I visited my friend who lives in the neighborhood (along with another friend) and we decided to have a self-care day and get a mani/pedi. As soon as we walked into this establishment, we were welcomed so warmly, which made us feel at home. The staff made us feel comfortable and catered to our needs; they even treated us to some wine--- YES WINE! They were all very interactive with us and held engaging conversations which made this nail experience amazing for me. Everything was great and positive, especially the ambiance being polished, clean and very peaceful. Natalie took care of me and was great at her job. I will return to this place for nail and spa services in the future; it's worth the 30-minute drive. Please visit!!! Ps: I'm looking forward to the cocktails they'll be serving soon :) read more

I got my a mani-pedi here with my friend and we were not thrilled with the quality of the service. We both got a gel pedicure, which has lasted but was a bit streaky. That I can overlook, but still bothered me. The real issue was the dip powder manicure. It started chipping within a week!! I have gotten dip powder manicures from other salons and they last me the whole month. I've never had dip manicures chip!! I was not pleased with the service at all and will not be back! read more

My daughter and I went here and we are So glad we did! There are so many nail salons in the area, but Luxury Nails & Spa really stood out. They took their time, made sure every detail was perfect, and the vibe was super welcoming. Natalie was my nail tech and she absolutely SLAYED my set . The designs are gorgeous, the quality is amazing, and we left feeling pampered and pretty! My daughter had Tony and he was amazing. He did an awesome job on her nails and made her happy. Definitely our new go-to spot! Lastly, they are a bit pricey but it was worth it for us. read more

I went in yesterday and expected I was gonna leave wit a designed set and toes after i had called the place ahead of time but left with french tips and toes done and while my experience there the dudes were so weird especially as i am 16yr such unprofessional behavior that they had around me talking about me and my friend as if we weren't right there about how we look and complimenting me weirdly im glad to had gotten my nails done at least but the experience was not it at all and they offered us drinks and i know that's apart of the package but im obviously underage and i honestly wish i had went somewhere else to get what i expected to be done without having additional out of nowhere read more

I normally come here because it was a better option than some of the other places I've tried. They seem rushed this time. I got get my feet done at least monthly but this time was not the best They charged me for callus treatment, that normally comes with a pedicure. Then he barely scrubbed my feet. I had to keep telling him to go back.I also got the wax, and they didn't wait until it dried before pulling it off so it was more messy than it should've been. I still had the scrub on my legs when I got up to go let them dry. There was no oil or lotion in the end. It just wasn't the most ideal experience. I honestly won't be returning. It not worth it. read more

Tom wanted $5.00 extra for builder gel on this thumb which was shorter than this at original appointment. I went in for an infill with IBD Gel, pink like my original set on my natural nails which was $61. Although they had IBD, he used a different brand ( white tube, black cap) thicker consistency (like polygel) I asked what product he was using and he used a clear liquid with it, he said, "all same thing". When I asked for price bc this was not the original product used and I only came in for a fill and 1 tip they quoted me 71.00 for a fill and 1 tip. The 5.00 was for the thumb, which had the gel partially removef. They had the audacity to tell me that I never received IBD pink Gel there at all nor at that price, asked who had serviced me (TOM, and I tipped) as if I weren't being truthful, then refused to use the IBD Gel. ARE YOU FOR REAL??? NEVER AGAIN...BAIT AND SWITCH?? PRICE WAS NOT QUOTED PRIOR TO START AND I ONLY CAME FOR A FILL, NOT A NEW OVERLAY. I askef that the product and tip removed from my 4 fingers, washed my hands and left. They were not of good quality. Side wall not done, super thick over the tip..she said." he will do on next coat". Vibes, disrespectful. diishonest and tired. read more

Went to Luxury Nail Spa on a whim because they have later hours for a Sunday and was pleasantly surprised. Tom did a wonderful job with a classic French manicure full set. He has a wonderful attention to detail. These are acrylic and final cost was $90--this included acrylic removal from a different nail salon I had previously been to. read more

It's clear as day that they price change. If they don't make the certain sells they will put it all on you. Changing prices no matter how short or long be very careful. It was supposed to be a relaxing day but it turned out to be "ghetto" on how they were acting. Ganging up on people when you tell them it's wrong or you don't like it. There is one particular lady whom seems to be the manager she loves to argue w everyone and seems to not care. If the business ever closes or goes bad it'll be because of her. Unfortunately she lost a few customers considering my whole family goes there. The workers are not bad but if you are young and want some bomb ass nails like y2k art and ideas I wouldn't go here if you want something plain and easy to draw I would. read more

