The results of hiring washaway solutions were the best I could have hoped for. This was a very difficult gutter and roof cleaning project. I describe at the bottom of this message just how difficult this job was . They exceeded my expectations. Alex who did the work was professional, friendly, efficient and very hard-working. Communication before the job was very good and the quote was in line with the price. I'm very pleased with the work. This was not your average gutter and roof cleaning project. There were layers of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. The gutters are a weird design and built into the eaves. He had to work from underneath and from the house side to get to them. The downspouts were completely clogged with pine needles. He had an amazing array of tools and hoses that made the job possible. It had not been cleaned in decades. They were weeds growing out of the top of the gutters and onto the roof - the layering of pine needles was so heavy. Alex pulled them out and even they had Roots that extended down into the downspouts. Again, I couldn't be more happy. read more

Great experience start to finish. Owner Mateo explains everything in detail. Worker Alex did an excellent job and we are very satisfied with our nice clean roof. Lots of neighbors complimented the difference. Aerial drone pics showed before and after results. The price was fair and I wasn't hounded daily by texts and emails from a few competitors. The clean up was great with a good rinse down of everything. We live in the Alpine area and there is a lot of dust and dirt in the air. I'm really happy with the roof cleaning job of my tile. I don't think it had been done in decades and the tile is now incredibly clean. Alex did an excellent job cleaning a 2-story house roof within 3 hours. And this was all done through Matteo who was willing to schedule the job within a 12 hour notice. I'd highly recommend working with both of them. Side note: The perimeter of your house may smell like bleach for a few days, but it does go away. It's worth not having slippery algae on the roof for years. read more

2 years of grime in an unoccupied house needed some TLC and this crew blew it out of the park. I signed up for services rendered, all separately priced. -Wash, windows, gutters, driveways, etc. The house looked newly painted. I was happy The reverse osmosis application on the windows left them spotless. More happy. I also ordered gutter treatment and they too were spotless. But I think he under estimated the time needed to clean them due to their strange construction and poor access (manufactured home awnings). The driveway didn't turn out 'as clean' as I'd anticipated. It's an old concrete slab with layers of flaking paint and my expectations were that the high pressure application would clean it up a bit. But all I ended up with were clean Flakes on the flaking driveway. I commented this in a follow up mail but understood that was another 'job'. I asked for a quote on that 'job' but never got a response. Despite the driveway hiccup I'm pleased with the service and would do business with them again. This team are on time and keep it neat. They communicated extremely well and timely in the beginning. read more

We needed a deep clean of our outdoor patio, which had pavers covered in bird poop, overgrown weeds, and algae covering the side of our stucco house walls. WashAway Solutions responded with a quote and detailed explanation of the service. They came the next day and arrived within the time window provided and finished within two hours. They were very professional, explained the cleaning process clearly, and did a very thorough job with the pressure washing. I would definitely use them again for future power washing services! My roof tiles look brand new and the best on my block! Alex did an excellent job cleaning my roof tiles, gutters and windows. He was very thorough and showed passion doing the job. I am so pleased that I found them on Yelp and spoke to Matteo who provided me with details of what will be done. Pricing was surprisingly affordable for all they do. What I like most is they took their time and didn't rush the job, that's quality service. They came through 100%, Alex was on time and reiterated what the job entails. I strongly recommend them, 100% satisfied! Thank you Matteo & Alex you guys are amazing! read more

As many would typically do, I requested several quotes from several providers. Matteo replied right away and later provided Very Thorough quote: 1. It was not the lowest one, I would say maybe on a reasonable side 2. The quote was complete and precise, I guess they use something like Google Earth to have a good understanding about the number of windows and roof overall. Competitors' quotes stated like cost plus any additions discovered later, which is always going to happen... 3. Unlike competitors WashAway uses treatment solutions for the roof not only to remove all organics, but to kill it completely. Based on that, they are able to guarantee 5 years of No organic growth on your roof 4. They use drone to make Before and After Pictures. Alex showed up on time, he is very respectful, considerate, and thorough in his explanations about what he is going to do. Needless to say, that Alex did a great job. He also took notes on any potential problem spots on my roof and recommended what needs to be done. I had a pleasant experience with WashAway, and will work with them in future. read more

The before and after is incredible. Didn't realize how dirty our backyard cement was until he started power washing. He also uses a high quality equipment to get a more controlled and concentrated clean. Very responsive, wasn't surprised by cost, and didn't try and upsell me. Will be using his services again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company. read more

Thank you, Matteo! Everything turned out great! The service this company provides is worth the price as this company does things right. I would use them again in a heartbeat. For those looking to get their roof cleaned or serviced, this company is the way to go. I have solar panels as well as a pool water heating system on the roof. It was no problem for them. This company is easy to work with, arrives on time, and does everything in the work description. The person who physically did the work for me was Alex. Very nice person! Did an inspection of the roof, showed me pictures from the overhead drone shots, and explained the work needed to be done. He allowed me to make some recommendations prior to starting which was great. Due to how dirty the roof was the job took 3+hours but I was extremely happy with how thorough Alex was in making sure the job was done right! Thank you, Alex! After the cleaning I received all the before and after photos as well as a paid invoice. You can easily use this info to support any insurance issues or for a home maintenance log. Great service and communication. Received a competitive quote and Alex showed up on time and got everything done very professionally.

Tech was on time, friendly and professional. Cleaning solution did a good job of removing the mold, algae on the tiles. Only complaint was that overspray caused some damage to plants and patio furniture. I had to spend an hour washing down everything around the house after he left. read more

We need to do a power washing of our roofs due to requests from property insurance company. WashAway Solutions offers competitive pricing among a few vendors we quoted. They arrive on time at the scheduled date, and works quite efficiently. The worker also moved two planters away so that they won't affected by those chemicals (those are indeed quite strong chemicals). Overall, after the cleaning, they provide before and after comparison photos, which looks much nicer then before. read more

I received a quick response from Matteo with a fair quote for gutter cleaning. I needed it done before the next rain storm on the way. He was able to schedule me pronto. Alex came out and did an excellent job and cleaned up every speck of gunk that came out of the gutters. Gutters are running free and clear. Matteo checked back to make sure I was pleased with the work. Pleased and impressed with both Matteo and Alex. I highly recommen. read more

Matteo was very nice to work with. He did my windows for the quoted amount, which was more than fair. He beat out two other companies, price-wise. He was very thorough with each window and even took the time to scrape off some stubborn paint overspray that was there when we moved in. Now, not a spot in sight. He was kind to my pets and my toddler who were very interested in his work. I plan on having him come out again! read more
