I felt like I was floating. The perfect relaxing experience. After, Falon grabbed me some hot tea and I relaxed in the post-treatment relaxation room for a bit. I absolutely LOVE they give you a heated neck pillow for the relaxation room and also a brownie when you leave! Have been looking for an alternative luxury spa experience since the Four Seasons in Baltimore is SO expensive, and this place honestly blew FS out of the water in terms of overall price, amenities, and hospitality. We've visited Pearl Spa at both its former and current locations, and the atmosphere has changed dramatically. The old location felt like a true spa; the new one feels more like a gym with spa services. We began in the "relaxation area" which had constant foot traffic, a loud cart, and even an artist painting a mural. Even inside the service lounge, a diffuser kept loudly "psst'ing," breaking the calm relaxed feeling we had after our massages. We also checked out the "healing waters" which are essentially a pool and large jacuzzi with a strong chlorine smell and noisy crowd. While the treatments and providers are excellent, the overall environment is inconsistent with a spa experience. Go for the services, but not if wanting a tranquil spa experience. read more

We went for aquatic therapy but the class was canceled so we sat in the aromatherapy and salt rooms, the jacuzzi pool is a decent size with good temperature. There's an on-site jewelry kiosk, mini stations to purchase teas, lounge clothes and swim wear. I didn't get to see the massage area. They have a monthly membership you can purchase which gives you daily access to many amenities. I miss the aromas throughout and the warmth of relaxation you would normally feel. The pearl has moved to another location. Its now in columbia behind the whole foods down the driveway. I know this because it was hard to find and I was chastised for being 3 minutes late because the spa is hard af to find. so after we go through an office building with stacked waters in the corner we get into the spa. Its still a relaxing space in the front a weird layout but the sounds and smells are relaxing at least. Because we were 3 minutes late we werent shown to the locker rooms we got undressed in the massage rooms and carried our outside clothes in glorified grocery baskets. massage was disappointing. at a certain point the oils had worn down and I swore I got a rug burn. over all not the best massage ive ever had. We added the healing water to our massages because the new location doesnt have their Grotto or couples rooms. After our massages we were shown into waiting room still carting around our outside clothes. The walls are so thin you can hear conversations in the quiet room. On to the healing waters. I felt like I was in a slightly elevated public pool. the windows all around faced the car park and I get why they dont charge you too much. My sister, niece, daughter and I had appointments at The Pearl Spa for an afternoon of services. I'm not sure if they tell you when you make your appointment, but you should arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your start time, for time to check in & get changed. You get assigned a locker in the locker room. There are bathrooms, showers and a sauna. The locker room leads to the healing waters area. Our first service was the salt cave. Since there were 4 of us and there are 5 chairs, we had the salt cave to ourselves. They give you a cold eye mask to put over your eyes while you relax for the time period. It smelled wonderful inside and was peaceful for the most part. There was a loud sound that could be considered like white noise, but I think it was a mechanical noise. There's also like a ding that sounds every so often. Once our time in the salt cave was over, we had 90 minutes to utilize the healing waters. We started with the hot tub, which also has a waterfall which is great to sit under and loosen up the stress in your shoulders. We then sat in the Eucalyptus Stem Bath and followed that with the cold plunge. You get out feeling so revived and amazing. We didn't get into the restorative water pool, we sat in the lounge chairs and just relaxed. Lastly, inside the locker room, there was a sauna. We sat there for the last 15 minutes to end a great time of relaxation. Donte, who is an employee in the water area was absolutely amazing. Donte exemplifies customer service. He also congratulated each of us after we got out of the cold plunge. He made sure we whatever we needed, from water to the blanket/towels. There is a lounge area in the lobby with very comfortable couches and chairs, along with teas and cucumber water. We enjoyed our experience. There is also a spa with massages, manicures, pedicures and other spa services that we plan to check out the next time. read more

