Miguel at High Desert Septic saved the day! It was just…read morebefore Thanksgiving, most of the companies I called went straight to voicemail, noting they would not return until after the holiday. For a few others, I completed online request forms explaining exactly what I needed. As a real estate broker working under a strict deadline, I needed timely responses--especially since this property had two septic tanks that required certification. When an inspection was finally scheduled, one tank passed, and the other needed to be replaced. Although the field technician was fine, the office staff at that particular company seemed distracted and short--they weren't rude, but they clearly didn't have the time or patience to help me get the information I needed. As someone representing my client, I need a contractor who is responsive, professional, and efficient, and I realized I couldn't move forward with a team that made communication difficult. Fortunately, I then reached High Desert Septic. Miguel answered my call and from the very first conversation, he was pleasant, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I spoke with him on a Friday--by Monday, he had the permits, and by Tuesday, all the work was completed. He kept me informed and even sent photos without me having to ask. It was an absolutely refreshing experience. Miguel truly stands out in his industry. His professionalism, efficiency, and pride in his work deserve ten stars. I highly recommend High Desert Septic. Thank you, Miguel Trinidad.

He made it clear he wouldn't touch pavers. He scheduled me in same week, had the septic pumped and certified without touching a single paver. Miguel is knowledgeable, knows what he is DOING- extremely professional, and affordable. Highly recommend Miguel for Septic pumps and certifications. Thank you again for your diligence. He saved me from an expensive experience, that would have ended in a nightmare. Trust someone who knows what they're doing, not someone who will damage your property, make a mess, and make it more expensive to repair at the end.

I was in the middle of a selling my house. The buyer had already done his home inspection but…read moreasked me for an additional sewer inspection. So I called S & G which assured the inspection would be no issue, cost $375. 5 days later Jude and crew show up to inspect the line. Jude went in about 70 feet and then said he noticed something. I went on the roof with him to look at a fuzzy video which told me the amateur plumber/customer nothing. There was nothing backing up in the line so I was relying on his expertise. I asked him to be specific on the report and give me an estimate for the repair. He said he would get back to me about the cost of the repair. He scribbled something illegible on the receipt that when I showed the buyer later that day he asked for clarification and a video. I called Jude back. He came back the next day and took a video on his cell phone of the fuzzy images on his scope at 70 feet which he verbally narrated that there was an uneven connection. I reminded him the customer wanted a written report along with the videos to be emailed to their address. A few days later Jude then complained that he had already been to the property twice and he was doing me a favor and didn't charge extra me to come back. Then he said he could give me a certification for $895. This is 5 days past the first inspection and still no quote for fixing the reported connection issue. To move things along, I called the S & G office directly to ask for a quote for the repair so I could negotiate with the buyer. They said they would get back to me - they never did. Meanwhile, my original buyers backed without stating a reason, although I suspect they were discouraged, and perhaps suspicious, by the two-week delay to get a proper sewer inspection report. The next week I decided to do my own home seller inspections and called BPI, who offered a sewer inspection for an additional $300. Best money spent as their video was crystal clear and showed NO issues at 70 ft mark. They linked the videos in a professional report and helped me sell my house a month later. Down side, besides the enormous hassle and aggravation, is my house sold for 6k cheaper than the original buyers offer.

After arriving on time, the plumber first check the air vent to see if that was the problem. Had it been the answer, he could have fixed the system in minutes. Unfortunately, it was at the main line. He then found the main line, worked the router in an out like a surgeon for two hours until the blockage was totally removed. Everyone associated with the project acted in a thoroughly professional manner, and exhibited great expertise. Considering the extent of the work, the price was very reasonable. I would have no reservation recommending S.G. pumping service
