Back in NY for a visit and First time visit to the new location. This is a mandatory stop when in Western NY. THE BEST Apple fritters ever. AND the cannoli donuts are to die for!! Friendly staff and always a line because the secret is out!

The Strawberry Shortcake Powdered Donut was the best Donut I ever had! So delicious! The second was the Cannoli Donut. Parking can be tricky as every time I've been here, it's been full. I can see why!

A great location of Paula's Donuts! The inside has a good amount of seating and is very clean. They have some fun mini statues of their popular donuts, and a kids play donut counter in the corner, too. Huge selection of all the Paula's staples. There are plenty of options, and they're constantly bringing out fresh ones while you're there. It's hard to pick just a few to have!

    Variety of donuts!

Please, please, please expand to Atlanta! Best donuts in the world! Though Parlor are also very good! Paula's are amazing, huge and reasonably priced old school donuts. Yum!!!

I finally had a chance to stop into the Paula's Donuts on Transit Rd. since they moved out of their old location in Clarence and I really like the new place! They have a much bigger space now with a nice-sized seating area and plenty of parking spots! Stopped in on a Saturday around 11am and didn't have to wait at all to place my order! The young woman who took care of me was wonderful, very conscientious, courteous, so pleasant. I grabbed a variety of donuts and pastries but was on the more adventurous side that morning and tried their Donut Dippers, with five to six of their red velvet donut holes and hearty amount of cream cheese to dip into. I thought this was really good, I'd equate it to grabbing a six-piece chicken nuggets and a dipping sauce - Just enough food without leaving you too full. I would have liked to have seen the cream cheese a little softer as it was a tough to dip the donut holes into without squishing them. I'm not sure if I'd order them again, but if I were with someone I knew wouldn't finish their donut/pastry, I'd think of getting this to supplement whatever they don't finish. :) Paula's Donuts continues to be a Buffalo-staple for breakfast sweets. You can't go wrong with one of their red velvet donuts, peanut sticks, or Bavarian cream-filled donuts, or their cinnamon rolls!

I absolutely love this donut. They were out so the beautiful people in the back made me one fresh! Always fantastic service. Go Bills

Another recommendation when in Buffalo... not what i expected though. Place is accessible but better drive instead of crossing the street bec the pedestrian lights don't turn on lol...there was a line when we visited but service is quick

My expectations were high but their donuts are lousy. Quality is not good. I ordered specialty donut oreo but it was sloppy. Attached is the photo from their website versus the one I got.

Really creative and amazing donuts. The staff was super friendly and all the prices were very reasonable

The new location is great. Very spacious and you can see the counter of donuts better to order when you're uncertain what to get. The donuts are so good we travel here frequently from Rochester. Getting GameDay donuts today! Go Bills!!

This place is the real deal. I'm a donut slut and will always always ALWAYS look for the best donut spot whenever I'm in a different location Every single one of my friends and family members I asked all said the same spot for donuts, "Paula's" I'm typically a cake donut, not filling type of guy but this place I had to get the filled. When you walk in you'll understand why. I went in around 11 on a weekday right around 4th of July so it wasn't as packed as I expected to be but still there were a few people. They had about 4-5 people behind the counter and we're very fast with getting people in and out Inside was very clean, tables to eat at, and a statue for pictures Whenever I have friends coming into Pittsburgh I always make them grab me a few and make sure to try at least 3 different ones each time. You CANNOT go wrong with anything

This review shouldn't come as a surprise to anyone. Needed a fun, fast breakfast and Paula's was at the top of my list. We opted for some donuts and then I of course had to get a breakfast sandwich as well. The donuts were delicious as always. I tried a pumpkin donut as well. 'Tis the season you know. We wanted my son to try some as well and he loved the glazed donut so much! Super exciting. My breakfast sandwich was as great as they always are at Paula's. I got the sausage, egg, and cheese on an everything bagel. It's my standard breakfast sandwich order and it didn't let me down. The whole sandwich was prepared perfectly and it didn't last long on the plate. Whether you're looking for donuts or an always reliable breakfast sandwich, Paula's is the spot.

Paula's Donuts helped heal me after surgery - seriously. But first, a few words about the best…read moredonuts in the United States. I feel confident that statement is true. These are not featherweight, boring, drive thru chain donuts that never fail to disappoint. The box says they are "made with love" and while I certainly hope the bakers and makers are not oozing affection for the creations as they do their job (because that would get weird right?), the recipes and standards of ultra high quality that this unique WNY establishment has sure shows a respect and appreciation for their customers. The dough is light and never greasy tasting. The cream fillings are also fluffy and airy and melt in your mouth. Jellies are all top notch and let me be clear, the donuts are packed full with whatever is inside. Or on top. The headlights are incredible. Peanut butter offerings (several to choose from) are stellar. I'm not sure if the chocolate icing is a ganache but it seems much more like a ganache than the lousy, dried out icing you might find at places we need not mention. Staff are always courteous, polite and fast. I think each donut is going for about $2.30 but well worth it for the size and quality. A box of 3 is heavy to hold. You get a lot of donut for your buck. I've been on a Paula's kick for a couple months, stopping in when appropriate for my donut desires but trying to be mindful of my waistline. I like to sit down and really enjoy every bite. These are not ordinary donuts, they are an experience to savor. But how do Paula's donuts help one recover from surgery? It's about what you might do with them. My friend picked me up and brought me home after the hospital and slyly produced a bag of donuts for me, which I sat down and ate the minute I walked in the door. The unexpected gesture of something I've been enjoying a lot lately certainly took my mind off any discomfort. Nice friend, right? Part of recovery is having supportive friends and family and I'm glad I've got that. And I'm glad I also got a bag of donuts to make a "rough day" a lot better. So, Paula's people - I haven't tried them all yet so I guess I'm going to have to return. (Image is different donuts from a different day.)

Upon walking in, the store looked like a standard "hole-in-the wall" place and had a simple selection of donuts to choose from. If you want to use a credit card, you have to spend at least $5. Donuts: I got the classic glazed donut, peanut donut, red velvet, and a cream filled donut. The glazed donut was soft and delicious. The peanut donut was more on the crumbly side but still great flavour. The red velvet had a nice cream cheese icing. The cream filled donut had a typical white cream filling. Personally, I liked the glazed donut the best - great texture and wasn't too overly sweet. The pricing here is amazing - $1.50 for great quality donuts! Easy to park on the street. There's no seating inside, so it's more of a takeout place. They also sell lottery tickets alongside donuts. It is certainly worth the visit along the way coming from Toronto.
