I had to call to find out what was going on. The office manager told me that they would not be coming that day to finish because they had scheduled another job for that day and that was taking priority. The earliest they could reschedule was another two days out. We never agreed to any change in schedule.Totally unacceptable! After the technician returned to finish, there was a small change in the scope of work that increased the price by around 10%. We agreed this was OK. We told the technician to have the invoice for the additional work emailed and we would pay it ASAP. We had already paid the original estimate for the whole job. The very next day we got a phone call from the office manager asking if we had received the invoice and had paid it. I replied we had not received it, send it again and we would pay it. The next day we get another phone call asking again about the invoice receipt and asking for payment. We replied we had received the invoice and it was scheduled to be paid by check immediately by our accounting dept. We were then told that this was not acceptable and that we were expected to pay upon demand. Considering the unprofessional treatment we had already experienced in having the job delayed, to be harrased for payment is absurd. We will never use this company again!

Felix and his crew are amazing. They certified our septic system. Thank you!…read more Our septic tank needed 2 24" covers and 2 4" clean outs. Our septic tank was not right until they came and were able to fix it. The septic tank had to be cleaned out and videoed. What was their discovery? Our septic tank had only one 24"cover . This cover was not heavy duty either. The 4" clean outs were only 3"clean outs. Nothing was right. Also discovered was that our sewage pit had collapsed! We had to drill, hand dig and put in a new sewage pit and connect it up to our septic tank. Now our septic system is complete and certified. This represents a ton of hard work to be accomplished during very hot weather. It took almost 7 days to complete our job. This was hard and very tedious work. But Felix and his crew are always up for the task. They do work very hard. I can tell you that Craftsman Sewers are honest, they communicate to you well and they do not leave you in the dark. You will know about your septic system with them. They do keep things as clean as they can. This is not easy to do. They even hand watered areas to keep the dust down for us. It was a true pleasure to have Felix and the Craftsman Sewers crew at our home. This was a once in a lifetime experience. Does this cost money? Yes it does. But are they worth it?
