My nails did not look almond shaped and they were all uneven. And then she picked out the wrong color for me. Second time was today, If I had known that they charged you $50 for a gel pedicure I would have never came here. They barely even gave me a massage or a full "spa pedicure" I saw another lady and she was getting all sorts of scrubs and massages. I believe the owners name was Kathy, but $50 for a gel manicure is way too high especially when they didn't do anything except paint the toenail polish. Never coming here again, when my nail technician will charge me $35 and give me a full massage and different scrubs.

When I sat down,…read morethey immediately started aggressively filing and applying dip powder (igel dip and dap), which is not a gel overlay, but a different version of an acrylic overlay. The green photos are from the refill, which was a nightmare. These photos were taken TWO days after the appointment. First, she was filling so hard, it caused a burning sensation. Then, the application was uneven and the polish was flooding my cuticles. When I got home I noticed a bunch of air bubbles and eventually it started peeling and parts of the acrylic fell off. The chipped polish revealed a decent amount of lifting around one of nails. Mind you, I work from home in front of a computer and don't do any lifting, so this is just from how they were done. I had gone the day after to ask for my nails to be redone and the owner (I believe) caught a whole attitude which rubbed me the wrong way, so I didn't get them redone. Such a waste of money. Also, they don't seem to have set prices as my refill was only $5 cheaper than the original application. I paid $105 the first time and $100 the second (price includes a gel pedicure). 10/10 would NOT recommend (also, definitely a chop shop)

The male technician who did my pedicure was excellent. He was professional, thorough, and did a great job. I have absolutely no complaints about the service he provided. Unfortunately, the condition of the salon during this visit made it difficult to relax. I saw roaches crawling on the seating area, which immediately raised concerns about cleanliness. There was also a spider in the salon that several employees were loudly talking about and trying to kill, which made for an uncomfortable atmosphere while clients were trying to enjoy their services. The biggest issue for me was watching a scrub product spill onto the workstation. Instead of discarding it, one of the technicians scooped it up with his bare hand and put it back into the bottle. Seeing a product that is used on clients' skin handled that way was very concerning and made me question the salon's sanitation practices. This experience was surprising because it wasn't like this during my previous visits. I hope this was just an off day and that management takes these concerns seriously. The technicians are talented, but cleanliness and proper sanitation are just as important as good customer service. At this point, I'm not sure if I'll return, which is unfortunate because I've had good experiences here in the past.
