They were on time (ahead of schedule even), did a fabulous thorough job, and the pricing was fully transparent from beginning to paid invoice; no extra charges or upselling. 10/10 recommend Advanced for your solar panel cleaning needs!

We had this company come out to clean our windows and replace a few bug screens. Two very young…read moreladies came to do the job. They did not clean any of the window frames. They left dirty foot prints on the top of my daughter's bathroom counter top sink. There was water on the hardwood floors. I had to spend a couple more hours cleaning all the window frames. The bug screen looks pretty bad, not well stretched and has lumpy spots. The young ladies were sitting on the ground and cutting the screenings, it looked like a craft project from elementary school. Carl arrived much later to help them out. We later contacted Carl to let him know what happened and he never responded. We do not recommend them. We will let the pictures speak for themselves.

We received a rapid response from David Sinclair, the owner, for an estimate for various pressure…read morewashing projects. We wanted window cleaning, pressure washing of a slumpstone wall, cleaning a white louvered aluminum pergola, and an 8-foot stucco wall. His estimate was quite reasonable. On our mutually agreed-upon service date, both men arrived on time and quickly began working. Although we were concerned about the stucco wall undergoing high pressure cleaning, David assured us that softer pressure would be used and the wall wouldn't be damaged. When the job was finished we were so impressed with the results. Our pergola and stucco wall looked like new, windows were sparkling, and the slumpstore was free of algae and dirty stains. If we could change anything about the experience, we wouldn't wait so long to call for David's service!

We've been meaning to clean our panels for a while but other projects have taken priority. I came across ShineBros page and reached for a quote and scheduling. Cole was incredibly responsive which is always a great sign. Not only was scheduling a breeze, but Cole arrived exactly when he said he would, explained the process and products he uses, confirmed he is licensed/insured and OSHA trained, and overall was extremely professional and personable. I especially appreciated the before and after photos, the panels look brand new!! We should've called Cole months ago, can't imagine how much energy we could have produced if we did! I took a look at my Enphase app and have already seen a dramatic increase in production. We will be using Cole from now on - do yourself a favor and give him a call, you can't beat the price, it'll take seconds to schedule, and you'll be on your way to your solar system functioning just as it did when it was first installed. ShineBros has other services as well that I will be contacting Cole for a quote for.

This morning, I received a phone call from C.J. he asked for the layout of the vent, and confirmed my address. He proceeded to quote me the exact price and a window for this afternoon! I couldn't find anyone willing to do this job without agreeing to have ALL the vents in my house cleaned! I'll update this post after the service, but as of now C.J. made sure A Plus Window Cleaning is appropriately named. Update: Juan had a flat tire but the company called to find out if it would alright if he came late. He had a difficult time as my dryer vent was really, really clogged. Still he kept at it using two different snakes from two different starting points until he got the air flowing. He also said that if for some reason he didn't get it cleaned out thoroughly he'd come back. I wish every business was this responsive, efficient, and considerate of a customer's needs. Bravo!
