2025: this is our Family's plumbing company. Tim visited, and after careful, patient and…read moremethodical surveying, he had action plans to replace our hot water line. They provided 3 options in a detailed estimate, which they emailed at my request. Eventually, the cost of the endeavor was satisfactory. We could have done a complete pipe job, ripping out concrete. We chose new copper pipes above ground, and we think the final job adds a visually appealing industrial style to our rural home in Cabazon. We are grateful, again, for the work from Flow-Pro. Tim and Dominic are exactly who we will look to and recommend in the future. Rusty, who handles work over the phone and scheduling is charming and professional. Thank you, too. 2025 update, this company is a local gem. Update: we needed an installation in our bathroom, and Tim was able to handle our non-emergency within a week of our first call. We've got our first bidet and a sink vanity safe for our toddlers. We're superbly grateful that he could handle our little project. Tim and Dominic were punctual and courteous. They approached several plumbing tasks, and gave us quality service for each job. In a single visit, Flo-Pro plumbing handled our bathroom and kitchen issues. We decided to bring them back for work on outdoor pipes. We're relieved to find an excellent plumber available in our Cabazon neighborhood. Their work on my rooftop swamp cooler was phenomenal. They're tidy and efficient. Also, they returned to insure their work was done. Highly recommend.

Bill is the greatest, and that's no exaggeration. He is now the only plumber I really feel…read morecomfortable enough with to call and use on a regular basis. He did a major job in our backyard last year when he installed a whole new sewer line and water main, so he feels like part of the family now. This is my second five star review for him, and how many times do you ever give anyone two five star reviews, right? That tells you everything you need to know about A-Advantage Plumbing. We have unfortunately been having some irksome plumbing issues in our house this year, and that's no fun! We had a clogged toilet in one bathroom at the same time that the toilet in the second bathroom needed a new fill valve, so we had to keep turning it on and off. After that, we had a massive kitchen sink clog from hell during massive summer heat. Most recently, the flapper chain and handle on one of our toilets broke right after the completion of a pee. The bad news on every occasion was that Bill wasn't currently available, and so my brother kept nagging at me to just hire any old plumber, but I insisted every time on waiting for Bill because who wants to risk being overcharged by a plumber you don't know or trust? We put up with the kitchen sink issue, the toilet that was constantly running, and even the broken toilet with the hideous stench of rancid urine until Bill became available, and I'm so glad that we waited because Bill only charged us $200 for the fill valve replacement and there was no charge at all for clearing the clogged toilet in the other bathroom. It would've easily cost us $300 total with any other run-of-the-mill plumber. The price to clear the clog from hell in the kitchen sink was only $500, and he only charged us $164 total to resolve the broken toilet handle/flapper chain issue. Moral of the story? Take advantage of A-Advantage and hire them whenever you can, even if you have to wait, because Bill is well worth waiting for! Bill's wife Karen is a gem too and she works wonders juggling Bill's very busy schedule.

When we first moved into our home, he handled a permitted electrical panel project and made the entire process easy and stress-free. He was professional, quick, communicative, and did excellent work. Since then, we've called him back for several other projects, including installing ceiling lights, putting in new ceiling fans, and checking various electrical issues around the house. Every time, he has been reliable, knowledgeable, and efficient. It's hard to find someone you can trust, but David (and Espy's Electrical services team) is definitely our go-to electrician. From start to finish, this was an outstanding experience. The team is a hardworking family business that takes pride in their craft. They showed up on time, worked efficiently, and paid close attention to detail on every install. They were friendly, respectful of our home, and left everything clean and tidy once the job was done. The pricing was incredibly fair for the quality of work we received -- honestly, it's rare to find such skilled professionals who are also so easy to work with. We'll absolutely be calling them again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work in the Big Bear area. Five stars all the way!

Once again, Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning did not disappoint. It's comforting to know…read morethat you can call a service company and their consistency of excellent work is something you can count on. We had two Cedar trees removed recently because of the plumbing damage they continued to cause on our property. The part of the sewer that is closest to our home was showing signs of needed repair. Several years ago Easy Rooter took care of the sewer line that was on the front side of our property. It's still working very well after 6 years. This time it wasn't a simple task to just dig up the dirt to access the sewer line. There was cement to remove, very large tree roots to remove, and old sprinkler pipes to remove. They replaced old plumbing that was connected to our laundry room and a bathroom. After scheduling for them to do the work a week in advance, they changed the schedule to accommodate us for the following day. The reason they did this was because our shower backed up that very night. Jonathan was at our home the next morning to discuss what they could do in full detail. I so appreciate that Jonathan took the time to spell out everything. When his employees arrived he introduced the guys who were going to do the work and then took them to where the work was to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that this whole job was done in one day! Jonathan has a kind and gentle demeanor. I can see why his employees bring that same attitude to work. Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is the only company I will call because I can trust that they will do what they say they will do, they clean up everything and treat my home like it was their own. This is very important to me because it's so difficult these days to get reliable and efficient work done without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Thanks so much Jonathan and the Easy Rooter family.
