I cannot rave about happy plumbing enough! Not only are they great at immediately getting out here to fix some thing, but they are a great value with their pricing and make sure that any Restoration or mitigation that needs to be taken care of immediately is called in ASAP to protect your home. We had a dishwasher leak that could have potentially ruined way more than it did. If I could give them more than five stars, I would! I called Happy Plumbing because my parents' water heater had stopped working and they had no hot water. My original call netted an appointment 2 days away. Later that same day, I received a call from Effron from happy plumbing. He had just finished a job in out neighborhood and wanted to stop by and look at the water heater for a diagnosis. 30 minutes later he was looking at the water heater. He determined replacing the water heater would be the most efficient solution and even managed to garner a $600 discount for my parents. 2 hours later he had finished the job and was trading stories with my mom about grandchildren. I had to call a plumber the day after these guys left to check everything that they did and redo most of it. They cost $398. Wanted to charge me $1200 to set two new toilets! They left old leaky valves on the back of the toilet they reset. I don't think it was the technicians fault. I think he was rushing and had too many jobs booked. I actually felt bad for him. I had to pay another plumber $675 the day after they left to fix everything. Do not recommend. read more

I had the pleasure of having my hot water heater installed by "Robin", first I'd like to say how professional this young man is. He was very respectful, technical, and very knowledgeable. He explained any question I had asked. He answered them very politely but also confident in he's answer. I Enjoyed Robin's communications skills, he was a pleasure to talk with. Whatever you're paying him, give that man a raise! Finally the work, right? It was obvious from the start Robin took pride in his work, ensuring all installation codes were met, including but not limited to, the calibration of the electronic control unit for max heating efficiently. "He adjusted the temp for me", Seriously, this technician went above and beyond by polishing the copper tubing that feeds my newly install hot water heater. I haven't done or seen that kind of attention to detail since I left the military. As we used to say in the Navy "Brovo Zulu" Robin. I gave Happy Plumbing 5 stars as I have declined their service, so have no idea about the quality of their work. I'm guessing that Happy Plumbers are awesome if you're wealthy or extremely rich. I needed a wax ring replaced in my toilet in the city of Santee. Happy Plumbing quoted me a price of $680. I found another local plumber (Plein Plumbing) that completed the work for $140. Judge as you may. My guess is that customers of Happy Plumbing have more money than sense. ;-) read more

About an hour later I get a call from the plumber in the field saying he cannot make it today, how about tomorrow. I have too much experience dealing with nonsense like this. We asked for a quote for the additional service they proposed. They indicated they had to come back out and charged an additional $500 for preparing the quote because they had to send a camera down. My bathroom sink was leaking like crazy. I thought a handyman had fixed it, but it turned out to be a temporary fix that didn't last. (Well, duh me.) Here's the thing about doing business with anyone: things don't always go smoothly. What matters is how a business responds to problems. Happy Plumbing came through with flying colors. This was supposed to be a simple job. Replace the pea trap under the bathroom sink. First of all, Paul made sure that he could replace the metal pipes with plastic ones. Apparently, not every building allows it. Turns out it's just the pipe coming out of the wall that has to be metal. But he bothered to check. He provided an estimate on the spot and I signed the approval on his iPad. The work is guaranteed for one year. Unfortunately, there was an issue with the angle at which the main pipe came out of the wall. He really tried but just couldn't get things to line up. After a couple of hours, including two trips for parts, he made arrangements for his boss, Blake (the owner), to come out the next morning. Blake was on time, quickly fixed the issue, and did not charge more for the extra parts. That's how a company should deal with a problem. Resolve it quickly and keep on smiling. I would absolutely call Happy Plumbing in the future. I recommend you do the same. read more

Called Happy Plumbing to get a gas line clamped and moved into the wall as it was no longer being used and get a quote on some plumbing work. Was told there was someone available same day which worked for us. Got a call from Jake when he was on his way, he arrived promptly as scheduled. Jake quoted the gas line on the spot, and said he could get the job done there and then as long as he had the parts he needed, which he did. Work was done, quickly and efficiently, despite an unforseen hiccup (no fault of his- xray vision into the wall would have come in handy!). Drywall damage was as expected. Jake was super polite and open to me asking questions to apease my curiosity on the process as he went along. He cleaned up on the way out. Price was comparable to other quotes we got. Don't have an issue on the weekend unless you have another plumber to call. They then couldnt actually come on Tuesday after I called on Saturday at 7am, was Wednesday before they came out for a major issue based on a failed pump they installed 13 months prior. The technician Robin was very knowledgeable and polite. However, he was here for an hour, fixing a clog in my on-demand water heater. The charge for that hour was $445. He cleaned a couple of filters and let me know that to reinstall my water heater to code would be approximately $1400 for 3 hour service. Come on. 2 weeks ago I noticed my water heater had gone out. This was at about 10am. I went to Home Depot and bought a new heater, called Happy plumbing at 11:15 and the arrived by 1 to do the install and removal. They did a great job clearing out the space and giving it a refresh for the new heater. Made a couple adjustments for me too so we can ensure it was going to work great as this heater was slightly larger and going in a small place. Really happy with the entire experience from the call to set up the appointment to them pulling away with the old heater. Def recommend. read more

Was recommended to Happy Plumbing from a coworker/friend. So on Monday I submitted an online request to have a couple issues looked at (nothing too urgent) and within an hour I was contacted and had an appointment that day. The technician arrived early, but called to let me know and ask if that was okay, and within 30 minutes gave me a quote for our toilet and shower with a good explanation. I scheduled work a few days later, mostly because I wanted to try some of the tech's suggestions to see if they would resolve/remedy the issue with our hot/cold in our shower and the recirculating system we installed several years ago. On day of appt the tech arrived right in the middle of the 9-11 window, he called when he was on his way, and fixed our first issue with a toilet (and ensured me there was no damage to the sewer line). We then discussed the shower issue further, our experience between Monday to Thursday with his suggestions, and he then suggested another easy fix to see if that worked. It was so nice to have a plumber suggest common sense solutions before charging me lots of money to completely replace something that may or may not be the source of the problem. Awesome!!