Today was my first time visiting THE Pearl Modern Spa & Boutique. I came with a friend to celebrate her birthday and planned a full spa day with massages. From the moment we arrived, everything started off really well. The staff was amazing, very welcoming, professional, and attentive. They walked us through the space, showed us the lounge area, and got us set up with lockers. The overall atmosphere was relaxing and the customer service was great. When it was time for our massages, both therapists were waiting and were very friendly. My friend had an amazing experience and really enjoyed her massage. Unfortunately, mine was the complete opposite. I had an older massage therapist and while she was kind, the massage itself was very disappointing. I asked for more pressure twice and she just wasn't able to provide it. The pressure was extremely light. It honestly felt like a child trying to give a massage instead of a trained professional. There was no real muscle work or relief at all. It felt like she was just using her forearm flat on my back and moving it up and down instead of actually working into the muscles. Afterwards, I talked to my friend about her experience and she described deep pressure, use of hands and knuckles, and really getting into the muscles, which is exactly what I was expecting too. For a $160 massage, I expect a quality experience that actually helps relieve tension, and that just wasn't the case for me. I drove an hour to try this spa because I had been wanting to visit for a while, so I left really disappointed. The ambiance is great (as far as I could see on a Friday morning). The place felt calm, and there was music playing all around. I loved the water/tea stations. I went for a manicure and pedicure. What I liked: the music, my actual nails ended up looking good, the front desk staff were super friendly, I got a small tour of the healing waters area and a brownie at the end. What could improve: the place, especially the nail area could be cleaner (some of the pillows were stained, the trays rusty, and there was dust on the lamp shades; it just didn't feel super clean). The person doing my nails was friendly overall, but was very particular about the way my hands were placed and kept moving them with an annoyed demeanor. Her body language just made it seem like she was a bit annoyed, but her voice never showed it. Ooo chile, I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. If you want a pampering experience where you leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated, The Pearl is the Place. They give you a plush terry cloth robe and guide you to a locker room with showers and sauna where you can leave your belongings. You're then guided to your room. My masseuse was the best ( I wish I could remember his name:( ) and his hands were absolute magic. The massage with the hot stones was an experience that I must repeat. The essential oils used are not only fragrant but add to a relaxing feeling. It was my first hot stone massage and I found myself dozing off and before I knew it the massage was over but not the experience. I got my robe back on and was guided to a dimly lit room with lounge chairs. Here I was offered cool glass of water flavored with mint and lime and allowed to relax as long as I wanted. I was so relaxed I dozed off again. 30 minutes later I woke up and finally prepared to leave. This is a great place to have a girlfriend day. The place is set up so you can go to common areas chat, eat, and just continue to chill, be still , and enjoy your day. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. It is a pet peeve of mine that when I book a massage, they don't fully massage me for the time I book (60 min, for example) since I'm paying for that service. The massage itself was very good. Strong hands, helped relieve many knots. I just wish it was a full hour (it was probably closer to 45-50 minutes). She came to get me a few minutes late and ended before the top of the hour. The Pearl is a gorgeous facility. No, not just because they utilize my favorite colors and smells like a spa that I cannot emulate at home but because I can tell they are trying. I did not like their version of Healing Waters and was completely taken back when I saw it was a small room that consisted of a hot tub and a pool. There were also a salt room which requires you to reserve prior as well as two different types of showers that were in the open and a plunge pool. There was also a hot sauna I believe in that area as well. It doesn't seem very personal to me and I was uncomfortable so I did not stay to partake in those activities. The staff were very helpful and pleasant. My masseuse was elated to be working there and informed me when she first did her walk through, she was on board. I don't believe I would return to The Pearl for their spa services because it isn't very personal. The windows surrounding the Healing Water look out upon unfinished grounds and which reminds me of a motel. read more

Having frequented other spas in the area, in comparison, The Pearl is mediocre. I purchased the Wellness Passport for $135, which allowed access to the Great Abyss, the Healing Waters, the Element Experience, and Sound Meditation. The Great Abyss was an experience where you are seated in a massage chair with calming music playing in headphones. It was just ok. The Healing Waters included access to a jacuzzi, cold water plunge, a sauna, and a pool. I tried the cold-water plunge for the first time! I was nervous with the water being 45 degrees, but it was actually refreshing! I would do this again. The Element Experience gave way to a nicely-temperature room where you are seated with a cold-eye mask. Supposedly, salt mists from the air. I couldn't see, nor feel the effects of the salt. Again, just ok. If I had to rave about anything, it would be the Sound Meditation. Consider this a true meditation experience with gongs and chimes. You can truly fall asleep with this experience. All-in-all, I've been. Wouldn't go again. I'll drive several miles south to Balian Springs. read more

