7.24.25 I needed a pedi as my current polish was peeling and I need pretty manicured feet for my travel to Japan tomorrow. I called to see if I could book an appointment and was able to come in immediately. When I arrived, it was fairly quiet. Hanna was my technician. She was very personable and I was happy to converse with her since I am self-conscience speaking in Vietnamese and she understood me. Hanna helped me pick a summery color and I decided to go with hot pink which she said complemented my skin tone. She was thorough and took her time. She informed me that the salon is under new management and it has been renovated with different wall color, hardwood floor, and updated workstations and massage chairs. The salon looks sleeker, modern, and more upscale. I highly recommend Hanna! read more

I was a walk in for a pedi but they don't require appoints. The lady was nice but she never cut my nails or did what I asked. I don't think she understood English. I asked twice to please trim they were to long no trim was given.. it's a very nice place but the service was not good. I will not return after paying $70 for basically a polish and a 4 minute massage. read more

We found this nail spa accidentally. So glad we did. They do a nice job (we only have pedicures). I am a beauty industry professional so I'm super picky. Price is very reasonable. Staff are friendly. I'm new to the area and after another salon fell through, I walked in to Lavender about an hour and a half before close. They still sat me for a mani pedi and took their time. I was the last one in the shop and they did a great job. I've been coming here for the past couple weeks now and will continue my patronage. They are awesome! read more

I love this salon. I work and live in the Towson area but drive all the way here to get my nails done. The service and quality of the work is perfect. The picture I posted is of my nails after 3 weeks ( They still look so good) and the other one is the set I got previously, before this one. I'll update when I go next week to get a new color read more

I'm in town for business and decided that I needed to get a new set. Saw this place had really decent reviews, so I decided to give it a shot and try my luck. While I was waiting for my old set to be soaked off, I decided to get a pedicure. The pedicure was nice and the paint job was good. When it came time for my new set, I explained that I wanted a pink and white ombré. My pointer finger and some were cut really short, and I asked for some of the other nails to be evened out so that it wouldn't look super out of place, but the lady kept saying they're evenly matched to the other hand so she didn't want to shorten them. The powder itself was terrible. I could clearly see where the white and pink were defined because it hadn't been blended well. I spoke up - which I usually never do - and asked if she could blend the colors. At this point, her coworker came by and also looked at them, and agreed and instructed her on how to fix it. From this point on, the tech started to get really rough on my hands, leaving three cuticle cuts. She ended up blending some nails not not doing much with the others. When I usually go get my nails done, the technicians are usually very open to hearing what the customer wants, and I felt like she just got upset that I didn't like what she was doing. I'm just going to go get them fixed at another salon; I wouldn't even want to come back and have the owner touch them after the techs kept trying to convince me they were pretty. read more

Lavendar Nails is a great nail salon but Anne has a major attitude and horrible customer service. She mentioned after attempting to do nails designs that she wasn't good with it. After expressing I didn't like the design she gets an attitude and says she won't do my designs again. When it's time to pay, I noticed she over charged me for the horrible design. Anne is the worst. Avoid her if you go to Lavender. read more

Great service. Quality work. Friendly staff! Relaxed atmosphere. Owner always finds a way to service everyone.

Maybe I'm just picky idk but I just feel like these acrylics look terrible. The shape is not what I wanted. They are uneven, and you can see my nail. They don't line up properly. I decided to give this place a try since it was close to home but honestly never again. Cannot wait until these pop off and I JUST got them yes ****Update: 10 days later. My pinky nail broke off on 5/7.. I got these nails on 5/3. Never have I had issues with acrylics this soon. I have my nails done where they would grow out so well with my natural nail and I could just paint over them. I could usually get 3-4 weeks (and that's pushing it if I'm lucky). So disappointed. I got these done the day before July 4th and i left on vacation for a week on the 5th so I was not able to go back and get them fixed. read more

I had an appt at 10am with my friend, but due to traffic I got there at 10:05am. As soon as I walk in the front desk lady was being absolutely disrespectful to me. She had said "I dont have time for you, dont have time for this" and continued to huff and puff. Mind you the Spa was not busy at all, she then continued to "shoo-ed" me away. I was shocked by this experience, but honestly there was no reason for her to be this rude to a customer. I will not be coming back here. read more

