Super yummy! I really wish I would've tried the flight so I could've tried more flavors. The cobbler was really good, not runny or watery at all and great flavor. The banana pudding was super yummy and I love how many options they had.

Huge selection of some super tasty sweets. From the cookies, to the shakes, and cobblers of course, you can't go wrong. Staff is friendly and ready to answer your questions on their extensive menu.

We stopped in here after eating at Waldo's, since they're practically next door. I read the prior bad reviews, but was intrigued enough to try it myself. I got the Churro Stix, with Nutella, and my husband got peach cobbler with vanilla ice cream. When we ordered, the cashier said my churros would have a 7-10 minute wait, was that ok? I said sure. It was actually 16 minutes (no big deal) and she apologized when our order was up, so I'm not complaining. Mine was good, but I was hoping for more of the Nutella flavor to shine through. He said the peach cobbler was good, but the cobbler was a little crumbly, almost like gluten-free stuff. Still, he polished it off. Overall, solid 4 stars. I'd try them again, but maybe order something else.

Service was good. The cashier offered to help give recommendations since it was my first time here. Got the original peach cobbler with ice cream. The ice cream was very plain with no flavor but it works if you eat it with the cobbler. The cobbler itself was good but the ice cream was really so bland. Price wasn't bad at $8. The restaurant was clean and spacious.

There's still some kinks to be worked out at this location. Definitely need another cashier or maybe a way to online order to speed up the process on a weekend. There isn't much seating so it's more of a grab and go spot but I feel like peach cobbler with ice cream is more of a sit and enjoy right now kind of endeavor. We did happen to get a seat just because while we were waiting we knew someone at a table and they had us grab it before it got snatched up. I had the strawberry peach cobbler and it was fine, very sweet but not really worth the hype. Another person had the praline peach and I liked that one better. Churros were very well coated with cinnamon and sugar, warm and served with choice of sauce. Would I go back, probably but I also wouldn't make a special trip either.

Cinnamon Roll (I didn't try this so I have no comment)

I'm gonna recommend the business just because I want to see people win! However, I won't be contributing to that win. This was....nasty. I expected a very good homemade tasting cobbler but it was no where near tasty. It gave me a vibe of a store bought cobbler from Walmart. I was sooo disappointed. Although the price wasn't bad for the size of the cobbler, it as very over priced for the flavor. My husband had the strawberry waffle and that was straight up over priced!! Also; they've got to figure out a system in there. It makes no sense that people wait so long for something that's not even fresh. Their wait was a huge inconvenience. Not to mention I observed one lady come out from the kitchen to say that she was out of peach cobbler. Wait; how is THE PEACH COBBLER FACTORY out of PEACH COBBLER???? They've got work to do in the back of the house and in the front but good luck to them!!

Just one word.... Delicious! Lots of choices, all of them yummy. I recommend giving this place a try and see for yourself.

The flight... pick 4. The cups don't fit in the flight board because the flight board is for slim glass or shot glasses.

I really wanted to love this place, support a new business in the area, and hope to have something I would come back for. The place stayed busy. It just opened so the stream of customers was continuous. The could use some benches for seating inside for ppl who are waiting and not dining in. The bathrooms were really clean too and so was the facility. The lady at the register was very kind and friendly. So many sweets on the menu, it could truly get paired down to some really good staple instead of so many under par options so they could focus on quality. We ordered a flight, just under $20 for 4 options. The portions were small but it they were phenomenal it would've been worth it. For our flight we got the standard peach cobbler, strawberry cobbler, original banana pudding, and red velvet pudding. The cobblers were essentially fruit flavored jams, tasted artificial, def not homemade, slightly heated, too sweet, not much crust. The pudding were not good they were exactly the same and for the red velvet they just added the tiniest spoonful worth of a piece of red velvet cake sliver. I couldn't believe it! The flight cops didn't even fit into the flight board so very poor execution of a flight I feel bad because I wanted to enjoy this but they are a new business and still seem to have a lot to learn and many kinks to work out. Based on product, sadly I don't think they will have many returning customers from ppl who know what good cobbler and banana pudding is all about. Good luck to them

Peach cobbler tasted pretty classic (in a good way), good place if you want a sweet treat but you're better off skipping on the icecream

I don't throw around the word "franchise" lightly. But I walked out of Mango Mango Dessert on Colorado Blvd genuinely researching whether I could open one in centennial or south area. That should tell you everything. The crepe cake is what got me. Thin crepe after thin crepe, stacked with cream, and somehow light enough that you don't feel like a monster for finishing it. We also grabbed some to bring home... which lasted about 20 minutes if I'm being honest. Perfect end of night dessert. Here is the thing though... this place doesn't feel like it was built for an American audience. It feels like someone picked it up directly from Asia and just set it down on Colorado Blvd, completely intact. The flavors, the presentation, the whole experience... it's the real deal. Not a watered down approximation of what Americans think Asian dessert tastes like. The actual thing. Now the lines. They are long. At all hours. And the answer is yes... people just love it this much. A line that long is usually trying to tell you something. Go. Just bring a bag if patience.

The Eggs Benedict on a croissant stood out, and you can tell they take their baking seriously. Their "Queens" (their version of a kouign-amann) are especially worth trying. They also use high quality, locally sourced ingredients, and it shows in the flavor. Go for the cake, but definitely stay for more.

But fast forward to 2026 and the era of tariffs and inflations, a $10 drink is the norm. And I'm glad I decided to give MTP another try. First time was good but didn't stand out. This time around, I left impressed. We were in Downtown to see Hell's Kitchen and I decided to bring my partner here since he's never been. This time, I ordered the ube jasmine sweet cream drink because it didn't look too powdery and artificial (the light purple color spoke to me). We also ordered the black sesame drink and both drinks were quite delicious and definitely worth the drive for the drinks (or at least the 14 min walk from the entertainment venues to here for a pick me up before the shows). They're not too sweet and I'm glad that they don't overload the drink with ice because I've been to some places where you get 90% ice. It's a modern milk tea shoppe but it's currently located in a plaza with plenty of outdoor seating and it's enclosed so you don't see the loudness of the city. I know they're relocating soon but I'll be back for sure.

They were extremely busy on a Sunday evening especially since it was the Dodgers vs Rockies game. It took awhile but service was amazing. Staff brought out our drinks. The store is definitely very aesthetic but there are no tables inside. Outdoor bench seating only.

I tried the hot and read buffalo chicken sandwich, and the pork green chile. I thought both were good. Definitely more emphasis on the bread in these than you would get somewhere else, but that is to be expected with it being a pie shop. I liked the pork a little bit more. They were more filling than I expected but also I didn't think about how much bread there was until after. Also got the key lime pie for dessert later in the day which I loved. Good amount of whipped cream, and had great flavor. Not too crumbly on the crust either. And finally I did get the take and bake chicken pot pie. Which I thought was excellent. Fair value for the size, I think. The large got me 3 meals but probably could have stretched it to 4. But it was so good that I just kept eating more. Had good amounts of chicken in it and good ratio with the veggies. I would definitely return here. Would definitely get the pot pies and key lime pie again. I wouldn't go out of my way to get them, but if I was in the area and needing something quick and easy to eat, I would get 1 of the hot and ready sandwiches too - I thought they were fairly priced too.
