Unfortunately, I often visit different nail salons whenever my polish gets chipped because…read moreI've been getting my natural nails done--no gel, no acrylic, or any other type of fake nails--almost every week for 16 years, since I was 18. I usually go for regular polish, paint, and glitter, LOL! However, I've found that 80% of the time, the reviews and prices are either false, misleading or even generated by AI. Many of these salons are disrespectful and unprofessional, assuming I will return to complain or demand a refund the next day, especially for just regular polish. It's frustrating! This has never been an issue; I haven't once discussed or felt the need to discuss anything like that with Linda! I haven't seen her in almost four years and have visited about 50 technicians since then, all because I need immediate service and no longer live in the area. Despite that, I've only written maybe eight reviews in my entire life, and Linda is, without a doubt, the best nail and eyelash artist I've ever encountered. I'm so glad Yelp randomly asked me to write a review at the best time for a wonderful person! Take care and happy holidays!

I requested a gel pedicure. The service itself was okay: She did stab me while cleaning up my cuticles, however she did apologize. I am not sure as to how many coats she did but looking closely at is now that I am home, they are not all even. Some toes are more transparent than others. My total was $48. My toes are not terrible, but they aren't the best and getting stabbed with the tool didn't create a good impression. There were also multiple flies flying around the salon

Short nail girl here!!…read more NAIL TECHNICIAN: Annabella I have been getting my nails done by Annabella for so long now and they NEVER EVER disappoint. My work requires I have short nails which was one of the biggest bummers given I've done long, design packed, nails my whole life, but, Annabella has completely changed that limiting reality for me when she showed me short nails can be just as great. The health of my natural nails goes without mention. Sometimes I can't even believe it myself. I look back and thank god that I have to transition out of long nails because they were DESTROYING the integrity of my naturals. My nail beds have grown significantly and overall, it's a lot less maintenance to have short nails. I've attached photos of some of my favorites she's done for me and now I'm itching for a new set (though I love my current). 10/10 recommend Annabella. She is so thorough, trustworthy, talented, and sanitary.

I had a really disappointing experience at this nail salon and would not recommend it…read more I got Gel-X nails done by Annabella, and almost immediately when I got home something felt wrong. My fingers were in pain, and it felt like the nails were lifting or separating. I called the next day and spoke with Samantha to explain the issue. I asked if I could come in to have two nails fixed and the set filed down because they were unusually thick (I've had Gel-X many times before and never experienced this). She told me to come in, but when I arrived, she dismissed my concerns and said it was "just the glue settling" and that nothing was wrong. Despite clearly seeing how thick the nails were, she didn't offer to fix them. By the very next day, the nails started coming off. I called again and asked for the set to be redone since the issue was clearly due to the application, but they refused. This is unacceptable, Gel-X sets typically last me at least 3-4 weeks, not just a few days. I ended up going to another salon to have them redone, and even that technician commented on how poorly the original set had been done. Overall, this salon showed no accountability and no respect for my time or money. I would not return.
