PLEASE READ!! BEWARE. Columbia Crossing Center This place is the worst nail salon ever. They conned my 12-year-old niece to get things that she didn't understand or even had the money to pay for; I sent my niece in to ask them how much it would be for a basic pedicure with regular polish and a full set with get polish for her nails. They told her $60. so, I told her she can get them done. When I came back to get my niece, she said she paid $127, She had her toes done which they claimed to use dipping powder and that's not what she asked for. They claimed that her big toenail was crooked which was a lie and said they put a fake nail on there. My niece said no nails was put on her feet or fingers. Why would you continue to add things to a child service when they told you what they were there for? Her fingernails were just painted, and no acrylic or tips was applied to her nails which was supposed to be a full set. it was all a mess. They claimed that they did a full set to her toes after making up all these lies and prices, they couldn't verify. (I have never heard of a full set to toes lol) omg it was a mess. my poor niece was so sad on her birthday because of this. I told them that was not what she asked for and that was too much money for something so simple. they refuse to remove the stuff off her toes and fingers and refund me or give me a percentage of my money back. My niece had to call her dad for more money to pay for this crap once they were done and gave her a price of $127. I wasn't aware of all of this until I picked her up. This is bad service and they need to be exposed. I know how nail salons try to get over so that's why I sent her in there for a price before they got started and we were still scammed. My nails look like they could cut through a well done steak they're so jaded and rough. I think my 1 year old could have done a better job. I'd be shocked if this place owns a pair of cuticle cutters because I didn't see a single pair during my entire mani/pedi. When I asked why she didn't clean up my cuticles she said "I missed it". We'll she must be rivaling David Blaine with some slight of hand going on if she cut my cuticles on all 20 digits and I missed it. Worst pedicure and manicure of my life and overpriced. Kacey is the worst so do not go to her. Rude and rushed through everything. She asked me about 16 times if I wanted to get gel instead of a regular manicure, I thought maybe after 15 no's she would get it but unfortunately not. Maybe they needed the extra money for the lawsuits I'd bet my first born on that they're in litigation for because I'll be shocked if I don't get an infection from this germ pit. Oh and if you have a concern or complaint, the number they advertise on a beautiful wood mounted plaque as their management company is a 1-800 scam line that connects you to someone saying you won a $100 Walmart gift card. You probably would be better off getting your identity stolen over what you're risking walking into this hole. One employee slept in a pedicure chair in the corner the entire time so at least one person was relaxed in this hell. But you know what, I would go back, probably only to admire Kacey's license that looks like she printed it at a Kinkos in the 90's. read more

They know this and refuse to stop doing so. I came into the nail salon to inquire if they do medical pedicures or could they give me the kids pedicure. I have a medical condition with my right foot so I'm not able to have pedicures with the metal tools to prevent cuts or infections. The woman said she would be able to do the pedicure without using the metal tools to prevent cutting my foot. As she started the pedicure she immediately reached for the metal tools to begin the pedicure and I instructed her again that I cannot have that used on my right foot. Every time I asked her not to do something or I specified a certain color she would do the opposite and considering I was paying $50 for the pedicure to begin with I was highly irritated. This was my first time at Le's Nails and Spa. I'd been living in Columbia for close to a year and yet this was my first time at a Nail place in Columbia. I was pleasantly surprised. My sister had been to several places in Columbia and they'd all been epic fails so I wasnt all that excited about jumping out there personally but I'm glad I did. William was my technician and as I was only getting a Pedicure, he made the experience oh so enjoyable. Not to mention it my birthday and I got a good laugh this particular day. It was not too busy but not slow at the same time. They were very clean which I always pay attention to. The location was close yet even if I move I can see me commuting to go see William as I loved the way he handled my feet and he was very precise in how he painted my toe nails. I had a terrible experience at Lee spa in columbia crosding. The nail tech eas very rude. She kept saying that the badic manucure/pedicure I was was a bad choice and my nails will not look good. She kept suggesting that I should upgrade to a higher price srvice. I refused for higher price. The nail polish they offer is ver cheap brand and somehow does not dry for more than hour. I stayed under drying area for more than hour and my naails were still wet. My nails hot messed up when I grabbed my keys. Went there on the 12th to get a gel mani and pedi. The young lady who did my nails was nice but didn't speak much English, which is fine. Less than a week later, 6 of my nails started chipping from the bottom up, I called and was told "if it was a couple of days then maybe, but not if its been a week." I have pictures documenting that the chopping started less than a week after getting them done. My job doesn't require anything but typing, so I had no hand in the chipping, they're just coming off. Today it smelled like sewage in the pedicure area. Not sure what that's about but this was my second visit and I wouldn't return. I also noticed that the plastic in the pedicure chairs are not changed after customers. They rip a hole in the center of the bag to empty water out after each pedicure. I'm pretty sure this negates the sanitary purpose of covering bowl in plastic. My pedicure and nails were decent but too many other issues here that I wouldn't return. read more

I came in for a manicure and pedicure. The first lady did a decent job on my pedicure but the next lady did a horrible job on my manicure. She did not size my nails for the right tips. Then started putting gel polish on my nail after I told her I wanted regular polish and tried 3 times to change my mind after I said no the first time. She rushed the whole process even though the place was not busy. I had to consistently tell her she forgot to do something. I have been here three or four times. The last time being only two days ago. The first few times I went I had pedicures, and they gave great massages and the paint job was good. So I decided to try a gel manicure there. I was getting it done right before we left town for a friend's wedding. Only four hours after I got them done, I was doing dishes and they started to peel off. I don't have a lot of extra money lying around, and to pay that much to have my nails ruined only hours later, well I was upset. I figured maybe it was my fault and shouldn't have been doing the dishes, but I mean it was gel. I decided to give them another go, two days ago I got another pedicure. Well this morning one chipped. Two days. I paid a little over $40 with tip to get my toes done and they lasted two days. Also my right big toe has been red and sensitive to the touch since I had them done. I'm really hoping it isn't infected or anything. My nail tech pulled out an ingrown toenail, but it seems to have made things worse. I don't think I will be going back again. I just can't justify spending money on nails that don't seem to last. I gave two stars because the atmosphere is nice, the massage chairs are nice, and the first few times I went I had a positive experience. read more