I'm sure they do a great job with their other services, but I strongly recommend staying away from the permanent jewelry table. I scheduled an appointment on Saturday for a bracelet and was happy with my choice of chain and charm. Unfortunately, the bracelet fell off in the car on my way home. I went back a few hours later to have it repaired, only for the chain to break again within an hour. At that point, I couldn't return the same day, so I called. The person on the phone kindly offered me a refund and invited me back for a complimentary chain to make up for the inconvenience. I accepted and called Monday to schedule the appointment, clearly stating it was for the complimentary chain. The appointment was booked without issue. When I arrived (five minutes early), I wasn't seen until 15 minutes past my scheduled time. Chloe finally attended me at 2:15. To my surprise, she told me the new chain would cost extra. I explained what I had been promised, but after Chloe made a phone call, she came back and said the chain would not be complimentary after all. That meant I had now wasted three separate trips. At that point, I wasn't about to come back a fourth time. If anything, the complimentary chain should have been honored as a courtesy after I had to return multiple times for the same issue. Instead, I left frustrated and disappointed. As I said, I'm sure their other services may be worthwhile, but their customer service in this case fell short. read more

I have been going to THE pearl for their movement classes for about a year now, specifically for their yoga and heated flow/power flow yoga classes, and I very much enjoy them. I can't comment on the other services they have to offer (although I do want to try them one day!), but I very much enjoy their yoga classes and the workout I get from them. I've tried many teachers, and all of them were great. They play relaxing/fun music during the classes, and I like the cool towel you receive at the end. If you're coming here for the first time, the entrance can be tricky to find. I recommend parking in the large lot in front of the Whole Foods, and then walking down the side towards the lake near the playground and water fountain. You'll then see the entrance, which is on the side of the Whole Foods building. read more

The Healing Waters were great as always; if I went just for that, this would be five stars, easy; we much enjoy it and have done that several times. It's three stars today, because this time for my wife's birthday we thought we'd try out "The Element Experience". It wasn't much of an experience -- at least not a positive one. The website's listing suggested there would be guided breathwork/meditation -- there wasn't any. There was no music playing and the room wasn't particularly peaceful due to the only two sounds being the very loud mechanical hum of, I presume, water pumps driving the waterfall/hot-tub outside, and some sort of constant whooshing that sounded like maybe a ventilation system or a very weak attempt at white noise. Ultimately we took one of our cell phones and had *it* do the guided breath/meditation thing, since y'all weren't providing it as expected. We also thought there would be some sort of interaction with the salt theme -- that's the "element" we were there to "experience" after all -- but it only seemed to be a theme for the decor. That said, at checkout we said that we found this to be a bit of a letdown and were comped that portion of the service, which is why this is a 3-star review and not something much lower. Bottom line, we expected better of THE Pearl with regards to the Element Experience but were ameliorated by it not costing us anything. Would honestly be a lot more excited if you restored the "blue grotto" you had at the other, now closed location back in the day; we did that more than once and it had that specialness feeling we were missing here. They asked me three times if I'd like to make my massage longer which felt tacky. My massage therapist wasn't able to add the amount of pressure I needed despite asking. They messed up the times at check in and took forever figuring out the check in. When I made the apt they didn't tell me about the 1/2 off healing waters promo happening. When I asked about it on the way out they told me. The entire thing was just not well done. Would never want to bring anyone there again. So disappointing. For a $270 massage plus tip I felt less relaxed and just annoyed by the whole experience. My husband didn't even have a towel in the locker room to dry off with because the towels are in the hallway and there were none in the locker room. read more

I've been coming to THE healing waters at THE Pearl for a few months now and although most of my dislikes are based in personal preference, I'm sure there are others out there that would appreciate my feedback and possibly save them some money. THE Pearl needs to figure something out regarding how guests impact each others experience. Most guests are selfishly not mindful of those around them. You would expect a place called the HEALING waters to be somewhere you can find peace, serenity, relaxation, and HEALING. Most guests treat it more like an indoor recreational water park. Nearly every visit to the healing waters is met with the following: Loud conversations being held throughout the healing waters including in the sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi. (Including the staff.) Yelling conversations. Laughing, dancing, carrying on about their football team with the lifeguards. It's obnoxious. New-comers screaming, yelling, and making a scene when they try the cold plunge or step into the steam room as if they aren't literal adults. Lifeguards loudly and playfully counting how long someone can stay in the cold plunge. Guests having loud conversations on their cell phone. In the jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, lounge chairs, EVERYWHERE. The steam room being steam-less. And when it's steam-less you can see how badly the tile and grout are in need of some power washing. Gross. The super confusing "Vitamin Shower". A placard giving directions on how to use the various functions and how to adjust the temperature would be very helpful. Pictures and videos being taken by guests throughout the healing waters causing me and other guests to have to constantly be aware and move to avoid finding ourselves in the background of their vain Instagram or TikTok posts. (This happens in the locker room as well. The locker room where we are nude. Although there is a sign indicating no cell phone use, it isn't actually enforced.) Speaking of the locker room. The effect of music is huge. THE Pearl is also a spa, so relaxing spa music would make sense, right? NOPE! They play a mix of awful hotel lobby jazz music and this weird ambient techno. The showers are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, and body soap. All are a menthol fragrance. Again, this is personal preference but most women would prefer a floral fragrance. There is one bottle of body lotion available as chlorine is quite damaging to the skin. This single bottle is often filled only to the bottom where the pump cannot actually dispense any lotion. You can see spaces on the wall where two other bottles were once mounted. Put them back please? Guests that arrive near the same time frame are given lockers in the same corner of the locker room, resulting in awkward lack of space and difficulty moving around each other. I'm sure implementation of a locker rotation by area could avoid this. The waiting area for the spa is also not ideal, as it is placed in the middle of it all. There is water and tea which is great, but guests sit naked under a robe in the middle of people coming and going, casually conversing about their day, passing through for classes, and again, having loud cell phone conversations. Water sounds are played on speakers but can barely be heard over all of the commotion. I feel awful when passing through for the guests awaiting their service and often go out of my way to avoid the area although I'd love to partake in water or tea myself. I continue to visit because it's close to home and I would have to travel to Virginia for something similar. I simply hope management can at least do something about keeping guests mindful of each others experiences and take my feedback into consideration. read more