My sister and dad were visiting me, here in Glen burnie. My dad offered to take me and my sister to the nail salon, to get our toes and nails done. As we were driving around. We saw this place. Let me tell you. It was absolutely perfect! Natalie and Tom are super nice and caring. They just opened two weeks ago, while they got us comfortable they got us complimentary drinks. They did an amazing job! My nails are absolutely perfect! My toes are just as good! Same with my sis. The prices are fairly priced. You just can't go wrong with this place! I will definitely come back! Thank you Natalie and Tom! -Priscilla and Alexis! read more

it hasn't been more than a week and my nails already falling off, I have three nails left the vibes we're OK. I didn't like the way they were talking. They are so disrespectful and rude don't recommend read more

I visited this salon in hopes of a great experience as it was a surprise for me. I requested a soak off to remove a previous set and a new set with a gel pedi. I had no problem with my pedi until they looked lopsided that isn't so much of a bother as much as the woman in the front. I assume she's the most fluent in English since she budded into all conversation regarding my service. She was extremely rude. I witnessed her yell at the man who did my pedi about not completely removing my previous set (I think?) because she tried to continue to do a fill in which I didn't ask for. She continued to do my soak off as requested but walked away to do a pedicure. Several sassy remarks later about how I have to wait to soak off because it takes time as I was talking to my boyfriend, another male much more respectful came to complete the soak off and proceeded to do my nails at another table (his). Shortly after this interaction an Asian customer came in and she was a complete different person towards her. I couldn't even get a respectful hello how are you yet this other customer seemingly got perfect hospitality. I loved the result of my set itself but the experience was subpar. As I was done and much more satisfied my boyfriend and I went to check out. She originally told me $55 for my set and somehow the price for design shape and gel pushed it to $110?! How did that not get communicated is beyond me. Also since they have "closed the register" they only accepted CashApp or Zelle. I can't get behind the business practice hopefully this set is worth it. read more

I stumbled in here for a walk-in gel manicure on Saturday after unexpectedly having time to kill. No wait at all- I was sat down and my nail tech got started! Everyone working was friendly and greeted me as soon as I walked in. The facility was so clean. The appointment took no more than 45 mins and I was so happy with the way my nails turned out. Here's the skinny: Time: no wait, 45 mins total (even if that, may have been shorter) Cleanliness: pristine! No cleanliness concerns Quality: great. The right amount of layers of gel, not see through, nail/cuticle trimming, shaping were meticulous Price: $38, worth the value Color selection: huge, but more importantly they had the first color I asked for! Sometimes I get frustrated when I pick a gel color and they have to give me something close to it. Did not have that issue here Would I come again: YES Extra perks: complimentary beverages including alcohol Suggestions: schedule ahead of time just in case. It was getting busy by the time I left read more

I called ahead and asked for glow nails. They said they have it. In the middle of soak off they say they don't. It was very difficult being understood. The young guy trying to take off my nails had the drills wayyyy too high and used his fingernails to push my cuticlE AND no glove. I snatch away. Leaving with undone raggedy nails that hurt because of the drill and acetone soak. read more

I can see why it was empty. I called ahead to get the price for a no chip pedicure. Once I was done, it was $20 more than what they told me. He rushed through my pedicure, I had to ask him to remove the cuticles and the bottom of my feet are still rough after the pedicure! I would not recommend this place at all! I was supposed to get my nails done too, but considering how poorly of a job they did with my feet, I wouldn't dare have them mess up my hands. read more

This is the nail salon I've longed for! I couldn't wait for them to open so I could give them a try. The interior lives up to the name of the salon. It's luxurious and clean. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted and the technicians are genuinely kind and I've never felt better about my fill-ins. Overpriced underexperienced, burned my nail and cut the side of my finger. Will never go back.

Currently in the salon drying my nails while I write this review. I did not like my service at all. I received a gel manicure and pedicure. All in less than an hour. For context, I have not had my nails or feet done in at least two months (business travel, family stuff, etc.) so I knew I would need the works. My nail tech (a man with short dark hair - wearing a gold wedding band - wish I got his name) ran the water and started immediately. That's the only thing that went right. He starts cutting my nails without asking me how short I'd like to go. Then began filing them some are square, some are rounded. No cuticle cream was used and he didn't clean up my nail beds. I asked that he scrub my heels, he didn't. The entire pedicure was completed in under 20 minutes. Onto my gel manicure. He doesn't soak off the gel, he uses the electric file. I tell him it's burning and he stops for a quick second and continues. He brings water for me to soak my hands and the glass bowl was dirty. He did not clean up around my nails, nor did I wash my hands during any part of the manicure. Again, no cuticle lotion was used. The filing was also inconsistent and again, he didn't ask what shape. She filed square and when I asked him to fix it, he shortened my nails even more. To top it off, his materials were not sterilized (I saw another female tech use sterilized tools) and he tried to give me used slippers and toe separators! I put my own shoes back on and politely declined. This was the worst experience I've had in a while. Their saving grace is the cleanliness of the salon and welcoming atmosphere. Thus two stars. Rethink visiting this salon. read more
