My nails ended up looking decent but it is unacceptable to cut your clients skin so bad they are bleeding on multiple fingers! I paid $50 for a gel manicure. No acrylics or anything fancy. She explained the difference between Gel X and builder gel, and we confirmed that I indeed had Gel X. My original nail tech asked about the color I wanted and seemed excited to match a similar shade. But once she realized I had Gel X, she told me there was no way to do a fill-in and that the entire set would have to be removed and redone. She explained her reasoning, which I understood. I agreed in theory, but I let her know I was on a time crunch and had to leave within an hour. If I had more time, I would've been open to removing the set and starting over. Unfortunately, she kept repeating that she wasn't doing it and became visibly frustrated: huffing and puffing and making the situation bigger than it needed to be. It was uncalled for because she kinda mean! She made a situation that was small into something HUGE! Thankfully, Anna and Aaron (the owner/manager) stepped in. Aaron demonstrated how the fill-in could be done while Anna and the other tech watched. Anna then took over and completed my nails, and they looked amazing. I'm really grateful to Anna and Aaron for actually listening to what I was asking for and working with me instead of immediately dismissing my request. Their professionalism made all the difference.

I requested her and was told she's on "vacation." The person on the phone suggested "Pin" so I made an appointment with her. I show up the next day on time for my appointment. Pin was busy with someone else. They told me to have a seat at the pedicure bowl. I wasn't given a wait time. I sat there soaking my feet for at least 30 minutes before Pin was finally available. I understand taking walk-ins but why allow appointments?! Someone came in right after me and she was told a 30 minute wait. She literally was siting at the pedicure bowl for an hour. Pin did a great job but the color selection is very limited. I may give her another chance but I don't know if I'll be in a hurry to come back!
