Kevin O'Rourke was our service technician, and we could not have been happier with his work. All American responded quickly to our call, and Kevin quickly located and capped the leak to prevent further damage. He thoroughly explained our options, from repairing the immediate leak to taking preventive measures to avoid future in-slab leaks. After discussing the pros and cons, we decided to move forward with a downstairs re-pipe to replace any pipes that were in the slab, along with replacing our pressure regulator and several older valves. This was a major project involving rerouting plumbing through the ceilings and walls, but Kevin guided us through every step of the process. He was knowledgeable, patient, professional, and always made sure we understood the work being done. It is rare to immediately trust a service technician you have just met, but we had complete confidence in Kevin and his recommendations throughout the project. After the plumbing work was completed, they also provided excellent referrals for stucco (thank you Carlos) and drywall repair (thank you Hugo at California Quality Drywall) to help restore our home as quickly as possible. Ability is legit, professional, on-time, and did a great job replacing a whole house water filter. The work was done in an out of the way space under the house, but the plumber took pride in his work and ran the copper pipes in a way that looks nicer than what was installed previously.