Lavender Nails is my new go-to place in Howard County. I got a dip SNS with Annie and she did a very thorough job taking off my old polish, helping me pick a new one, and shaping my nails. My daughter and I came here for manicures on a weekday evening. I received the best manicure I have ever had from Fu. He was very attentive to each nail and took his time cleaning up my cuticles and nail bed. He was generous with the gel coating and my nails look great. Lily gave my daughter a full acrylic set and filed them to a point, as requested. She also said that it was the best manicure she has had. She messed up her paint while drying and Lily corrected it right away. I am new to the area and haven't found a nail salon yet. After this professional and affordable experience, I will definitely be a regular here! read more

Came here today for a fill. 1 pm. Open 10am to 5 pm on Sundays. Closed, no sign. Tired of unreliable businesses.

Being new to the area, I've been looking for a new nail spot as I'm really picky about my nails -they're natural. I like them painted a certain way, filed a certain way...you know typical over the top girly stuff! And John was able to meet that! I walked in on a Monday after work. It was pretty busy for a Monday evening...not jam packed, but definitely a little more busy than I expected. However, that did not stop them from catering to me as soon as I walked in the door! I told them I wanted a gel mani, I was handed an assortment of gel colors to select from and seated within 30 seconds! That's what I'm talking about!! John did exactly what I asked for! So, I think me and my nails may have found a new home! :) read more

I had high expectations from this place but they weren't full filled. The nail technician was really nice but my acrylic coffin nails looked nothing like coffin. I did not like the nails and on top of that they charged me $55 for the job just because they decided to use gel nail polish instead of regular polish. I personally do not recommend this place. read more

I'm ecstatic I have finally found a nail salon that I really like in Maryland. I came during my lunch break and got a full set. I was in and out within an hour and Annie paid so much attention to details I absolutely love my nails! Small and old polish selection. My friend got an outstanding pedicure. My technician on the other hand, tried to polish my toes even though there was very little polish left in the bottle. The polish ended up looking gross and streaky. She whacked my toes with a pair paper flip flops she was trying to dry them with. She proceeded to re-polish them in the same streaky manner. She whacked them AGAIN, and re-repolished them in a way that looked relatively worse than before. Yikes! read more

This is a nice little salon with great manicurists. My nail technician removed old dipping powder nails attentively and gave me a nice gel manicure. She really tried to pay attention to detail. Two issues, though. One - one of my nails ended up pointier than I wanted (I asked for round.) Two, and this is a major issue - the nail polish was obviously thickening and drying out. My technician was working hard to do this my right, but it's hard with chunky polish. My gel manicure ended up looking lumpy as a result. Long story short - great service, good prices, need better materials. read more

Stopped here on a road trip.  They were open on sunday and did not require an appointment. The first place I stopped required an appointment so I had to find another place on yelp. They were very nice on the phone and was ready for me when I arrived. Very nice people.  Good quality brand polishes.  I got a Gel manicure for $30 and basic pedicure for $25. The pedicure chairs massage was nice and they did a good job on my toes. Foot massage, scrub, lotion, hot towel all included. No hot stone was used.  Overall a good experience. I gave 4 instead of 5 because the gel polish was a little thick like the polish was getting old. I use the harmony brand all the time so its not the brand, the polish was getting old.  The essie polish used on my toes was fine. I would definitely visit again. read more

First off, just want to say that Jessica was great!!! I was a walk-in...being new to the area, I looked to my friends on Yelp to help me find a new manicure place :). When I waked in, I was kindly greeted and immediately got to sit down with Jessica to get my SNS manicure done. She did an awesome job, was quick, and such a nice person to talk to! The shop was pretty busy, so I was surprised I got in and out within an hour. This is now my go-to place and I can't wait to see Jessica again! read more

Loved the pedicure experience here! Got the milk and honey with my husband. One complaint is the way the tech cut a couple of my nails at a crazy angle, and one corner doesn't match the other. Hands down the best nail salon I've been to in Maryland. I didn't grow up in the area, but I've spent a few years in Baltimore and haven't been able to find a salon nearly as good as Lavender Nails. I'm not as concerned with the massages and pampering that come with getting your nails done - but when it comes to nicely shaping and polishing nails, this place is fantastic. The salon is clean, the tools are hygienic, the techs are friendly, and the prices are very affordable. I've gotten regular and gel manicures here a couple of times now with different techs, and I've been very happy with my nails. So glad I found this place! read more
