Memo came four times for a basic issue, none of these visits actually fixed it. First time didn't even touch the agreed upon issue. I had called them Monday to fix my shower and an agreed upon appointment of Weds between 10am-12pm was scheduled. Reminder text messages were sent and time was set aside for them to come. When the tech did not show up, I called the company in which I was told the technician car broke down and I would need to be rescheduled to Saturday. This was not acceptable and I ended up finding another company that came within an hour and fixed all my problems. I would have preferred to have gotten a call either at the tail end of the 2 hour window or immediately when the company was aware that the technician was unavailable. Contrary to their motto of being the honest plumber they are far from it (should have been a warning sign when they say that). Angel provided a bid to repair a main drain leak for $4600 which I approved. The same day the work started he called back and said it would be ~$10,000 because they dug up the pipe and there was more damaged pipe that needed to be replaced. I asked him to stop work and bill me for the work done that day. He invoiced for $600 which I paid right away. The next day I had another plumber out to do the work and he said nothing was dug up and little to nothing was actually done. We're fighting the $600 with our card company. Beware! read more

There is no website listed and they are trying to pass themselves off as a legitimate business. I guess the Elite Rooter name is so bad they had to resort to finding a company with a better reputation and steal their customers. Make sure you know who your are talking with before they come out to your house. I don't think Elite Rooter is even a licensed plumber. If you buy a car from "Honest, Never Going to Break, Used Cars", you know darn well the engine is falling out half way down the block off the lot. Why was I so naive!?! The name "Integrity" is a joke. From my experience, they are looking to turn small jobs into massive jobs at any opportunity and will tell you anything to make that happen. They prey on the ignorant in need of immediate plumbing assistance. I won't get into the whole story, but long story short, if you've already headed down the rabbit hole, get a second opinion on whatever they tell you, you won't regret it. Did I have a plumbing problem, yes. Was it a $25-$30k job as they told me, absolutely not. I am glad I am not that gullible. From reading other reviews, it seems that I am not the only one with this experience and it seems like nice people were taken advantage of. Had I posted this sooner, I might have saved others some grief. They would've taken me to the cleaners had I let them. Life lesson learned. Predators exist. I find their name, Integrity, ironic after my experience with this company, specifically the Division Manager, who I would expect to be somewhat professional and polite. They are over-priced, and the way he spoke to me and argued with me was incredibly off-putting, disrespectful, and childish. I couldn't believe it, really. After a septic back-up, we called these guys over for a free estimate and diagnosis of the pipe situation. Greg scoped with his camera, which showed significant roots in the pipes due to some sort of crack. This part was free, but to get him to flag the area where it needed to be dug up and fixed, maybe 5 extra minutes, was $500! As a property manager, who has had many houses' plumbing scoped, I have usually paid half or less for the same job. But I was desperate for the information, and figured I could get other quotes for the excavation and repair part of it, as long as I had all the information about where the problems were. So I bit the bullet and paid the whopping $500, being sure to ask multiple times about if this one particular spot was the only problem area, and if I were to dig this part out and fix it, I would be good. Believe me, I didn't want to pay this large sum and not have the complete needed information to complete this job (whether it was on our own, or by someone with more reasonable prices, since these guys wanted $3500 for what would be a day of work to dig and replace a piece of pipe). I had him show me exactly where I would need to dig and the exact spot where the crack in the pipe was, and was assured that this was it. I had the job priced out by a few people that neighbors and friends recommended, and had the whole area dug up and the piping replaced in the area that was marked by Greg. A few days later, all toilets in the house clogged. I could hardly believe it. Naturally, I knew there must be another problem area, other than the one that Greg marked, since all of that flagged area was now brand new. So, feeling as though I did not get the complete information needed to fix the job, after paying $500, I asked that Greg come back and re-scope. He argued with me over the phone about this for quite some time, as I calmly tried to restate my case a few times, and he got fairly heated about this request of mine. I eventually had to get my husband on the phone with him, too, at which point he finally said he would come by when he had time. I was friendly to Greg when he came by, telling him how much I appreciated him taking the time (maybe 20 total minutes), to re-scope and make sure there was not another crack that he had missed the first time. The initial flagged area was perfectly clear now, after having that area replaced, but now he found another part that was sagging somehow and should have also been replaced while the other work was being done. SO, now, even after having paid $500 to have the needed information, and couple thousand more to have it fixed, I still had a problem because the scope and flagging he had done, which I was basing everything off of, was not in fact complete. This was straight-up proof that I didn't get all of the information I needed or I paid him for, or he should have at least made it clear that he could not definitively tell me if there were more issues. He huffed and puffed about giving this additional information to me, and flagging the second section. He insisted that he had told me that there could have been more problems, but that he couldn't get to them with the camera (totally false). He berated me for like 10 minutes about how he can't do this kind of thing for free (I think he forgot I paid $500 to have this info), and that I "just didn't want to hear it at the time" (Again, of course I wanted to hear it--that's what I was paying him $500 for.) I wanted every bit of information I could get so that I could properly fix the problem, and made this very clear to him at the time. It felt like arguing with a middle school bully, while trying to keep calm and tell him I appreciated him coming back, which I did, but was so offended by his manor. The fact that he spoke so disrespectfully and was so rude, was unbelievable. I couldn't believe anyone would behave this aggressively and abrasively, especially someone in a managerial role. It left such bad taste in my mouth. Be wary of this company. There are so many good, honest people out there, but this was not one of them in my experience. If I were the owner, I would never let someone like this represent my company. Bad vibes. read more

