He was very friendly and explained what to expect for the appointment. Harold came out today, quickly located the septic tank which was buried underground. I knew the approximate location, but with his tools, Harold found it quickly and went to work. Once he had Pumped the tank, he showed me the empty tank and let me know things were in good shape. He let me know how often I should have it pumped to keep the maintenance up for our family's needs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I am very happy with the work, customer service, and the reasonable rate charged. After the job, Harold did an excellent job of cleaning up, and smoothed over everything, making the landscaping look virtually untouched! Highly recommend!
