If its new and just done. You might be able to fix it with sand blasting but it depends on what you need done. Does not seem like he wants to even look at the job to do work. Cement demo and replacement, astro-turf, transplanting - quick easy and a little messy We hired Watersedge Landscape to do cement work and lay astro turf in our small backyard. We were afraid our yard was too small, but no job is too small or big for this company I guess! We were extremely happy with the price, process, the people and the outcome of their work. Their work includes weekly maintenance, irrigation, plant installation and flagstone installation in some areas of our gardens. George, the owner, and his crew led by Manny are responsive, reliable and have done excellent maintenance on our property. Our gardens have won multiple local awards and was going to be on the 2020 San Diego Horticultural Tour before the event was cancelled due to COVID. Watersedge did an excellent job preparing our gardens for the tour, sadly the tour was cancelled one week before our property was scheduled for 400 avid horticulturists to walk through our gardens. Constant turn over of employees makes communication difficult. My outdoor rug was run over by one of the workers, sprinklers were broken, stone was crunched on edges where guys went over it, water system app they use to control sprinklers is controlled by them only - so if it is raining, flooding, too little water , it is constant hassle to get ahold of them to pay attention to. Workers had small grill cooking food, trash left from that, grass, trees, plants, vegetable gardens were not taken care of properly. Prices are high and quality is poor. read more

I called several landscapers and was pretty much blown off since I am not a millionaire. Watersedge did not. Steve Harbour the designer came out we walked the property, told him what I was hoping to have; pond/waterfall, BBQ island, drought resistant plants in a desert like setting. We walked the property and he made a full color blueprint of the design so I could see exactly what was happening. They hit it out of the park. My back yard is spectacular-perfectly as designed, gorgeous functional etc. This is not an inexpensive process, but if you want total transformation by professionals I would recommend Watersedge. I had a few maintenance problems -not due to Watersedge (gophers, rock fall, pump failure) they came in and fixed everything-long after warranty. Was referred but a trusted and professional company. Took off from work early and had my husband take off from work early to meet George for a quote for landscape and maintenance. After 30 minutes of waiting and waiting I called his cell multiple times. He didn't answer, never showed up and never bothered to even return the call despite a few attempts to reach him. Clearly not a company who cares about the clients, or at least prospective clients. Even if he had just answered and said he forgot and apologized, or even called the next day easily forgivable. But just leaving someone hanging using vacation hours away from both our offices to be there is just inexcusable. read more

Over twenty years I have planted, placed stones, and tried to beautify, but the plants grew together, the steps were loose, my drip hoses no longer worked. Jorge responded to my call, providing ideas and prompt service. His guys - Aaron and Francisco - were strong, careful, and experienced. I am very happy with the result. When my water source didn't have enough pressure, he sent Aaron back to make adjustments. His final bill was totally fair. They didn't stint on materials - now the boulders that they embedded in the soil and the gorilla hair mulch give the hill a lovely look, and my plants are coming back to life with regular irrigation.
