They initially had me later in the schedule, but the office team was super responsive and accommodating--they texted back quickly, explained they'd try to bump me up, and kept me updated. In the end, they squeezed me in around 10am, which was perfect! The crew showed up right on time, were professional, friendly, and got the job done efficiently and cleanly. No mess, quick pump and inspection, and they left everything spotless in my backyard (even with all the plants and stuff around the access point). Communication was top-notch from start to finish--morning check-in texts, heads-up when they were en route, and a call number if needed. I've dealt with septic services before, but this was one of the best experiences. Honest, reliable, and they really go the extra mile to make it work for the customer. Pallandino Trench and Septic recently consulted on another project on another septic tank in another area on the same commercial site.
