Add to the mix I have very specific custom elements I wanted to explore possibilities for. Right off the bat, a young man named "Beans" greeted me. He had a kind and calming demeanor, made eye contact, had a kind word, things I'd forgotten exist. It was busy and he deftly managed through several little tasks, but all the while making me felt, well, seen. I walked him through the ideas I had and he was able to quickly suggest options, that made sense and was able to accomplish almost all of them within the confines of the materials they had. I was just so impressed with him and for making a stressful situation just disappear.