Called and had an appointment set for 4:45 for a full set of nails for my partner we sat in rush hour traffic for almost an hour , made it on time at 4:45 only to be taken back by technician & told by her that she wouldn't have time to do a full set even after knowing that's what was booked for Needless to say this was beyond upsetting & unprofessional bring my partner to tears , so we left and found another nail spa who did a tremendous job a mile away at MyAllure Nail Spa ( highly recommend) only to find out later that ThePearl Spa charged my Visa Card ...WARNING AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS THEY ARE LITERALLY FRAUDS !! read more

The whole experience was amazing. In the beginning of check in you will be given a robe, slippers and a neck pillow to start your healing journey. Then you're given a tour of the locker room where you can store your belongings. Phyllis was wonderful, she lead my full body massage. Very nurturing and that was so soothing to have when I am usually the one taking care of others. She would check in and ask if any adjustments needed to be made so that was relaxing. The wellness center with the jacuzzi, heated pool and eucalyptus steam room rejuvenated my whole body presence. I attempted the cold plunge and although I did not submerge fully it will be my challenge and goal to set to get my entire body inside. They do have an area outside with hammocks and chairs to enjoy the sun on a nice day This was the ultimate tranquil gift a person can recieve. I highly recommend to everyone I know. read more

The experience started before entering the spa. Beautiful flower petals and designs lead you to the meditation room. I enjoyed flower essence-infused food and drink. We blasted the city with love with 3 minutes of silence & group meditation. Then the Lotus Wei team presented a flower essence session. The team lead the group through an auspicious sound, smoke, & flower offering. During this time the team is misting the room with flower essence. I especially enjoyed the White Flower Visualization. The event wrapped up with Tibetan chanting. I would definitely do this again. read more

I had a 60 minute massage today with Kathleen that was outstanding; however, location and customer experience is everything to me but somehow The Pearl dropped the ball. The Fulton location exemplified spa from the front door to the experience with your robe and slippers. This location although larger lacks privacy. I did not enjoy coming into this massive lounge area to wait for my masseuse nor did I like going into the room afterwards to a male presence in the very room with me. What happen to the champagne and brownie? It's reduced to being in a plastic wrapper on your way out. Time to go elsewhere. read more

I have only been to THE pearl once for a pumpkin flower manicure, and I was expecting a relaxing experience, which I got, but the two manicurists working on the Wednesday I went with my sister were hilarious! They had great banter and it relaxed me in a way I didn't expect but it was a great experience. Even better is the fact that my gel polish lasted a full THREE WEEKS before I got a chip. I've never made it anywhere close to that long because I'm not exactly careful with my nails. This is on my natural nails... I live in York County PA but I'm seriously considering making the 45 minute trek to Columbia because I haven't found a good nail place like this anywhere around me! read more

hands down, the best massage I've ever had. Paisley was her name - ask for her if you are getting a massage here. The wife and I ventured here for the afternoon, and during the massage I was feeling bad because there's no way she got as good of a masseuse as I did, and i want her to have the best available, but afterwards, she said hers was also the best massage she's ever had. Save your money. This used to be a first class spa. Poor management, staffing, and unsanitary conditions. Very disappointing and sad.

