I needed my septic pumped. They came out same day. My septic portholes were over 2 feet underground and I wanted risers put in so futuelre pumpings would tear up the landscaping we are putting in. He came and put them in but I wasn't able to be home to remind him that I wanted the tops about an inch or 2 under ground level. He came back out at no additional charge and recut them.
