Went into this place after my morning workout next door as it's located in the same plaza. No spectacular decor in this place but that's ok. The place is clean I could see implements being sterilize and the little lady assisting me was cordial. Not overly pleasant or anything mostly very matter of fact. I was the first customer of the day, so maybe she hadn't had her coffee or tea. She filled the basin with warm water per my request and gave me a menu to select my Pedicure option. I opted for the spa pedicure with exfoliation and a hot towel! Can't wait. She performed the service very thoroughly and used the drill to file my to unruly fourth toes down which I like. These are my devil toes that have a mind of there own. She pushed back cuticle and only cut where necessary. I have a problem with people cutting to much unnecessarily as it only promotes more growth of hardened skin. She finished and provided a firm massaged which was nice. The polish job was the greatest as I have a pet peeve for a smooth transition from the cuticle. She cleaned it up as best she could with acetone and then it really wasn't that bad considering I hadn't had a pedicure this entire winter. Overall a solid 3.5. I'm bumping up to for as she made absolutely sure I was dry before putting my tennis shoes on. She also sat me in front a warm blower instead of the cool drying station. I appreciated that. If I could I would give them no stars at all. This place is the worst. The women who did my nails was very unprofessional. When I went to select my colors on three occasions the bottles for the dipping polishes were missed labeled and she tried to insist on telling me the color was right even after showing her the nail swatches. She proceeded to give me a yellow which was brighter than I liked, I didn't like it and asked her to change it. She took my original polish off with the sanding tool and then again to remove the ugly yellow she applied. Needless to say she sanded my nails down so much they are paper thin and you can see the circular motion where my original nail is and the indentation from where she filed them down super low almost to the skin especially on my thumbs. I didn't realize how bad it was until I soaked off the gel this evening. She appeared to be angry that I was taking so long to pick a color but the colors did not match the swatches and I did not want gel polish I only use the powders. They were clearly mislabeled no apologies or anything. The worst thing about this situation is that I am from out of town and this is where my daughter gets her nails done so it never crossed my mind that this would happen. I will be filing complaint with local health department and BBB. These people should not be allowed to do nails ever! I wish I had not been so impulsive and just waited and read the bad reviews first. SMH. read more

My daughter and I spent 4 hours in Rosy's on 2/25/22. During the application of my full set, which I requested to be done by Don, he had to take off 2 nails and reapply them. I thought that everything would be okay. Not even one hour after my daughter and I got home one of the 2 nails that he had to fix, the tip popped completely off of my right hand. Leaving only the acrylic. NOT EVEN A FULL 24 HOURS LATER. Today at work, the second of the two nails that had to be replaced during application, the tip popped COMPLETELY OFF, now once I've gotten home, doing normal activities a 3rd nail (thumb of the right hand) has popped off. I AM COMPLETELY PISSED OFF, not to mention the bill for my daughter and I was $199.00 ONLY FOR ME TO HAVE 7 NAILS LEFT OF THE NEW FULL SET that I've had a little over 24 hours. I'm sure if I were to go back for repairs I WILL BE CHARGED. However, NO THANK YOU, I will get my repairs done elsewhere and I DO NOT or WILL NOT recommend this salon to any one. Not properly trained to do nails AT ALL!!!! My wife wanted a simple gel set with one solid color with no design. In the end, all nails were shaped different and the color was uneven with bubbles. I just moved to the area recently and was looking for a nail salon. This place was by far the worst. I sent a week later and had my toes redone because it was awful. My nail tech was so busy chatting with other techs and carrying on that two people who walked in after me got service before me. They put me in a chair, but she was walking around for at least ten minutes before coming to me. First nail she used the cuticle clippers on, she cut. If yelp offered a negative star rating, I would use it for this nail salon. no wonder it was empty of customers... first off, there was no friendliness to be found; not even one partial smile. Then, the pedicure lady seemed in a rush, mind you, I'm the only customer... she barely soaked my feet and barely cleaned the old nail polish off my nails. she did not cut the toe nails evenly and a 6 year old could have painted them better. As for the malln doing my fill, he didn't even look at me, grumbled when I asked about a design OTHER than their limited flowers, and repeatedly grabbed and repositioned my hands instead of telling me to. Stay away from this place. I stopped in during my lunch break for a quick manicure and it was the a waste of $30 for a gel manicure. The overall place didn't look fresh and vibrant. It felt as if the owners or management gave up on the place. The stations were junky and where I was seated next to the wax station.... let's just say it looked as if it was old and burned. For the first time, after foil was wrapped on my nails the tech put my hands in plastic gloves then had me put my hands in an electric hand warmer.... I guess this was a way to accelerate the gel polish removal but it was a waste of time. Also, she filed my nails down shorter than what I told her to mainly because she did not file them even from the beginning. Then a disgusting thing occurred... I'm sure anyone who has gotten a manicure is all to familiar with the part where oil is placed on your cuticles and fingers are placed in warm water to soak.... right?.... well this lady put this pink lotion on my nails (yes same lotion for the massage after) and had me soak my nails. After maybe 30 seconds of this ridiculousness, the water started to look murky like dirty dish water so I couldn't take it. If you want your nail beds ripped off be my guest... I went in to get my gel nails removed and a mani. The lady who took to her chair was unapologetically rough. Let me count the ways: Strike 1: when examining my nails she took my hand and HYPER EXTENDED my pinky. I had to firmly tell her nobody's fingers bend that way Strike 2: when using the drimmel (nail grinder) she kept leaving it in contact with my nail on high speed for too long making it burn... no apologies Strike 3: she then decided it would be a great idea to use press on nails to FORCEFULLY separate the overlay from my nail bed. A few times a yelped because I could feel my nail about to rip. One of the times she pushed too hard and scratched me up my finger. Again no apologies Strike 4: Only after all of this and my face looking furious did she attempt to soak off my gel nails.... which is usually done toward the beginning. Strike 5: the entire time she spoke in her native language to the other lady behind her I CANCELLED MY MANI AND WENT TO PAY! The older man asked if i changed my mind and asked what happened. I told him she was being too rough and i was leaving. She never once apologized and continued speaking in their native language while i was standing there. If I could give it 0 I would. I went for a fill-in. The starting price is $15. I paid $30. Wait... first they want you to tip in cash. I told her before I sat down that I don't carry cash. I didn't tip. How do you tell someone how to tip you? No. I did have two broken nails. I knew that would be extra. Apparently $3 per nail. Then I got gel top coat. This means I get regular nail polish that has to dry then a top coat of uv gel polish. So I paid $9 for gel top coat. She was rushing as if they had a full salon. There were only 3 ppl. Me and two others. I got my nails done there on Sunday around 1 pm. Before 6, my nail polish was chipping and smudged. Today, Wednesday (pic was taken Tuesday btw), I went up there and asked how much the extra nails were and ask if I could be refunded the amount for the gel top coat which was ineffective. He offered to redo them. No, I don't want you touching my nails. I just want my money back. I'm being reasonable by just asking for the gel amount. I don't have time to sit there and let you ruin them again. He said no because I used a credit card. You can just hand me some cash out of the drawer. I told him, "I'll just write a bad review." If I could give zero stars I could. First time I went I got my nails done. They were all around horrible. They were uneven, some were cut so short and the gel Polish was bumpy. Three nails broke the following day. Second experience I went with 2 friends to get eyebrows waxed. One had an ok experience. Mine were completely uneven one being almost totally waxed off and my other friends looked like they missed half of her brow. Go somewhere else!