Nice spot with good service. Came on a Saturday afternoon without calling ahead and it actually worked out pretty well. Service was quick and staff was friendly. They offer so many different services from all types of polishes ranging from regular, gel, crystal, SNS, etc etc. The staff is pretty knowledgeable and are able to do a wide variety of different designs. Plenty of tables and chairs, usually not a long wait. The only reason why I'm not giving 5 stars is because not all staff are on the same level of expertise and unless you know who you want and call ahead, it's kind of a Russian roulette with who you get. read more

I get constant compliments on my nails and am always asked where I go. Dina is my FAVORITE person and always takes care of me. I really want to like this place but each time I have come here I have had horrible experiences. I love the fact it's one of the few places where I can get a deluxe pedicure spa but spending a few hrs on a pedicure and dip manicure isn't worth the time. Last time my toes nail polish completely wiped off three hrs later and this time my nail polish looks like someone semi wiped it off. I enjoyed my spa pedicure with the exception of getting cut and having to tell the lady that hurt a million times. I was skeptical and still got my nails done but I wish I didn't. I had to tell her several times that it hurt while she was sanding down my dip nail polish and she laughed. She actually sat there and laughed. My sister and I both were in shocked. For the amount that we paid I am so disappointed in the service. I have a nail salon that I go to in New Jersey and have never had an issue. I just got a pedicure at this location and left a lot to be desired. I decided to try this location since I didn't have a good experience at a prior salon across the street. One technician in particular I git was NOT good at all. Well, I try Le's Nail & Spa and that same technician is there and I got her again. I thought OK, surely she can't suck again....wrong, not only was it not the best, she had ZERO enthusiasm, spoke the whole time and upsold me on a $38 pedicure and I only got the $28 treatment. I came here for a mani pedi basic $26, i got the owner i believe her name is Kim. I was greeted and seated as soon as i picked out a color. The pedicure seats looks pretty old the seat was cracked. Honestly they don't seem too clean, they don't put a liner in the pedicure tub, the tools are used on everyone and im assuming not sanitized since i don't see the machine. The pumice, brush, files and buffer is used on everyone. I refused to let them use the pumice on me since i saw the woman next to me simply rinsed it and put it back. Kim polishing skills could use some work, she polished on my cuticles for both toes and hands. She never asked me what shaped i want for my nails and the ring fingers are slanted. Good things: Everyone is very nice ands try to engage me in a conversation. They're very accommodating, i witness Will asking his daughter the receptionist to run next door to pick up food his customer ordered. Final verdict, they're good people, great customer service but due to the uncleanness i would not come back nor recommend any one i know. read more

One Sunday, I was the first customer to come in and they turned the tv to what I wanted to watch which just happened to be the overseas football game in London that I wanted to see. I have been here twice. The salon is very nice, they are clean, and lots of gel colors to choose from. The first time they talked me into getting the SNS powder gel, I liked it, but it started to chip after a week. I thought It was suppose to last over 2 weeks, which is why I justified spending the $50 for them. Second time I decided to get regular gel and it chipped the next day. A week later most of my nails were chipped and I was able to peel off the gel no problem! I have spent $20 for gel in the past that has lasted well over 3 weeks. Warning about pedicures First I would like to say this is a very nice nail salon; the people working here are friendly and talented. They installed new floors since last year and my initial thoughts were the floors are beautiful but also extremely smooth which could be dangerous if wet. I went to this shop yesterday; Aug 1, 2020 for a pedicure and I feel I need to warn future pedicure customers. For pedicures you have to step up (pretty big step actually) to get to your pedicure seat. Unfortunately for me yesterday the tub where I was soaking my feet overflowed and water got all over the floor. An attempt was made to dry the floor but the floor on the bottom where you have to step down was still quite wet; (I was unaware the floor was that wet; I thought it had been dried) When I left the pedicure chair I stepped down with my left foot and I immediately slipped and fell down and my left toes jammed into the wall. My left foot is bruised, swollen and painful this morning. The accident was a combination of issues the new smooth floor; the water overflow, the incomplete drying of the floor and me wearing those thin skimpy flip flops provided by all nail salons; the flip flops provided me no grip on the floor. I would advise pedicure customers some suggestions to avoid my fall: Either request to stay in the pedicure chair until your nails are dry if possible or make sure to wear sandals with a good thick sole with grip and put them on rather than the flip flops provided. Be very cautious. read more

I got a gel manicure and regular pedicure here and am extremely disappointed with the manicure. The manicure began to peel less than one week after application. I believe this may be because, when the tech applied the polish, she over painted the nails on almost all sides. Then, in stead of re-doing, she used a tool to 'wear' the over done edges away. I've never had that done before and don't know what else could have cause such a disappointing end result one week later... My toes still look great though! read more

TERRIBLEE!!!!!!!!!!!! Got a regular manicure and started peeling off the FIRST NIGHT!!!!! Went back the next day to complain, and not only they left me sitting for more than half an hour, all the lady did was put nail polish on the areas that was peeled.
