Bad Service!! do not get a fill-in here. this is one of those nail salons that only want to service the piece of nail that grew out. when applying the acrylic he made sure to not brush it up my whole nail and I had to pay 35$ extra to get a proper fill in. i spent $150 by the way 75$ for a fill in!!! 65$ pedi no complaints on the pedi. Mean staff! They are not welcome to criticism. I expressed politely my concern to station 1 instead of correcting the man technique or just saying ok he said i should've did my own nails because that's how they do here. i think they think they do a good job but it's trash Its very low budget and desperate in there. They trying to hold on to every drop of acrylic. i will not be returning here and will pay another salon thats not so much in need that do half a service. Amazing, Tina is one of their best workers. She's so dedicated and stayed late just to finish our nails. She did my nails perfectly and took such good care of me, and made my natural nails look so amazing. She also is very calming and loved talking to me and my mother. My mom had an amazing time talking with Tina about life and being mothers, and she of course loved her gel X acrylic nails. I've been coming here on and off for over a year with various results. If you just like to get pedicures only they tend to give you the most inexperienced or worst tech. On two separate occasions I went home only to realize the tech flooded my cuticules with gel polish and left small abrasions on the side of my big toes. The last and final time she cut me on both big toes and I didn't notice until I left- a week later both of my toes became infected. Eventually I had to go to the doctor to get antibiotics - it's been awful and that was my final straw. I won't be back even though I've had some good experiences - 75$ for a toe infection wasn't on my bingo card. read more

As I pulled up, the gentleman graciously called to let me know he was running behind due to short staff. I shared that I would visit chic-fil-a across the street to buy some time. I returned 20 minutes later and unfortunately still had to wait. An hour after my scheduled appointment time, I decided to leave. Seems like a wonderful place and the nail designs online look beautiful. My usual nail salon was having phone issues so I wasn't able to make an appt. I tried this place out w high hopes based off some of the reviews. I went w my husband and he got a pedicure which he liked. I got a pedicure and the SNS (dip) powder on my nails. I asked for a design which she suggested a slight alteration and I agreed. On one hand, The design looked like my 4yo drew it on! Also the dip didn't last long and started to lift up. The gel pedicure was good and lasted awhile. The customer service was mediocre. At the end, she was rude about the tip she didn't even deserve. Anyway, I don't plan on coming back unfortunately. read more

Went to this place for second time and I have decide to make it my permanent place. The most important thing for me is the cleanest of the place, they use disposable sponges , feet scrubbers, nail filer, and the plastic bag on the tub, the towels are very white and clean. When I first moved this was my favorite place to go to. Quality has went down. Gel x broke less than 3 days after getting full set. Came in and the lady who fixed my nails made me very uncomfortable. Brought up scars I had on my arm.... Slapped my arm and said shame on me and that I was too pretty to be depressed.She then went outside and was laughing with other coworkers. I'm not sure who in the shop is doing all the beautiful designs in the photos section. My daughter asked for a simple snowflake design today and they couldn't even do that. I feel like I spent $100 to be abused today my fingers were burning the entire session from whatever chemicals they used. My skin is cut and tender right now. My daughter needed to replacement nails and is in so much pain. The shop was also filthy. The tech didn't even change the dirty towel on her desk and there was stuff all over I couldn't even place my phone or coffee down. Everything was okay until the staff started doing the pedicure. They were talking in their native language which I had no idea of what they were saying. I felt this was rude and disrespectful. It is one thing to be bilingual and to converse with others who speak the language, but it is another thing to do this in front of customers who do not know the language. It is just not a good business practice. I am bilingual, but I would never disrespect another person by carrying on a conversation in a language that other people in the setting did not know. My experience was great! I did a gel mani-pedi. Pedi was very relaxing and felt amazing for my feet, and the mani was smooth and quick. I usually end up bleeding on my fingers because I have a lot of hangnails and they take off too much or are too aggressive. However, my experience here was not like that at all. I had Jessie; she was very gentle and did a great job with my nails and skin. Would definitely recommend! read more

Long rant: Let me first start by saying, I never leave yelp reviews, good or bad. I walked in this morning, and was the 1st customer. I was waiting in the lobby for 3 minutes before anyone greeted me. The man was in the back eating breakfast. After greeting me I had to wait for the lady nail techs to arrive. I stated that I would like a full set and a pedicure but my nails were lifting so I would need a nail removal. Instead of a soak off, (my nails are a nice length under my acrylic), the lady (I cannot remember her name) used a nail tip and cuticle clippers to remove my nails, which ultimately damaged my nails, and told her my nail bed hurt because, again my nails were lifting. She proceeded to remove the nails her way as I sat there enduring the pain and she showed no remorse. Then I showed her a photo of what I would like, and that I would like acrylic, not dip. She gets dip powder to compare the color of the acrylic that I would need. When I stated again that I would like acrylic not dip, just to clarify... she raised her voice at me. Okay, so now she's laying the acrylic and uses the drill to thin out the acrylic after it dried, she burned me with the heat from the drill and when I said ouch, she looked very annoyed. Then when I told her that one of my nails was too thick and lumpy she looked me dead in my face and rolled her eyes eyes at me. So now it's about 2-3 additional clients in the salon. The lady was jumping from chair to chair and seemed to be rushing and not giving me her undivided attention. The photo of the nails that I picked needed a great amount of detail which I didn't care and I was willing to pay for. She seemed to be rushing and could then see that I was visibly annoyed. By the time she finished the design it was so terrible I asked her to take all of the French tips off and give me a clear coat and I'd leave. I never received my pedicure and no one even asked if I was still interested. I paid cash and left. I also felt like a terrible human being for not tipping but when will these salons realize that people work hard for their money and you need to remain professional and give customers the same service that you would appreciate. I will say, after I paid the lady apologized. I thanked her and left. I will never return it recommend this salon to anyone. Nail removal: $15 Full set: $55 Total: $70 read more