I used to be a member of the Haven on the Lake many years ago (now known as The Pearl Spa) and I always loved it. The pool is amazing and the view while you are swimming is absolutely gorgeous. Once I was swimming in the winter and it was snowing outside - deep heavy beautiful snow coming down and it was magnificent. I had a 75 minute massage with Daniel yesterday and it was hands down the best massage I have ever had in my life. I am a 63 year old woman and I am very self conscious about my body because I am very overweight and out of shape from many years of working a desk job and not excercising. But Daniel made me feel so comfortable and he did an excellent job. Today I went in and took an arial beginner class and man, that was a work out. I was pretty happy that I could do almost all the movements, but next time I am definitely going to wear an ankle brace (at least until my ankles get stronger). Highly recommend trying this place out. read more

Services I have enjoyed here include: Massage Full Moon Ceremony Healing Water Healing Elements I haven't taken an exercise class yet but its on my list! I really want to try a yoga class. The healing waters was such a relaxing experience. I took my mom for a spa day and we enjoyed our 2 hour reservation with a tour by the courteous and friendly pool staff. We had ample time to float in the heated pool, unwind in the eucalyptus steam room, shock the muscles with the cold plunge pool, soothe our back with the hot tub, and shower off under the vitamin C infused rainfall shower. Since there are timed reservations you are guaranteed you own poolside lounger and towels. There are also hammocks for catnapping in the sun for your daily dose of vitamin D in the grassy private outdoor connecting area overlooking the lake! Following our healing waters experience we enjoyed a 45 minute salt room experience in the element experience room, locate within the healing waters area. It was so peaceful, private and relaxing that I dozed off. We enjoyed this experience for only $50! I definitely recommend getting a spa treatment such as a massage to fend the spa day and a fitness class to start it for a premium spa day experience. I came a separate day for the the Bali blue massage which was a upbeat invigorating massage, and then headed to the full moon ceremony which is such a deeply connecting and grounding experience. You should come into it with an open mind and the desire to release negative energy and connect with like minded individuals. I would recommend the pearl spa to anyone looking for an elevated classy spa day experience, or just a sneaky getaway before your whole foods grocery trip. I had a very disappointing massage. Based on hundreds of massages over the years, this one was sub par. When I checked out, they only discounted the massage by 20% and actually asked if I wanted to leave a tip. Really? No. They also suggested another massuese, who had a 3 month wait time to get on the calendar. I used to go to the old location and the services were much better. Again, disappointing. read more

A little secret tryst safely tucked under a healthy Whole Foods market over looking the beautiful lake Kittamaqundi, this place is it. I used to go to this place back when it was called Haven on The Lake. And that it exactly was for me. With my difficult job, I would visit here twice a month at a minimum for the luxurious hot tub, eucalyptus indulgent steam room, and the mighty cold plunge combo!! The mixture of these things made my skin as soft as flowers, and my tense and torn muscles buttery loose for the rest of the day. Those healing remedies were enough for me to feel completely rejuvenated for my week ahead, however the vitamin & mineral shower along with the peaceful salt room may have made contributions I'm not considering. All of these natural healing modalities all in the same relaxing area with plenty of places to sit and lay out and this wonderful extra alkaline water that is provided, this is my top #1 recovery location. Every time I would feel totally rejuvenated and clean and happy. I would then go to the Whole Foods and grab a super healthy lunch or dinner, probably sushi and alwayyss a coconut water. Well yeah, I've had a lot of experiences here. I have since moved away to the military. I am stationed in Guam, and I am just visiting old memories and thought I'd leave a nice review for this wonderful place. I did get the chance to visit a few times after the renovation, and it is all even bigger and better than before! Not the same vibes or whatever it used to be, but ya still gotta love it because it's great. Side note: My Routine 1. Nice shower using the provided body wash 2. Hot tub for 2-10mins to prime the body for heat 3. Steam room for 10mins 4. Cold Plunge for 5min 5. Run back to steam room for 15min 6. Back to Cold for 7min 7. Team room for 20 8. Cold plunge for max time 9. Meditate in the hot tub 10. Feeling success - use the mineral shower and salt room Tips: 1. Splash cold water or hold cold towel on thermostat as needed 2. I haven't been here since it was the Haven (which I was a regular of) , and I used to absolutely love the healing waters / elements. I went today and I have to say the facility is not well maintained. The eucalyptus sauna no longer smelled fresh and had mildew afoot. The rain shower was partially broken , and the showers smelled like wet dog. The bathing suit dryer was also broken. I tried their "day pass" that is $45 for 90 minutes to see if I wanted to sign up for a membership , and unfortunately I think I will not. read more
