I could have done a better job doing my own pedicure. they had one lady doing my feet and when another client showed up, she liter walked away from me to assist their new client. this new pedicurist decided I wasn't worth her time so quickly out on gel and went to ring me up to pay after a quick dry. I went in to have my nails done by Amy. I was very excited because she is highly requested and known to do a great job on nails. If I could give 0 stars I would!! I came here for a acrylic fill and Danny did my nails. After them being out of multiple colors I asked for I settled for this one. When he was half way done applying color I saw the original color I wanted hiding behind another so I asked him about it and I was given a bullshit answer on why he couldn't do it. Then he applied my color sloppy and kept filing after the color was cured(he was also laughing at the color I picked) This was an awful experience and I will never go back. Not to mention my polish started peeling up and my nails look terrible from any angle but the top. read more

I am all about supporting businesses in my communities. I have been trying to give them chances to redeem themselves, but have had to part ways with this nail salon. They DO have 1-2 people who do a great job here but if you walk in and they assign you someone random, good luck. The last 3 times I have gone I have had 3 different techs do my nails. One of these visits, I had to ask for them to remove gel nail polish from my skin and cuticles surrounding the nails and once he chip it away it looked jagged. On my last visit I had dip powder on my finger nails for the first time. The guy who did my nails dipped them between 4-5 times. It was sooooo thick. Even after I asked for it to be filed down, my nails were so thick that I had difficulty picking up flat items (papers, cards, etc). Even if I attempted to scratch something it just felt like pressure because the nails were so thick. The dip powder also spilled out onto my nails and was not cleaned up. As it grew out it looked crazy. The same person also did my pedicure (before doing my fingernails). I asked for the basic pedicure and this guy did a callus removal treatment without asking me. I didn't even know he did it until he rung me up. I told him I didn't ask for that, and his response was that "That's why your feel are so soft now". I told him it was on him and deducted it from his tip. Even one of the more recent times we went, my daughter had her nails done and asked for a design. She brought a photo and everything. The person who did her nails (who usually does a good job) did something different from what was asked. My daughter was afraid to tell her, so when I was able to come over and notify the tech of her mistake, she seemed annoyed and made it seem like it was so difficult to fix and recreate. It was literally placing rhinestones in a pattern. I visited another nail salon today that's a little farther away and loved my nails, loved the service, and loved the price...so I don't think I'll be coming back here to my neighborhood salon. read more