Our pipes collapsed in our house less than a year after moving in and we received the worst news a homeowner could receive- we needed to replace everything under our slab foundation. They were going to have to drill a Shawshank redemption size hole in the floor of our bathroom as well as in our patio in the backyard etc. These guys worked with us and got started on the $20,000 job right away. They worked quickly and seemingly efficiently and had everything done relatively fast, which we appreciated. However, once it came down to getting our bathroom back in order (paint, spackle, baseboards etc) these guys left it how you would expect a public bathroom to look at the beach. They "color matched" our paint (did not match) and painted the wall halfway down so we had an awesome stripe going across the main wall of our bathroom. They left a piece of baseboard missing completely. The grout was missing from around the toilet. The issues kept piling up. We asked them nicely and multiple times to come back and fix this seeing that we felt a $20k investment should at least have a reasonable cleanup. They took months to get back to us and when they finally came to do it again, it was no different after they left. They painted our towel racks and all the hardware in their attempts. Half the wall was painted, half was not (when you're dealing with flat vs glossy paint that doesn't quite work). In the end, if they had finished the job correctly with "integrity" we would be happy to recommend these guys. But my husband is currently fixing our entire bathroom as I write this, and after paying more than the price of a car for this job we both feel they should have left our bathroom the way they found it as they said they would. Literally they said "it will look like nothing happened". We wish we could give more stars because Devin the project manager is AWESOME, but we just can't. read more

So, as a kindness he changed the long fluorescent light bulb. No charge. I'm 75 so I don't climb ladders anymore. Hooray for Ehsan. BTW. called integrity today to unclog a drain. Once the video was completed, I was told that I needed to have 55 ft of sewer line hydo cleaned. The price they told me was 1500.00 dollars!!!!!! I paid the 79.00 for the video, no drain cleaning was involved, as their advertisement says. I called another drain cleaning company and they came out and videoed the same line and hydro cleaned the line for 320.00. Do we need companies like this that prey on people in distress? I would have given the company 4 starts when the service was first performed in February of 2018. They replaced our water heater with the added expansion tank among other things. However, I had a plumber out for something unrelated today and he noticed significant rust build up on the pipe connecting the expansion tank to the water heater. The Integrity worker had mixed metals (brass and galvanized pipe) which caused accelerated corrosion, which may or may not have caused the expansion tank to fail. Repairing this mistake today cost me $165 (not counting the new expansion tank). read more
