I invest in and renovate rural properties in San Diego county, and every time we get something with a septic system I call Anytime. They are always fair, friendly, and professional. We use them to maintain our Lakeside property, and in the one or two times they were too busy to meet my rushed/panicked (i.e. "I need to locate, pump, and inspect this tank today for escrow") schedule, they still were able and willing to help me with information from the county or simply from memory ("Yeah, dad remembers that one. Anytime septic just finished pumping my tank. Dan pointed out that the wall between the solids tank and liquid tank needs to be re-enforced. This is the reason the filter has been clogged and has to be serviced every 4 months rather than once a year. They are coming back Thursday to take care of it. I called Anytime septic because of all the reviews and claims of their honesty. Well I can confirm that they are indeed honest. We purchased our house a year ago and we did not have any proof that the septic company that did the inspection also pumped the system. So my real estate agent suggest I have the system pumped and send the bill over to the selling agent to have it paid. When I called Anytime Septic the owner said he's 99% sure if they did an inspection they also pumped the system so there would be no need to pump the system now. He asked if I wanted to put my name in his system and he would automatically reach out when it was the proper time to get my system pumped in a few years, which I gladly did. (Anytime Septic was right because I did call the company that did the inspection originally and they confirmed that it was pumped when they did the inspection.) So if you want an honest company that won't pump your system if you don't need it pumped look no further. read more
