While waiting for my friend at Starbucks,close to AU,I spilled my Caramel Macchiato on my laptop - OMG!!! Real disaster.Lots of work potentially lost.I was sitting there almost crying,I dint know if I have to turn it off,upside down or threw it away. Ivan is my go-to guy for computer repair. A couple times a year he performs some routine maintenance on my laptop to keep it up and running like new. I first contacted him when I had a scare with my computer crashing, but he was able to save all my important files. Honestly I don't know much about computers. I use mine for word processing and playing music, but from a customer service aspect alone Ivan excels. Cost-wise, his services are a bargain. Convenience-wise, he's willing to pick-up and deliver. Ivan went above and beyond what I expected. One day my computer took a long time to boot up. Ivan ran some diagnostics and discovered the hard drive was going bad. He then backed-up my computer, found a new hard drive for me (when we discovered the replacement hard drive I had bought was defective), installed the new hard drive, and returned the laptop as good as new. When I arrived home, I had a few more questions about how to change some of the settings back to how I'd had them. Ivan helped me do that remotely.
