After an hour or more of trying everything, the owner came out to help. We gave them permission to do whatever it took, even if it meant the lids would break. One lid did break, but the owner did tell us of a good place to go to get good lids at a reasonable rate. Just one example of how they go above and beyond.

At 730, I got a call to let me know they had problems with their truck and would be there between 10-11. At 1130, I called and spoke to the owner letting him know nobody had shown up yet. He told me he messed up and would be another couple hours. This was now becoming an all day appointment for my client so I asked for a small discount for her inconvenience. He declined any discount at all claiming he doesn't make money on these jobs. I would have been happy with $50 off the $700 job but he declined to do anything to make up for his mistake. I understand that mistakes happen but it would be nice of him to offer some concession to show he values his customer's time. Definitely a poor experience for me.
