Both Eric and Andy at PC Express are incredibly kind and fast-working. About a month ago, I spilled water on my laptop and took it to PC Express to see if it could be repaired. Within 2-3 hours of me dropping of the laptop, I had gotten an update that the laptop was not salvageable (I had really doused the thing, so this is not a reflection on their repair skills) and that that they would begin backing up my hard drive for me. And since I had a deadline right after an upcoming holiday weekend, they let me come in that same day and copy some needed files from the hard drive as it was being backed up. Their quick responses allowed me to get a headstart on finding a replacement laptop and saved me from spending the whole weekend frantically trying to recreate the materials that I needed to meet my deadline. Exceptionally knowledgeable and cares about getting your computer back to you in a timely fashion. My laptop died, and I didn't know why. The battery wouldn't recharge, and I couldn't even open the laptop. PC Express showed me how to reset it, got it opened up and recharging. It turned out the power from my outlet was draining the laptop because an air conditioner was also plugged into it. Andrew told me to try a different outlet, and Voila! that solved the problem They didn't even charge me for the service. Great company! read more

My experience with PC Express was beyond excellent. I was traveling, thought laptop probably dead. But Andrew listened to me (thereby bypassing a host of time-consuming and useless ritualistic steps), got right to the source of the problem and fixed it. I brought an old PC in to Andy. It had been in my garage for six years. I had forgotten the password, but I wanted to retrieve any photos from it before recycling it. Andrew is great. Competent for sure. I actually thought he never charged enough for all the work he did for me. Yeah the place is kind of a mess, who cares.
