I had my nails done at a salon I had not visited before. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by a kind Asian gentleman who asked for my name. I provided it and also mentioned that it was my first visit. He asked that I sign in, expressed his appreciation for my visit, and asked if I would like a drink. I was assigned to Michelle, who introduced herself and was extremely pleasant and kind throughout our interaction. I asked about the price because I did not see any signs posted. I'm happy to say that the amount I was quoted was exactly what I paid at checkout, which I paid in cash. Since many establishments now charge credit card fees, I came prepared to avoid that issue. Overall, the time spent, the atmosphere, and the aesthetics of the salon were great. I would visit again if I'm in the area. read more

I think this is one of the best Nail salons in Maryland. I know that's a big statement I was really impressed with the time and Care that was put into the service that was provided the warm towels alone was wonderful . The conversation about nail care. I really did enjoy the atmosphere and the service that was provided. Give this place a try you'll become a regular customer. I'm gonna leave it at four stars for now even though I receive five star service I'll let you know if there was consistency in Service. I'll update this review on my second appointment. read more

This place is near work and hubs and I came in for a pedi while staying at hotel nearby. This place is great! Feet were softer than I can ever remember. Nice folks there too and place is big and clean. Cool friendly vibes. Massage chair was aggressive lol. read more

I visited this salon for the first time as I need a fill in and a pedicure. I walked in and was pleasantly seated immediately. The place was pretty busy at the time so I assumed that the service would match the review. Boy was I wrong. My entire service felt rushed. The technician that helped me really did not pay any attention to detail. My nails are not even and very crooked. He did not know how to do the French tips so I had to wait on another technician to be able to do it. And because she was working on someone already, she rushed my tips. I don't even want to post my pedicure because it's terrible. The polish is not fully covered on my big toe and I had to rip off the top coat because it was bunched up on the side of my toe. All and all they really just want to get people in and out as quickly as possible without paying any attention to the customer. I have a nail technician in Delaware that I see regularly but couldn't get to him so I thought this would be a good compromise. Boy was I wrong. All in all I will not be cheating on my regular nail technician again! read more

My boyfriend and I went to get our nails done, primarily for the foot massage. I requested a regular service, but they ended up giving me gel polish for an additional $20 after constantly insteading after I said multiple times I was ok with regular. Both of our nail technicians started working on our feet at the same time with the same package. However, my nail technician seemed to be rushing through the process. I couldn't relax and enjoy the experience because she was moving so quickly! There were no other customers, so I'm not sure why she was in such a hurry. They weren't about to close either so I really don't understand why she was rushing everything. On the other hand, my boyfriend's nail technician took her time. I'm disappointed because this was our first visit, and it will likely be our last. Given the prices, I expected them to take their time instead of rushing through everything. read more

I should've left when I noticed the nail tech did not used sterilized equipment!! She was not friendly. I had a gel manicure done for MY WEDDING. Typically, when I get French manicure they'll do a pink color underneath the tips, she did not do that and I had to request it. Then, immediately when I left I was not happy with the quality of the French tips, one was smeared and most of them did not go across my entire nail, then when it started peeling the next day, I was devastated. The photos are four days after getting them done and it looks more like four weeks. I typically go to Purity nails in Pasadena and have never been disappointed, I just didn't want to drive there initially but now I will have to so these can be re-done. I am NOT happy. The salon itself is nice, the person at the desk was friendly. But overall I would never go here again nor would I recommend it to anyone. read more

This is the third salon I've tried in Baltimore. It keeps getting better and better. Almost there!! I came in for a regular pedicure, an acrylic fill in with gel polish and reshapes nails. Total: $95 bucks. Everyone was polite. The salon was well lit, bright and extremely clean. It's so pretty in there! Impressive!! Wine, coffee or tea would put the icing on the cake for me. Hence the reason for the 4 star review instead of 5. I'm also ranking them a 4 because although I loved my nails and the pedicure, the nail tech "treated", their words not mine, treated my cuticles by cutting them with the drill. 3 days later they were still hurting and burning read more

This nail salon was a 10/10 experience. They recently changed management and the new owner, Miley is truly the best. The salon is super clean, modern and has a huge selection of dip powders and gel colors. Miley did my nails and I have been going to her for the past 3 years. My daughter and I came to follow our favorite nail tech and I'm so happy we did! The shop is beautiful! The staff is so nice, we got exactly what we asked for and can't wait to come back. I went in for a simple pedicure, and when I got to the salon the man working on my feet was trying to get me to do the more expensive pedicure I refused. After that he suggested I do Gel polish which is $20 more I refused. Once he saw that I was not taking the bait he did a poor job on my pedicure. He even tried to skip the foot scrub that was included with my pedicure until I called him out on it. I noticed the foot scrub he did for literally 1 minute, and the hot towels was about a minute and a half. The amount of time stated on the pedicure menu for the specific one I picked was supposed to between 35-38 mins. My pedicure was done in 17 minutes!!!! Hoping this review will help someone go to a salon that their business is appreciated! read more

