Honestly the tech was nice and everything looked clean, didn't smell like chemicals. I got a full set and gel polish change on my toes. The service was good, I just think they could pay more attention to details. Like i had to point out my nail lengths weren't the same, and some of my nails have some random specks of dust or whatever in them that they could've gotten out of the gel if they didn't cure it and polish over it again. The nail shapes aren't as clean as I like them, so I will probably file them a little to clean them up. Small things, but they make the experience for me when it comes to nails. I have used this place off and on for over 5 years. I used to love this spot. I got top notch service and my nails were beautiful. However, I went back in recently for just a basic pedicure and was not treated quite as well. When I ordered my pedicure, the lady rolled her eyes at me for getting the most basic option. My service then felt sort of rushed but acceptable. It was fine. The lady did a decent job and put the salon flip flops on me. Great. But then this man came behind her and put my sandals on my feet. Would have also been fine except he smudged my toe. I told him about it and he tried to fix it but it was very gloppy. Also fine though. I was willing to accept it. Where I'm upset is that I specifically asked him if I should sit longer to let it dry and he said no "just be careful".... By the time I literally just got to my car, my big toe and second toe were all messed up. I went back the next day to have them touch it up... they did but they didn't take off the messed up gloppy mess and just painted over it which just looks even more gloppy. It feels like this place is great if you are willing to spend the money for the upgrades, but doesn't prioritize folks when they get the basic service. This is a shame because even basic customers are still paying customers. And it's still not cheap to get your nails done at all. I still tipped 20%, always... but I expected more out of Dana and her husband. They used to treat me so kindly. read more

Polish bottles all looked crusty and she took the cuticle trimmer out of a drawer, so no sanitization. Had me soak for a minute in a dish of plain water and then went right to the clippers. Did not ask about length, just shape- really hardly spoke to me. Nails are not shaped well. Did not see her clean anything- and I did not see them change the paper towel my hands were on. Worst nail experience I've ever had TLDR: I got a regular mani pedi that took 3 hours because the tech kept smudging it. she kept saying that it was my fault when she was the one that kept messing it up. I got a mani-pedi. Atmosphere is clean and updated. Treated myself to a gel manicure and Deluxe spa treatment pedi for my calloused feet. The gel polish was good and the toenail polish was good too. They were friendly and accommodating. I could pay by credit card and tip by cc as well. I heard them say that they also accept Venmo tips too, but didn't try it. Eh, I'd pass on this place. Owner/manager didn't even stop to wash her hands before doing my eyebrows. Pedicure was fine, but nothing special. Not sure how clean the tools were. They use bowl liners but then rip them to let the water drain, while my feet are in there. Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Also, the real problem, was that the owner/manager came over to me just as polish was about to be applied. Said the credit card machine was maybe not working and asked if I had Zelle or Venmo. Like what?! You post a sign if your CC machine is down. I made it clear I wanted to pay via CC and she "called and got it working." Very suspect. Not okay. Do not recommend. read more

My aunt, my mother and I went in together and were sat quickly with no wait but pushed us to hurry and pick services when they don't post prices or menu online for a customer to be ready. Then proceed to push you towards gel nails because that is superior ok.. but if I don't like to colors don't roll your eyes! This place is gross and overpriced. They don't have even have nail/feet dryers....like what??!? I had the sloppiest gel manicure done here. Cuticles flooded with polish and the polish doesn't even cover the sides of my nails. At one point the tech had me put both hands in the same uv lamp at the same time...and held up the one side with....a sponge. The bottle of the gel top coat had layers and layers of dried polish on the side. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.
