In the end, they squeezed me in around 10am, which was perfect! The crew showed up right on time, were professional, friendly, and got the job done efficiently and cleanly. No mess, quick pump and inspection, and they left everything spotless in my backyard (even with all the plants and stuff around the access point). Communication was top-notch from start to finish--morning check-in texts, heads-up when they were en route, and a call number if needed.