It was the closest nail salon to the hotel. As well as the airport. But the conversation had me dying LOL she kept going on and on and on about you need to get a rich husband. However she did tell me about her first husband and how abusive he was. The pedicure was okay. Literally it was just okay. The massage was Ultra weak. If I could give this place no stars I would. I went in for a gel pedicure and dip manicure and came out with the worst pedicure and manicure I've honestly ever gotten and a foot that feels like it's been shaved to the bone. I had one woman do both services. I feel like this was the first manicure and pedicure she's ever done. During the pedicure she just kept shaving and shaving away at my foot. I asked her to stop because it felt like it was getting raw, so her response to that was to take the scrub brush and go at it even more. I've been getting dip manicures for over a year now and could pretty much recite the steps. I think woman was honestly just winging it here. None of what she did made sense which is now apparent in how terrible my manicure looks. I would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

Came here for a walk in gel mani and surprisingly was taken to a chair within 5 minutes. The nail tech was very nice and personable. She was gentle, especially after I explained to her that I had been growing my natural nails out and wanted them to be healthy. Cost is standard for a gel mani. The place is super clean, even the bathrooms. Would definitely come back! read more

I've had terrible service at restaurants and bad quality service before but I have never, ever took it upon myself to write anyone a negative review until today. I hate my nails so much I could cry. I am so disappointed in the attention to detail and quality of service I received from one of the male techs. Everything seemed to be okay until he started with the polish and everything just got bulky and the painting wasn't even covering the entire nail. He wasn't even going to clean the glue and acrylic from under my nail beds had I not requested. One of my nails also has what looks like tiny bubbles in the paint. I'm very disappointed. I also received an eyebrow threading and pedicure from a woman.. she was very sweet and did a great job. If it weren't for her, I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Just listen to the other reviews and only go to certain people. read more

Found this one and chose it because of fellow yelper Steve J! States appointment only online, but I called ahead and they were able to take me. Had been so busy and needed a good pedicure. I was a bit worried since the nail cutting and buffing was quick, but everything after was finely done. A fabulous callus rub and meticulous care of the cuticle cutting. They have the nice OPI brand as well as a few others I wasn't as familiar with, but I'm not that high maintenance or fancy to know. Highly recommend and I will be back when I'm in town again. read more

I was very disappointed went to get new overlay set on the woman argued me I needed fill she cut my nails without asking me if I even wanted cutdown she didnt listen to me with my desires of how I like my nails an she charged me for more then quoted an that was with long nails her having cut them shorter it shouldn't have been more worst place ever read more

Got a basic pedicure $40, thought that included the gel, turns out its an extra $20 for gel..... wasnt told about the extra price... never been to a nail salon where it was THAT much extra. Got a full set ... 55 thats fair, 5$ extra for coffin shape, thats fair. But she randomly added $10 "for the design.. i got French tip. Toe quality is fine but the nails i basically had to baby sit her the whole time. First time she applied base coat she didnt even cover the whole nail, then added a second base coat that was a more pink color and had to ask her to color match both sides... there are hairs and bubbles in every single of my my nails. I constantly was asking her to correct simple things. The place is over all disgusting. To add... she left monomer all over my skin and cudicals... not even the lotion will cover it haha. Over all half assed job and will over charge you. Would NOT recommend at all. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY read more

Yes, yes, yes, and yes again. Can't think of literally one negative thing. My technician, Brian, pulled out all the stops and seriously strangers are complimenting me on my dip manicure!! Reasonable prices. SUPER CLEAN SPACE. Offered a leg massage (for a reasonable cost) while I was waiting for my ole dip polish to be removed. If I lived in town I'd be here every week! One note- bring cash cuz you can't tip with a credit card. Kind of a bummer. Hope it doesn't affect employee tips. But there is an ATM! read more

Very great and efficient service! I received a "Spa Ritual" pedicure. She took her time to get all of the dead skin off. I will say, she didn't do a lotion massage at all which I found strange. The only thing she did was put a sugar scrub on my legs. That is the reason for the 4 stars. I also got my eye brows done, which turned out great. The prices are average. They do not do tips on cards so you must tip in cash! I feel awful because I wanted to tip her but had no cash on me and they did not tell me beforehand. read more

Poor quality pedicures and be ready to sit and wait and be ignored despite having an appointment, then have your pedicure rushed through with little to no attention paid to the quality of the work. Twice tried this place with the newest owners (3rd set now) and twice have left with rough heels and jagged cuticles. Don't waste your time, money, or patience here. read more

I travel for my job, I have had my nails done throughout the eastern half of the United States and have never experienced such amazing skilled technicians. Vivian is amazing nails, and facials. Mark has been doing dip for over 20 years and his techniques are amazing. He applies the dip so your nails will grow and be healthy. THE BEST manicure and pedicure in town. Don't look any further. The facility is beautiful and clean, and the technician, Lauren, was so professional, classy and skilled. My nails were a disaster. I came in on 10/10/21 as a walk in for a design and shape fix from another nail salon. Mark took me right in and made my nails so beautiful. He ended up doing the entire set over bc the previous one was so bad. It was worth it. I met the owner Diane and the customer service was amazing. Beautiful, clean, modern, large salon. Well-staffed and they offer a wide variety of services. I've been twice now for pedicures and both times I was extremely pleased. I then looked at her Instagram and knew I'd have an awesome experience. She knows exactly what she's doing and how to do it. I went in for a brow waxing appointment ((that she was able to make happen VERY last minute)) and asked a ton of questions, which she happily and thoroughly answered. She explained every step of what she was doing, and we chatted through the appointment like old friends. I ended up asking about brow tinting, and because it was so affordable, I got that too.
