He power washed my back patio and then came back a few days later to put on a great glossy sealant that my wife really wanted. On top of that, he came back to help install string lights in my backyard and just finished doing a reapplication of the sealant. It already looked great after the first application, but my wife and I decided we wanted it to shine even more and Daniel was kind enough to oblige and was a pleasure to work with and talk to as always. I really can't recommend him enough. I would easily work with him again and refer him to friends without reservation.

Anthony and his father responded right away and gave me a very fair price for the demolition of three closets. Leading up to the job, they stayed in constant communication through phone and Yelp messages, which gave me peace of mind. On the day of the demo, they arrived promptly and came fully prepared. They were professional from the start, even laying down protective coverings to ensure my newly installed floors and carpet weren't damaged. The entire demo was handled with care and done efficiently. What really stood out was their willingness to go above and beyond. When I ran into an unexpected issue with a gas valve while trying to install my new stove, Anthony didn't hesitate to help troubleshoot and fix the problem. That level of service isn't something you come across every day. I highly recommend TNT Home Restorations for their professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to quality work.

I hired Power Wash SD to do a very complicated and difficult job, refurbishing several areas of…read moreslate that accented 'colored stamped concrete' in our exterior hardscape. The slate had previously been sealed with liquid polyurethane (plastic) by a different contractor about 18mo prior. TRULY TERRIBLE IDEA! While it looked great for a few months, it gradually began to badly discolor, so after 1 year it looked pretty bad, and was only getting worse (see before photo). I contacted several slate companies, many of whom came out to look at the job. All agreed that power washing was the only 'possible' solution, but very few would even offer a bid to try to tackle removing the discolored plastic. They all: (1) feared it would be too difficult and time-consuming to remove, and (2) further feared that attempting to do so would completely destroy the underlying slate. THEY WANTED NO PART OF THIS JOB. I was truly stuck! I eventually found Power Wash SD through Yelp and met with Javier and Camilo. They agreed they would try to make it work. While Camilo quickly became 'absentee manager', Javier proved to be a real stud. He worked hard. He worked carefully. He cared immensely about the job he was doing and whether we, as customers, were pleased as he was progressing with the effort. In the end, Javier was able to correct a serious problem another contractor had caused and most other contractors feared. And once Javier carefully and successfully removed the discolored covering, he re-sealed the slate with a more appropriate "slate sealer" that brought out the initial beauty of the slate (see After photo). And... oh yeah... he beautifully cleaned up his work (and the removal was quite a messy affair) every evening before leaving work. And finally, Javier always had a smile on his face and welcomed feedback as he continued to toil to do what most thought was an impossible task. What more can one say? Seriously, what more need be said?

Worker left dry wall against his truck and when I walked out, it was blown over and cracked/damaged the front end of my vehicle. I walked back in to take my dog inside and when I came back out, they were moving it and looking around as if they were playing it off until I came over and told them I had seen it and got pictures. They then wanted to work everything out at first but after a while, started playing it off like there was no damage and saying it wouldn't have done that to my car. They then state information was given to me when it wasn't and after numerous attempts To contact anyone is difficult. When they do call, it's a mixed up story, if it was reverse and damage was done in their vehicle, it would be worse but companies like this don't have accountability in actions when something happened. Own up to mistakes and fix it, now my brand new vehicle has damages that probably won't get fixed because places like this refuse to be the bigger person and say "I messed up" good job make ready, try not to damage other peoples property.

Prior to painting came power washing which created horribly spotted windows. Fortunately I'd had the great luck of running into Joe Ruiz of SpotFree Window Washing at my local Home Depot and when the painting crew finished I called him to scheduled window/screen cleaning and lots of overdue screen repair. The work was done beautifully. Sparkling clean windows, clean tracks, but as the number of screens needing repairs stacked up we agreed that it would be best if he could do the work on his work table. He returned later in the day to reinstall them and settle up. Felt the bill was reasonable.
