It was only a mile from home so I picked this place. Was i comfortable with it? After leaving my laptop there, I was having second thoughts. It's because of the confidence factor that I rated it a 3. Parking is difficult to find in the neighborhood - not really convenient. Ask for a receipt or you'll get none. As far as service, it's competent enough - a solid 4. I don't usually leave reviews but I had such a solid experience with Hamlet that I have to say something. I have a high end custom built PC that after 10 years randomly wouldn't boot to Windows and I couldn't figure out why. I messaged Hamlet on a Saturday and he responded very quickly. I initially wanted on site service but he told me that would be too expensive since I didn't know the root cause of the problem and that I should bring it in to his office instead. I took my PC there 30 min before closing, very last minute. Within 1 day he found the issue, which was a faulty boot drive, and gave me a very reasonable estimate for parts and labor. Within 48hrs I got my PC back in a much better state, clean Windows install plus an upgraded boot drive which was very nice. Any other tech store would have overcharged me and probably wouldn't have figured out the issue to begin with. Hamlet is very reasonable and knowledgeable with PCs, would highly recommend. After years of gaming on my old PC I built with my friends in 2013 I decided to upgrade. I planned and built the gaming PC of my dreams, but when I booted it up it crashed every time I tried to install Windows.
