We had this company come out to clean our windows and replace a few bug screens. Two very young ladies came to do the job. They did not clean any of the window frames. They left dirty foot prints on the top of my daughter's bathroom counter top sink. There was water on the hardwood floors. I had to spend a couple more hours cleaning all the window frames. The bug screen looks pretty bad, not well stretched and has lumpy spots. The young ladies were sitting on the ground and cutting the screenings, it looked like a craft project from elementary school. Carl arrived much later to help them out. We later contacted Carl to let him know what happened and he never responded. We do not recommend them. I would give 0 stars if possible. DO NOT HIRE THEM!! I paid $350 for move out clean of a townhouse. The floors were dirty. Fridge and oven not wiped down. Drawers and cabinets and pantry not cleaned. Dust behind toilets in bathrooms and baseboards not cleaned. Trash placed on balcony?! Not taken out. I was running errands came home to my front door wide open as well as the sliding door to balcony wide open. I then waited all day for someone to come back and no one showed up. I spent an hour cleaning and wiping down everything at 6pm as I had to turn in keys. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!! read more

They were late--although they called to say they would be late, they were even later than they said they would be. Did not thoroughly clean window wells nor the window grilles. Very disappointed in the overall quality. I need to go back over all of the windows and do the detail work myself. Would not recommend! read more

Carl and his crew arrived right on time and went straight to work. They cleaned all of our windows and screens, our blinds were cleaned in place, and the solar panels were washed with deionized water and a soft brush. They did an outstanding job on every task. Got a quote for one of their services thinking I had used them before. Carl lead me to believe that and gave me a price based on last years service. We booked it. The night before I hadnt heard from them so I call to confirm. Carl asks me to send a text of address. Which I had already given when we booked, but ok. He texts me back a quote for almost double! Kinda wierd, pretty shady and totally unprofessional. We got someone else and paid almost the same as the 2nd quote from Carl, but they were up front about it and didnt decieve us about being a previous customer just to book business then double his pricd the night before. read more

We contacted SLIC for solar power, window washing and power wash our house. The quote was excellent and very reasonably priced. They not only did our outside windows but also pulled all screens and washed the inside windows as well. The solar panels were producing at 1% once they cleaned them it went up to 2,7% almost immediately! Very nice and super professional - can't say enough good about this company. What a great group to work with and we will be having them back in the Spring to seal our pavers and roof tiles! read more

Our homeowner's association was sending out letters to residents telling them they needed to get their tile roofs cleaned. We hadn't gotten a letter yet, but decided to be proactive and get ours cleaned since we had lived in our house 25 years and never had it done. Got quotes from several different companies. SLIC's quote included the gutter cleaning and was very reasonable compared to the other prices we got. Their communication was excellent. We were so happy with the roof cleaning, we decided to have them power wash the house and clean our windows also (there was an additional charge for that, but they did a great job on that as well!) I hired this company to put up Christmas lights on the outside of my home. Initial impression and service was good. However, it is now January 26th and the lights are still up and I just got a warning notification from my HOA to remove the lights within 2 weeks before getting fined. Now Carl (owner) doesn't return my calls or texts to find out when he will come to remove the lights from the outside of my home. I understand last couple of days the weather has not helped, but he told me he would come last week to remove them and never showed up or called. It is very frustrating to pay so much money as a single mom for this service, be told that installation AND removal was included in the price and I am now facing paying more money to have them removed. read more

I just had the best experience with this window cleaning company. I can't recommend this family owned business enough! The owner Carl gave me a very fair quote online (all other companies required an in person visit for quotes). He arrived on time this morning with a crew of 4. My windows now look brand new!!! It really was a pleasure to work with these guys. They were all so professional and friendly. He charged exactly what he quoted. I ended up having 8 screens repaired and our solar panels cleaned as well. What I paid today was LESS than what a previous cleaning company charged me for just cleaning the windows (no screen repair or solar panel cleaning)!!! read more

We were looking to have our windows washed and the floor cleaned with liquid polish applied. We agreed to a price that included 2-3 workers for the entire day to take care of these items. We ended up with only one worker showing up. And that was at 11am and he left at 4pm right after I ran out on a errand. The floors were not cleaned well. We do not have a lot of furniture but we expected the furniture to be moved for cleaning and polish but that didn't happen. Even some of the smaller items on the floor were never moved. The polish is very easy to apply, like spreading out water, but it ended up being very unevenly applied and with sections missed due to not keeping track of where he just left off. The windows were never touched. When I came back from running errands I noticed how poorly the job was performed. I called Carl and he agreed that the work was not good and he agreed to a refund but from there it was just a lot of BS and no check. read more

On April 13,2022 my father hired SLIC to come and clean our windows and tracks. After 9 months of construction on our home, they really needed a good cleaning. Carl came out and was as nice as could be and friendly. While Carl was washing windows, I was checking the tracks on the windows that had been completed. I noticed that they were not cleaned. I asked Carl about the tracks, his response was "they are really dirty." I agreed and said that is why we have you here. Carl then explained that he did not bring the tools and that he would come back to finish them. I asked if there was additional charge for the level of cleaning the tracks needed. Carl said NO. Carl was paid in full on April 13,2022 with the good faith of his return. Carl pulled no shows on two appointments and neglected to return my text messages. Finally connected last week and made an appointment for today May 14th at 8:00am. At 8:30 I called Carl regarding our 8:00 am appointment. Carl stumbled it was clear he had no intention of keeping this 3rd appointment. I express that I felt that there was always a reason why he no shows and that I felt that he took advantage for my father. Carl was no longer nice nor friendly. Carl proceeded to yell at me saying he was doing a service for FREE and hung up on me. My experience was not good and Carl's customer service really needs a refresher course. read more
