This store opens late constantly, and even when the doors are unlocked, no one is ever at the front. You walk in and just stand there wondering if anyone even works there. No greeting, no acknowledgment, no customer service--nothing. It feels like customers are an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Simple tasks like paying a phone bill or fixing a device turn into a drawn-out, confusing mess every single time. The staff either doesn't know what they're doing or simply doesn't care. There's zero consistency in pricing--I've been quoted different prices for the same service, which immediately raises red flags. It feels misleading at best. The biggest issue is their claim about "original parts." Do not believe it. Even when you specifically request and pay extra for original parts, the device never works the same afterward. Performance is worse, issues appear that weren't there before, and nothing feels factory-correct. Based on my repeated experiences, I strongly believe customers are not receiving the parts they're paying for. There is also no transparency about what's being installed, no proof of authenticity, and no accountability when problems happen after the repair. Once they have your money, you're basically on your own. The entire operation feels disorganized, careless, and unprofessional--from how the store is staffed, to how pricing is handled, to how repairs are done. I've visited multiple times hoping things would improve, and they never did. Every visit somehow managed to be worse than the last. If you value your phone, your money, or your time, avoid this place completely. There are plenty of legitimate wireless and repair shops in Phoenix that actually respect customers and stand behind their work. This is not one of them.

So I decide to come into All Cellular since my mom had a good experience some years ago. They initially told me $45 for the battery replacement. The guy says "wait 10-15 minutes," I happily say yes. About AN HOUR later the same guy comes out to tell me that he couldn't get the home button on my iPhone to work. That wasn't a problem before. "It'll be $20 because I need to replace the entire screen now" he says. "But that wasn't a problem before coming in here" I responded. Basically, I had to have my screen replaced to have a working phone. He said "I'll pay half". Whatever. Sure. About 30 minutes later it's done. He says they only take cash. Why wasn't this mentioned during the almost hour and a half I was just sitting there? I'm extremely upset at this point and ask where I can find a Chase ATM because I'm not spending more money than needed on this little deal. A girl with really long hair who works there says "go to the Walgreens right there they have a chase atm". So I go. Oh and I had to leave my phone, that's fine no big deal. Turns out that the Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm so I paid $3 more for this whole ordeal. I couldn't map a nearby chase atm because once again, I had to leave my phone at the store. I come back to the store and the guy says it's $65. I'm like what? I only got $60 because $45 + the $10 (remember he had said he'd pay fo half of the 20 for the screen WHICH WAS HIS MISTAKE to begin with FYI). So he says ok, and I thought I would get $5 back....but of course not! And I told the girl "by the way, Walgreens doesn't have a chase atm. I had to pay $3 extra for this" and she unapologetically just says "ok". Horrible horrible and I feel like they find ways to get more money out of you. I wasted my time and my money. If you're looking for cheaper places that actually are honest and do a good job, I recommend a phone repair shop inside the flea market called El Centro on indian School ad 43rd. They've done an awesome job on my phone and don't charge you for their mistakes (which don't happen anyways)

Jazmin was wonderful throughout the process, and this review is in no way a reflection of her service. Yesterday, we returned to the store because our devices were not working properly. While on the phone with Verizon customer service, I was told to visit the store and that the issue could be resolved in about five minutes. Unfortunately, that could not have been further from the truth. The associate assisting me became frustrated during our interaction and walked away rather than helping resolve the issue. I explained multiple times that the two-factor authentication notifications were being sent to devices that could not receive them, as they were iPads and watches. Instead of working through the problem, I was told there was nothing that could be done. After waiting for assistance, another employee attempted to help but repeatedly insisted that I did not need cellular service on my watch. Respectfully, that is exactly why we purchased the watches in the first place. At that point, I left the store because it was clear I was not getting any meaningful assistance. To make matters worse, somewhere during the setup process, both of our new watches were attached to the same phone number. This was the root cause of the issues we were experiencing and prevented the watches from properly accessing cellular service. As a result, I spent nearly 15 hours on the phone with Verizon customer service trying to correct a problem that originated during the store setup process. Thankfully, the customer service team was eventually able to resolve everything. My biggest frustration is that when a customer tells you something is not working correctly, they should be listened to rather than dismissed. Had someone taken the time to investigate the issue instead of assuming everything was set up correctly, this entire situation could have been avoided.
