I LOVE IT! They have a beautiful store front. Great customer service. I don't want anyone to freak out and start making this place too crowded, but they give you free wine while you get worked on. Color me happy! I got a gel manicure 5 days ago and it still looks fabulous. I think something that sets them apart from regular salons is that they give you a paraffin wax with a regular manicure. I've never gotten one before because i didn't feel the need to pay for the additional luxury. WOW, I am impressed. It really makes a difference in your skin. Stopped in for a pedicure, the place was kinda empty, only two people in there, and only 3 employees were working. They greeted us and sat us right down. The level of attention and focus on us was like no other. They took their time, and really provided great service. This may be our new regular place. The manicure was a great experience as well. They make you pick out of a binder but of course the color I picked was nowhere to be found. It's been not even 2 weeks and the gel polish is already chipped in the corner and it has some air bubbles inside. Definitely not what I expected for a $30 manicure. read more

I took my daughter & son in law for a pedicure by appointment. We were seated right away, and offered a glass of wine. I had one. "Uncle Jon" made our experience fun. He did my pedicure, and I had the deluxe, (his recommendation when I told him the massage was my favorite part). The whole process took 1 1/4 hours which was 2 x longer than my kid's basic pedicures. But they were able to stay in their massage chairs so they didn't complain. His 2 massages were the best I've ever had at a salon. read more

I got the dip no chip nails Friday the 1st it is now only a week and a half and they're already starting to come off! They're supposed to last 3-4 weeks. The guy that did them didn't say a word to me while I was there and then used a uv lamp when dip powder nails are supposed to be uv free. I would definitely not recommend this place. read more

I visited for a full set and pedicure. The pedicure was great but this was the worst full set I've gotten. My some of my nails were short and coffin shaped due to over filing... I asked for medium and square. Then I was told that I would have to pay extra for them to make them the original size that they originally were. The guy got an attitude with me and tried everything to avoid fixing them... he even said "are you sure because any longer would be too long for me". A few days later and the gel polish that I paid $15 extra for is chipping.. Definitely won't be going back. read more

Three of us went and got three different pedicures: the basic pedicure, the spa pedicure, and the hot stone pedicure. I received the spa pedicure that came with a mango mud mask for the legs, with hot towels and some exfoliating scrub. It was a nice pedicure but I would have liked a longer massage. The technician was meticulous with the painting of my toes, and application of the design. The pedicure tubs were all lined with individual disposal liners which is a nice change of pace from most local salons. Our appointment time was honored and we were offered beverages. An add on service was accommodated by the staff without any problem. Little bit cluttered inside, and the waiting area and bathroom could use a touch up, and cleaning but a solid venue for nail services. read more

If I could rate this "salon" less than one star, I would. This is the first and last time I will ever come here. I went to this salon based off of a friend's recommendation and got my nails done by Jon. I went in for a simple acrylic fill and to fix a broken nail. While doing my nails, I noticed Jon made no effort or mention of fixing the short nail. When I asked if he was going to fix it, he kept reassuring me that it wouldn't show when he was finished. Not only was the nail significantly shorter than the rest but all nails were cut unevenly and the nail polish began chipping 2 hours after I got them done. I did not want to leave a bad review or complain so I decided to give them a second chance and called the salon the next morning. I was told I could come in and that John would fix my nails, no mention of any additional charges. My daughter and I went that next day and instead of taking care of me and apologizing, they were more concerned about just putting an acrylic tip on the short nail and calling it a day, no apologies or mention of even fixing the rest of the nails. From the start, Jon was very unprofessional and maintained an attitude with us which made the whole experience uncomfortable. Both Jon and the other worker kept insisting that there was nothing they could do to fix my nail except put a tip on, however, they didn't mention any additional charges prior until he had me sit down to work on my nail. I had no problem paying extra had they been upfront about it from the beginning and dealt with it in a professional manner. At that point I decided I wasn't even comfortable with him doing my nails after seeing how rude and unprofessional he was being about the whole situation. Instead of apologizing and trying to correct the situation, he gave more attitude and I wasn't willing to pay for something they should've fixed when the nail wasn't done right to begin with like I asked. As soon as I stood up to leave the salon, Jon immediately told us to "get out" and told us to "f**k off". Both workers were aggressive and continued to curse us out and argue with us, even locking the door on the way out and told us to never come back. I rarely ever write reviews but this is absolutely unacceptable customer service and I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone. I went to this "salon" for almost a year before my favorite technician left. I tried to stick it out for a few months and try someone else since they all knew me, but I couldn't do it. Would make appointments and the person wouldn't be there, the place is filthy, may nails were uneven lengths, and I would have polish all over my cuticles. Never going back again. read more

This place is disgusting! This so called John that everyone loves is a horrible nail technician. I was there for 3 HOURS to get a pedicure! He kept leaving and going to other clients. Oh and when he left me, he would take the same tray WITH THE SAME NAIL CLIPPER AND CUTICLE CUTTER and used it on other people. I was patient at first because I am that kind of person, but 3 hours for a horrible pedicure is too long!! Also, he cut my nails so short and kept cutting the side of them stating that they are ingrown, when truly they weren't. My big toe is now INFECTED!! Stay away!!!!! read more

Terrible. Got a gel manicure. It was streaky and one nail had a bubble in it. There was polish on some of my fingers/cuticles. The salon was dark and not clean at all. Nail file dust over everything, tools looked old and on their last legs (although they were sanitized), chairs and tables had polish stains and were quite beat up. I was supposed to get a mani and pedi but left after the mani and went to try another place on my search for a clean, competent salon. read more

I am so glad that there is an organic and affordable nail salon in the area now -- I have very sensitive skin and it was always difficult for me to get my nails done, and now I can ! I am a perfectionist and was pleased with the quality of my manicure and pedicure, and my skin looks and feels GREAT ! This place doesn't even deserve 1 star. I'm surprised ppl still go to this place and I hope my review saves someone from going there. When the guy began I knew I should of left immediately the tip was falling off my finger because it wasn't glued down properly and when I said something he said he would fix it later. Later he did he put acrylic over it still crooked and all. For most of the other nails he didn't hold down the tip when applying it with glue so the tips had a space between them which he also said he would fix later. My mind told me to leave immediately and I went against my intuition. Bad choice on my part. I which I had pics to show. My coworkers all laughed at my nails for how bad they looked. He waited until after he applied acrylic to fix them. He filed 1 nail crooked so it looked like a weird long crooked tree. My thumb nail had a split across the whole nail 2 days after because he never applied the tips right to begin with. My nails were all crooked from being filed so weird. Acrylic was over my nail bed on my actual skin. Do I have to say more. Pls avoid this place at all cost!!! That was what I deserved tho for cheating on my long time nail tech at a different establishment. Everyone if you are in the area please go to "Serenity Nails" which is 5 mins away down the road and such a better different experience than this place. read more

It's cheap, and you get what you pay for. After spending twenty minutes trying to get me to upgrade, the person doing my nails switched the conversation to politics (or just talked on his phone). Not what I came to talk about. It took two hours for a mani and pedi, and before I realized what was happening he used the same tools that were used on the person before me. read more
