He took a couple of pictures and said he would call me the next day or following day to come out and fix it because they were working on a big SDG&E project. I thanked him for coming out. Here it is two weeks later and I still not have received a call. Very unprofessional and I will never use this company again.

Really shameful actually when if they spent their time and energy in being honest about things it would come back to them tenfold but I am used to someone doing work and saying things like hey I just wanted to touch base because I got all set up and snaked X but it's not clearing so I got the longer snake and it's still difficult but maybe this isn't your responsibility anymore at this length and it belongs to the HOA etc. Or the toilet is clear but the sink is still slow probably just needs one of those sticks you buy at the hardware store and get a little hair and soap scum out. Ok have a nice day! NOT the case with "quality" just a call at the end to get payment. What an icky feeling from a service business. I will call someone else in the future. So should you.

There very affordable compared to other plumbers & their work is good. The 3 times I called it was an emergency & all 3 times they get to me right away even on a Saturday. They are on call 24 hours as well. The last time I used them I called because I had a flood in the bathroom my main water line got backed up because of some roots cracking the pipe. We called & it was a Saturday afternoon, we got KIKI to come & help us. Installation included unsoldering the old fittings & soldering a new 1" regulator. The value of service & quality are tops as the water pressure in the house is now perfect with no dripping faucets. I was so pleased with the work Juan did with the pressure regulator that I called the company again over the weekend to schedule a replacement of a leaky 12 y/o garbage disposal. Since they were already going to be working on the kitchen sink, I also decided to update the old pull-out faucet to an updated pull-down faucet I purchased at Costco. Wow! It has now been two weeks. The renters are complaining that the plumber never came. I call and text and don't receive a call back. Finally, I get a hold of the son and he apologizes and says he has been busy. I ask when can he make time. He has no idea when he can do the work. Really didn't seem to care much about doing the work (pretty poor way to treat a long term customer). The son seems nice enough. Just no strong drive or interest. Bummer that the dad retired. The project started with several onsite walk-thru's with Frankie. He explained in detail what this major project would entail. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns and made several trips to the job site over the 10 weeks this project took to complete. David was the lead supervisor on this project and his crew consisted of Johnny, Rogerio, Fernando and Jose. To say that this crew was top notch would be putting it mildly. For 10 weeks these guys showed up 30 min early than their scheduled start time and never missed a day. They were professional, kind, courteous and very knowledgeable of what it was going to take to complete this enormous project.
