This is the ultimate cozy breakfast spot that feels like home. From the warm and inviting atmosphere to the friendly staff, everything about this place screams comfort. Definitely try their waffle and BELT sandwich!

The food was incredible--this small, cozy spot delivers big flavors. Service was excellent, dishes arrived quickly, and everything exceeded expectations. I'll definitely be back.

This is a nice find for breakfast in the sunnyside neighborhood. The chef at the time of my visit has southern roots, and the menu has inventive and soulful egg dishes. The wait was about a half hour on a Saturday morning, and the food took about a half hour but it was delicious. I have no criticism for the food. The restaurant itself is pretty small and was quite noisy. It was hard to hear our waitress' voice and the volume might be a too much for some young children that are sensitive to noise.

Huevos from heaven

Food: fresh and simple. Best Huevos in Colorado. My mom's latkes were on point. Excellent coffee and espressos, too. Service: local shop that is family run and owned. Super warm servers. Ambiance: comfort. All of the things that remind you of your favorite grandma's house in some way. Bonus: Coca-Cola products!!

Wow. My boyfriend and I came to Denver four years ago and this place stuck with us. We came back to Denver for the weekend and HAD to see if it was still good. Boyyy this place didn't miss a beat. So delicious prices are amazing. 5 Star 5 star 5 star. Customer service is fast and nice too! Must go if you're in Denver .

We're from Texas, I grew up eating grits, my momma, nan and aunts have made grits a 100 different ways and these came in an incredibly close second to my nans. Hands down some of the best grits I've ever had. 10/10 this place is SO good! Staff was friendly and excited to help, the service was great! The restaurant is a small neighborhood cafe so be ready to wait if they're busy but I guarantee it won't be long, super cozy, loved the plants and decor!!!

Neighborhood place to have coffee, breakfast, smoothies. Come hungry because the portions are big and delicious. Their pancakes and waffles are amazing. Waffle was crips, fluffy and just sweet enough. Maple syrup was organic as was the regular coffee. Parking can be a challenge since it's really just off the street parking. Service was prompt and friendly too.

Omg! This spot is so cute! It is just another little brunch spot, but without the insane wait and intense amount of people. The food is really good and you get a decent amount of food. When I went, there was only one server and she did a great job. So I must giver her the flowers she deserves.

The food here is so good. Definitely money well spent I love the small-town vibe of the place reminds me of a mom and pa cafe we have back home. Dirty chia was so good and the service was so great asked us how everything was if the chia was good great service if we visit Denver again definitely will be back

Service: 10/10. Bar staff was excellent, very friendly and fast. Food came out of the kitchen very quickly as well. Food: The menu had a lot of really interesting options, I got the Bluegrass Benedict. It was amazing. Literally one of my favorite benedict dishes I've had. It had layers and layers of flavors between the greens, sauce, and toppings. The home fries were crispy on the outside + soft on the inside perfection. The only part that wasn't stellar was the pork belly itself, have definitely had better, but everything else blew me away. The portion size was large. Value: I paid $22 after tip, it was a big portion and I had to eat some later (although not as good as fresh), overall great quality and service so would say value on point. Accessibility: There was street parking in front. There is a ramp to the door. I had a great meal and would recommend highly and would go again if back in the area.

The wait times can be a little crazy if you arrive during prime time (weekends in the morning). I have seen the wait be close to an hour or more. But they do allow you to check in online before you arrive to skip the wait. The restaurant is packed full of tables and is tight when the tables are full and the servers are working through all the spaces. The ambiance is very much mom and pop feel to it but is overflowing with people like a mainstream restaurant. With all of that being said OPH is definitely worth the wait and the chaos of the spaces used. I think it gives the space a very cool feeling knowing they are trying to make sure they get everyone a meal. The service: The waiters are extremely kind and helpful. This was my first time and I was overwhelmed with all my options and how many things looks amazing. They are attentive to drinks and empty plates to make sure you have as much room as possible. The food: This is where OPH sets itself apart from the wide variety of breakfast places in the area. Everytging that I have tried is to die for. I ordered the corned beef hash and it was some of the best corned beef I have had. It is a little undercooked like it should be mixed with their gold Yukon house potatoes served with an egg of your choosing on top. I did over easy eggs as I think the runny yoke on top of everything is the best way to eat it. But that's just the way I like it. I also upgraded my pancake side to the pineapple pancakes which came with a pineapple syrup that was addicting. Overall my meal was a 10/10 and loved every bite. My wife got the potatoe pancakes with sour cream and they were so thin, crispy, and tasty that I wanted to order another half order because they were perfectly made. This is a close second of the things that I tried. I would rate the potato pancakes a 10/10 as well. My father in law got the sour dough French toast which was very good. I don't love French toast but thought the sour dough was a great idea for French toast. Overall I would eat at OPH every morning if I had the time and money. I would highly recommend this places as a must try if you are in the area. I will be back and cannot wait to try more of the menu.

The variety of toppings makes it fun to mix and match. The Thai Peanut was unique and surprisingly good, but the Mexican Chocolate was the clear favorite at the table. I had the avocado toast. The side salad was a standout -- spinach, small orange slices, and a berry vinaigrette. Super fresh, light, and refreshing. My husband got the biscuits and gravy and said it had great flavor with a nice kick of spice. Vegetarian options were clearly labeled, with a note to ask about vegan swaps. The service, unfortunately, didn't match the food. We waited at the door for at least 10 minutes without being acknowledged. After we were seated, our server started taking our order but stopped midway to run someone else's food. We also never got water refills, and with just one napkin each for donuts and a full meal, I found myself folding and refolding mine a million different ways. Overall, service felt slow and a bit disjointed, like we weren't a priority. If the service improved, this would easily be a go-to brunch spot.

One of my sisters and I both got lattes and my other sister got a hot tea and we are all very happy with our selections. I forgot a photograph all the food that we ate, but I did take a picture of the donut holes. We got the four pack that consisted of the cream anglaise, the lemon, and the Mexican chocolate. They were good, not too sweet, I would've preferred that they were stuffed with the filling because I think it would've made them taste even better. One of my sisters and I ended up getting the biscuits and gravy. She got the ultimate and I got the southern. Both were absolutely delicious and came with these really yummy potatoes. My other sister got the lox Benedict and ate it so unbelievably fast that I didn't even have a chance to see what it looked like. My stepmom ended up getting a scramble of some sort and she said it was fantastic. The restaurant staff was very kind and courteous, and the restaurant was very clean. I did get an opportunity to use the restroom and while it was very much covered in graffiti and stickers, it was clean and they did have a changing table for kids. We ended up splitting up our checks and they came out to about $22 a person, including my coffee, my entrée and my doughnuts. I would actually recommend this place. I think it is very kid friendly and a really neat place to visit.
