For a few others, I completed online request forms explaining exactly what I needed. As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. As someone representing my client, I need a contractor who is responsive, professional, and efficient, and I realized I couldn't move forward with a team that made communication difficult. Fortunately, I then reached High Desert Septic. Miguel answered my call and from the very first conversation, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I spoke with him on a Friday--by Monday, he had the permits, and by Tuesday, all the work was completed. He kept me informed and even sent photos without me having to ask. It was an absolutely refreshing experience. Miguel truly stands out in his industry. His professionalism, efficiency, and pride in his work deserve ten stars. I highly recommend High Desert Septic. Thank you, Miguel Trinidad.

He made it clear he wouldn't touch pavers. He scheduled me in same week, had the septic pumped and certified without touching a single paver. Miguel is knowledgeable, knows what he is DOING- extremely professional, and affordable. Highly recommend Miguel for Septic pumps and certifications. Thank you again for your diligence. He saved me from an expensive experience, that would have ended in a nightmare. Trust someone who knows what they're doing, not someone who will damage your property, make a mess, and make it more expensive to repair at the end.

His happy communication on the phone, text, and his photo-sharing app allowed me to receive his recommendations and understand what needed to be done. You can tell how experienced he is as he's memorized the building codes and knows the correct way to make repairs. I've used him before and will use his whenever I need someone.

On the scheduled morning, the crew called to let us know they were on the way, arrived promptly at 9:00, and had the job finished and area cleaned up within 20 minutes. Better still, their price was the same as our previous servicing in early 2025 - even with the huge increase in prices on virtually everything since. What a pleasant surprise to find such continued value along with the professionalism and efficiency we have come to expect from Bennett for almost a quarter century! Thanks for everything, folks; it's always a pleasure doing business with you!

After rebuilding due to the 2003 fire, we were not allowed to have a septic tank as we are located too close to a nearby stream. We have had Sean and his brother Aaron out numerous times to pump the tank. It is fairly large, but they are able to get it done in about 20 to 30 minutes. They are always prompt with getting back to us when scheduling a service call and arrive well within their window promised. I feel their price is a bargain too as although gas prices and dumping fees have increased over the past years, the $350 charge has not gone up much over the years. This is a fair and reputable business. Thanks guys!

Once again, Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning did not disappoint. It's comforting to know…read morethat you can call a service company and their consistency of excellent work is something you can count on. We had two Cedar trees removed recently because of the plumbing damage they continued to cause on our property. The part of the sewer that is closest to our home was showing signs of needed repair. Several years ago Easy Rooter took care of the sewer line that was on the front side of our property. It's still working very well after 6 years. This time it wasn't a simple task to just dig up the dirt to access the sewer line. There was cement to remove, very large tree roots to remove, and old sprinkler pipes to remove. They replaced old plumbing that was connected to our laundry room and a bathroom. After scheduling for them to do the work a week in advance, they changed the schedule to accommodate us for the following day. The reason they did this was because our shower backed up that very night. Jonathan was at our home the next morning to discuss what they could do in full detail. I so appreciate that Jonathan took the time to spell out everything. When his employees arrived he introduced the guys who were going to do the work and then took them to where the work was to be done. I was pleasantly surprised that this whole job was done in one day! Jonathan has a kind and gentle demeanor. I can see why his employees bring that same attitude to work. Easy Rooter Plumbing and Drain Cleaning is the only company I will call because I can trust that they will do what they say they will do, they clean up everything and treat my home like it was their own. This is very important to me because it's so difficult these days to get reliable and efficient work done without feeling like you're being taken advantage of. Thanks so much Jonathan and the Easy Rooter family.
