Worker left dry wall against his truck and when I walked out, it was blown over and cracked/damaged the front end of my vehicle. I walked back in to take my dog inside and when I came back out, they were moving it and looking around as if they were playing it off until I came over and told them I had seen it and got pictures. They then wanted to work everything out at first but after a while, started playing it off like there was no damage and saying it wouldn't have done that to my car. They then state information was given to me when it wasn't and after numerous attempts To contact anyone is difficult. When they do call, it's a mixed up story, if it was reverse and damage was done in their vehicle, it would be worse but companies like this don't have accountability in actions when something happened. Own up to mistakes and fix it, now my brand new vehicle has damages that probably won't get fixed because places like this refuse to be the bigger person and say "I messed up" good job make ready, try not to damage other peoples property.

We have been recently having problems with our sink and floors flooding due to our plumbing. Today…read morewe had Ricardo Garcia come out and assist the problem. He went above and beyond! Communicated everything that needed to be done, fixed the problem and even replaced the whole bottom damaged wood where the flooding water got into. This has been a reoccurring problem so the fact that he made it so that our lives could go back to normal and not be even more affected than it already has been was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend! They communicate everything beforehand, work fast and are professional.

Anthony and his father responded right away and gave me a very fair price for the demolition of three closets. Leading up to the job, they stayed in constant communication through phone and Yelp messages, which gave me peace of mind. On the day of the demo, they arrived promptly and came fully prepared. They were professional from the start, even laying down protective coverings to ensure my newly installed floors and carpet weren't damaged. The entire demo was handled with care and done efficiently. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. When I ran into an unexpected issue with a gas valve while trying to install my new stove, Anthony didn't hesitate to help troubleshoot and fix the problem. That level of service isn't something you come across every day. I highly recommend TNT Home Restorations for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to quality work.

We met with three restoration companies and are happy we chose S&J Builders. Sean assured us of his experience working with insurance companies, which was an important factor. S&J's crew, who did the demolition and restoration, were professional, efficient, and completed the work in the designated timeline. Sean showed up and was incredibly kind, knowledgeable and had us feeling optimistic about a resolution. It all went downhill from there, Sean was incredibly difficult to get ahold of for follow-ups and scheduling. I had to call the main number multiple times and often wait days to get a call back. However, we moved forward with a formal water test because of Sean's knowledge and direction on the process. The water test went as planned, they showed up and did a good job, helped us identify the intrusion, but we were promised a formal write-up and plan to fix. And that just never happened. I called multiple times, talking with Natasha, Kristen and Eric. Expressing the urgency of resolution (we had no AC or Washer Dryer until we fixed the intrusion and this was in the dead of summer). In fact, I never heard back from them until they followed up on payment (which was over the quote), and then of course they were very prompt to respond. I expressed my discontent with the service and my woes, and I was met with a matter of fact on this was the quote, please pay us. Oh, and some lame response about they sent the formal test results and repair plan previously (which they didn't). In fact, this was the same response I got over and over when trying to call Sean. "Oh, Sean emailed you or called you back." No he didn't.... So yea, knowledgeable technicians with horrible etiquette and terrible project management and customer service. How could I have 3 people managing our project and have it run this poorly. Please be warry of them, especially if you have an urgent issue. Definitely do not recommend.
