ASAP pumping came to clean out my septic tank back in 2019 or 2020. My husband and I were so impressed with your services and attention that after 6 years I dug through all my notes to find their info. They are a family owners company which I love that, every time after their service is done they give you a call or if your home they go over with your and show you how clean everything looks and let you know if you are doing a great job with keeping your septic tank in good conditions or not. I highly recommend them. read more

Unfortunately, they do not service my area. However, Michael called me back right away, which I greatly appreciated. Super nice, very professional. read more

I was torn between four stars and five stars and I went with five stars because of Harold. The only reason I considered dropping it to four was because the person that booked my appointment gave me the wrong time window. So I was waiting around and when I called they apologized and said they told me the wrong time window so it was going to be about an hour and a half later. But that happens from time to time. So the five stars is because Harold was fantastic. This man is a one man show. My house was very old and I inherited it and did not know where the septic tank was. Using his keen eye he had a pretty good idea of where it was just by looking at the ground, and then he started probing with his tool and sure enough he found it buried. It was the afternoon and the sun was hitting him, and he dug it out and was able to get it pumped out for me. When he was done, he re-covered everything and raked the dirt and rocks and hosed off my sidewalk area. He was so efficient and personable. And the price was right for what I anticipated which was a total relief. I would recommend this company and Harold to do your service. read more

Best outfit by far - I tried most of them with bad experiences. They are extremely competent, 100% honest & strive to do the best work at a very fair price. Very punctual & set appts quickly. I have an issue that requires liquids be pumped every 5-6 weeks, and they had helped me get through with reduced stress & reduced price. Most honest & competent company you will find. Thanks ASAP Septic! read more

My experience was superior with ASAP Pumping today. At work, a co-worker overheard that I was looking for a service company to pump my septic tank since it had been more than 5 years. Right away she let me know that she has been using ASAP for years. I called the company, and Michael from the company quickly set up an appt. for the same week. He was very friendly and explained what to expect for the appointment. Harold came out today, quickly located the septic tank which was buried underground. I knew the approximate location, but with his tools, Harold found it quickly and went to work. Once he had Pumped the tank, he showed me the empty tank and let me know things were in good shape. He let me know how often I should have it pumped to keep the maintenance up for our family's needs. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and personable. I am very happy with the work, customer service, and the reasonable rate charged. After the job, Harold did an excellent job of cleaning up, and smoothed over everything, making the landscaping look virtually untouched! Highly recommend! read more

They are very reliable and trustworthy. Harold was very friendly and honest which we really appreciated.

Well to start from the top, Asap pumping is the only septic tank service I've ever used except maybe one time if even that. They do give a military discount and I appreciate that. But equally as important, they are reliable and committed to their service over the years I have never had a complaint. read more

There are your "go to" people! Great service, communication and timely ingetting the work done.

Sure glad I called ASAP Pumping. Debbie was a pleasure talking to while booking my appointment. Harold, the Tech, arrived early, and answered all my questions. When he finished, I told him, "It looks like you were never here." Not only did they save me hundred's of dollars less than the other guys, but pointed out the hole in the lid, the other guys did, the last time they dug it up, then threw a trash bag over it before covering it up. I'll be calling ASAP pumping the next time I need the job done right!. read more

I can't speak for their service but their estimate is $200 MORE than Rotto-Rooter. You want to help out your local neighbors by hiring them first but they have placed themselves out of the market by charging way too much. Sorry ASAP I would have hired you if your prices were reasonable. $500 to pump out a septic tank is absolutely ridiculous! It doesn't even take any training. I think a 15 year old could do it. read more

I'm so thankful that this company even answered their phone. I needed a septic tank pumped and they responded right away! staff friendly and courteous Thank you ASAP / Debbie and Harold I will definitely use this company again. read more

Emergency call in a Sunday, someone answered and scheduled my appointment. They had someone out within an hour and a half. Long before other companies had passed messages to their answering service. Thank you for the fast service and not having to deal with an answering service. read more

I didn't get the opportunity to meet with anyone in this company, but my ex-husband did and he said that they are just phenomenal. The customer service they give is old fashioned whereas they talk a bit while getting to know you. They explain things so that you feel a connection with what's going on instead of running blindly into the unknown lol. The prices are extremely fair (which is also old-fashioned), as we all know, everyone is just out to pull bills outta your wallet. So anytime you're looking for a great company that knows septic tanks, I would suggest using ASAP. read more

Really fast friendly service. They found the septic tank quickly and were really helpful and informative.

3/4/17 Earlier this week, booked an appointment ... to have our tank inspected. And the entire process was very professional. From Debbie the Office Manager ... to Harold, the Field Technician ... it was efficient, courteous and reliable. I strongly recommend Asap. read more

Beware! I have another pumping company here digging up my yard to reach and empty my septic tank. They discovered that the previous pumping company (ASAP Pumping) had put a hole in the lid of the septic tank and covered the hole with a bag of cement prior to filling in with dirt. I called the technician who did this and he gave me some serious attitude as did their receptionist. Their customer service leaves MUCH TO BE DESIRED!!! Think twice before hiring this company!! read more

Great service and reasonable pricing from this company! As new home owners, we wanted to have our system pumped, not due to an emergency situation, but merely due to the fact it hadn't been pumped since the home had been built. Debbie was friendly and efficient on the phone when setting up the appointment and she answered our newbie questions. Harold was amazing- we weren't certain where our tank was located, but he located and accessed it quickly, despite the fact it was inconveniently buried near a large boulder and under several conduits and pipes from the landscaping and irrigation systems. We couldn't even tell that he had dug it open, he did such an excellent job in cleaning up and restoring the landscaping from the dig. He made the entire process easy and simple, and he was friendly in answering all our questions, too. Definitely recommended! read more
