Pricing was reasonable about $60 and is also according to length and shaping. Pleasant customer service experience. Not too much small talk just the way I like it with minimal conversation. I was able to listen to a podcast while my nails were being done. Service was decent as I was seen within 10 minutes of my appointment time. Restroom was clean. The location is easy to find but there is limited parking in the lot since most of the spaces are for future resident parking, however the building is attached to a free garage so that was really nice. Cute decor. I will likely visit again if I'm in the area and need my nails done.

I was the only person there the whole time I was there so shouldn't have felt the need to rush. My pedicure was good but manicure I wasn't very pleased. When I go to a nail salon, I want to be able to tell the nail technician what I want once and expect them to follow through without me having to constantly look over their work and just relax. I asked for round nail shape but they look uneven (both in shape and length). The technician shook the nail bottle so vigorously and now I have bunch of bubbles on my nails. Honestly I felt that because I'm not their "regular" customer they don't really care about doing their best work. I think I gave this place enough chances...time to move on. *********************************************************** I made my appointment online, which was pretty convenient. You can choose the date, time and the person you want doing your nails. The parking is limited right outside the nail salon but I believe you can park in the garage next door. The staff is friendly and attentive. The nails were ok. They should have done another coat of nail polish for my pedicure because I can see my nails in some spots. I asked them to do silver glitter near the cuticles like the picture I showed them but they couldn't do it right so I just had them paint the whole nail with it. Also some of the nails are not straight so I had to file it down and straighten it myself. I really should have taken a closer look before I left but I was running late on my errands. I didn't do anything fancy so I can't really asses their "artistic" abilities too much. I got the gel manicure and regular pedicure, with silver glitter on my big toe and my thumbs and ring fingers, which cost me $65. They have mood nail polish (color changing nail polish), so I think I might try that out if I decide to go back next time. Even though they didn't meet my expectations first time I went and I'm only giving them 3 stars, I'm willing to give nail salons about 3 visits before writing them off. They're fairly new and and there's multiple nail technicians, so I might have better luck next time.

He also did the wrong cat eye color and had to grind it off in order to fix that. I was charged $75, $14 of which was for repairs that were not conducted. I normally pay $60 for a fill WITH design at my normal salon. I will NOT be back. I only went here today because my normal nail tech does not availability until next week and my nails were looking crazy. Also, the salon was in various states of disrepair. The furniture is cracked and looks super run down. I would not recommend coming here unless you like being overcharged.

While she does use a drill (contrary to what I originally searched for), she's incredibly skilled, gentle, and precise--so much so that it never damages my nails. Her technique is both efficient and mindful, striking the perfect balance between machine and hand filing. Initially, I was getting regular gel manicures, but Bernadette truly cares about nail health, and she suggested switching to builder gel (BIAB). It was a game-changer. Builder gel doesn't require soaking off and allows for continuous fills--meaning you can build on top of your last set without compromising nail integrity. Since switching, my nails have grown so long, strong, and healthy, and a single BIAB manicure can last me up to 6 weeks! Beyond nails, Bernadette is a wonderful person--easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and deeply caring. She also specializes in pedicures for clients with diabetes or other health conditions, which speaks volumes about her expertise and sensitivity to clients' unique needs. When we got there, we were greeted by the receptionist, and it was relatively empty in there. We had both booked for gel nails and then picked out our colors. Their prices were more than what was indicated online, so it was $40 for gel and then an additional $15 for catseye polish (note they do not have the magnets for designs, so it's just plain catseye). This was done on our natural nails. My experience went relatively smoothly and very quickly. I had Tina, who completed within 20 minutes of starting, but I'm thinking that may not have been a good thing. My gel nails usually last for 2 weeks or so without chipping or peeling off, but these were chipping by day 5 and about a week in, one had peeled so badly that my nail snapped in half. My friend was not started on til i was almost done. Her nail tech switched halfway through as well, and another nail tech came by and made rude remarks about her hands twice, saying that the nail design she wanted would look ugly on her. The nail polish needed another color to help it show up the way it looked on the display/bottle, and there was a lot of back and forth trying to get that right. In the end, they were able to figure out a way to get it to look right, but that added an extra 40 minutes to her nails. The receptionist was great and helped advocate for her to get the correct shade. I like the convenience of having a nail salon within walking distance, but I think I'll stick with my usual unless these things change. It's not worth the money for early chipping and rude remarks.

I went in for a pedicure and they took me right back. I didn't have much time and needed just the basic pedicure. The ambiance was very nice, the entire place was clean... even the bathroom! I made a last-minute appointment for a quick manicure, and I got stuck with Vivian, who gave me one of the worst manicures ever. It felt like she didn't want to be there at all. All I wanted was my cuticles trimmed and nails shaped--no gel, dip, tips, just my natural nails. That wasn't her vibe. She skipped the buffing block and did a lousy job filing and shaping. I even had to remind her to make my nails the same length, which she huffed about. When I washed my hands, she asked if I wanted clear nail polish. I said no, and she said, "You're done." I had to ask about the warm towel and hand lotion, and she brought those out all begrudgingly. I paid in cash, and she just walked off when I asked for change to leave a tip. Could the customer service be warmer? Absolutely. I don't mind the lack of conversation or small talk when getting my nails tbh(i like zoning out when getting my nails done lol), but if just the front desk area could be a bit warmer would be nice.