Really love this place. The employees are SO nice, and they put a lot of pride into their work. I have built a great relationship with them, so they have no problem when I point out things I'd like changed or if I decide to change my color after choosing or whatever. The best place to get your nails done in the area. Tiffany's staff is always friendly and the salon has a nice tranquil atmosphere. There's no loud music, ringing cell phones or obnoxious customers here. Prices are very reasonable also. Try to deluxe pedicure with the paraffin wax. It's my favorite! This used to be my favorite salon to get my pedicure, eyebrows, and eyelashes done. A while ago I got my lashes done and the technician used so much glue my eyes turned red and they were irritated for hours. I had never had that happen before. I went back this past Wednesday and got my lashes done again and it was horrible. My eyes were irritated again and my eyelids began to hurt. The lashes were hard and crispy. I had to remove them in less than a week because they were so painful. I went to my primary care physician today and I have an infection. Apparently they used nail glue to attach the lashes. I've been going to Tiffany's for about five months now, and am way late writing this review! I was impressed by how clean it looked and smelled inside. The bathroom is always clean too - very important to me. Everyone is SUPER friendly, and they are able to communicate in English - some better than others! I've only had my nails done, gel fill-in's. They've been hit-and-miss; but they have ALWAYS corrected whatever problem there was, free of charge. And I've had some issues, believe me! They offer a slew of services I haven't had the pleasure of taking advantage of, such as pedicures, massages, and waxing. For friendliness and customer service, this place can't be beat. I have to drive a little out of my way to get there, but it's worth it. Donny is good, but Anna is my FAVORITE - she is so quick and efficient, yet my nails look like she spent hours on them! ONLY tried this place because of its proximity to our new home, and there's a Starbucks in the same plaza (always a win to me). It was a Friday afternoon and it surely was crowded. Now by no means is that an excuse for the service we received. We were seated for pedicures immediately. I see this woman getting supplies and I'm like "Ok I guess she'll be doing one of us". She started with me. She was very pleasant but seemed to be rushing. Every time I saw another person walk by I was thinking they'd tart my husband, however they never did. About 5 mins in, I was halfway done with my pedicure and thats when I figured out she'd also be doing my husband's pedicure. This annoyed me. Everything was super rushed. It's clear they have favorites and go the extra mile for their regulars, which is fine.... but how do you make a regular customer out of someone new with service like that? It was so bad that I was mad at my husband for leaving a tip. I could've seriously took a shower and repainted my own nails because it was not a pampering experience AT ALL. The guy next to us was working on a woman and he was on one foot the whole entire time she did both of my feet including polishing. IT WAS AWFUL! Oh and my husband's pedicure was just as rushed. The technicians are good. I've had two good pedicures, but stay away from gift cards. Management kept me hostage for nearly an hour because I was told my hand written birthday gift card was EITHER never purchased or already used. The hand writing looked familiar to them and they knew who wrote it, but instead of redeeming they looked and looked through gift card purchases and found nothing. Either i was paying or not free to leave so I had to message the gift giver and tell her my situation. She looked over her bank records at work on her phone. My girlfriend finds the debit in her bank records, emails it to me and I show it to management. Could I then leave?? No! Now they're looking through the USED gift card records to see if I was reusing the card! I've never been treated so poorly by a service industry type business ever. I was treated like a swindler and a thief. After waiting and listening to 15 more minutes of "don't see it for June, not July, not in August", I blew my stack and told them I was done and leaving. What was the resolution? I could leave. No refund and I don't really remember an apology. This was a cut and dry "their mistake" issue and look how it was handled. What if the mistake wasn't so blatant? Staying away from this business is the best action. Thanks for a relaxing pedicure and completely destroying that feeling with your disorganization. read more

I went here yesterday for a mani-pedi. I'm new to the area so I'm trying out different nail places until I find "The One." The inside of the store looks fine. There is a rather odd sign, that made me feel unwelcome, above their nail polish that says, "If you break a nail polish bottle you have to purchase it." I've never broken a nail polish bottle, but that sign put me a little on edge while handling theirs. Their polish selection was pretty lacking, and most were weird off brands I had never heard of. The pedicure was pretty good, but they did keep trying to sell me the more expensive packages which is something I don't like. I ended up getting a gel manicure. The manicure and pedicure were pretty good and I would have rated them higher and come back except... THEY DONT SANITIZE THEIR TOOLS!!! Everywhere I've ever gotten my nails done they either soak their metal tools in something or put them in one of those sensitization ovens. Once that lady finished my nails she rinsed them off really quickly with (I'm assuming) soap and water and put them back in her drawer. It was pretty disgusting to realize that if anyone before me had had an infection I just had those germs/viruses/whatever passed onto me. I'll keep looking for a better place. read more

This was my first visit, and I walked out feeling I would definitely return. I had a pedicure ($25) and had my eyebrows waxed ($10). Initially I felt they were trying to get me to get more than the bare-bones. A "deluxe" pedicare? How about a manicure? I stuck to my basic pedi and brows... and was not bothered further after this. Everything was fine until we moved to doing a manicure and I stated that he wasn't squaring the nail. He got upset and Candy offered to do it for me. She actually did it the way I liked and proceeded to fix my toes as well. Well Today I returned and unfortunately Candy was on vacation. Another young lady did my toes. Everything started out good. She asked if I wanted my nail cut down or filed I stated cut down. WELL, she cut down all of my nails, didn't square them, and pretty much rushed through the job when another young lady came in who wanted gel.
