The artwork on the vinyl banner came out clear and bright, & the sign was exceptionally sharp and clear as well! The customer service I received was also "truly amazing"! Since I needed help redesigning the banner, I worked with a Graphic Designer at Ace Grapix and we went over several ideas until I ultimately chose the one that would become the banner. I was extremely pleased with his creativity and his patience in reviewing all the different choices with me. Both of the items I ordered were ready "earlier than promised"...which was just an added bonus! I highly recommend Ace Grapix for their "Fantastic" customer service and their "Outstanding" Work!!

Well I forgot and I was panicking trying to find someone to get it done in a short amount of time. Arlete, helped me out without charging an arm and a leg. They did an amazing job and delivered the banner in the time promised. We also printed business cards and their work is amazing. We had business cards printed on Vistaprint and the quality was horrible. Vistaprint even redid it and they were still not good that's why we wanted to have them remade. Arlete checked the file to make sure we wouldn't have the same issue and the business cards turned out perfect. They pay attention to detail, have reasonable prices, and have amazing customer service. I would highly recommend them, and we will continue to use their services.

When the timeline fell apart, I was not fully refunded, even though no real work was done. Sam claimed he "worked on my project all morning," but the only thing that happened was downloading my file to see if it could even be printed. That's it. I also had to follow up myself just to get basic answers. They kept $35 for no service. This experience felt misleading and unprofessional.
