He kept me up date and explained the procedure thoroughly. Christian identified damaged areas in the tank wall due to age and amazingly was able to fix it the same day. He also found the lid rim was damaged and tried to save me some money with a larger lid, but it still didn't fit right. He brought back a custom lid the next morning that worked perfectly. Christian was a pleasure to work with. He was very patient, friendly and professional, despite it being 100 degrees with no shade. He told me he messed up and would be another couple hours. This was now becoming an all day appointment for my client so I asked for a small discount for her inconvenience. He declined any discount at all claiming he doesn't make money on these jobs. I would have been happy with $50 off the $700 job but he declined to do anything to make up for his mistake. I understand that mistakes happen but it would be nice of him to offer some concession to show he values his customer's time. Definitely a poor experience for me.

I had to call to find out what was going on. The office manager told me that they would not be coming that day to finish because they had scheduled another job for that day and that was taking priority. The earliest they could reschedule was another two days out. We never agreed to any change in schedule.Totally unacceptable! After the technician returned to finish, there was a small change in the scope of work that increased the price by around 10%. We agreed this was OK. We told the technician to have the invoice for the additional work emailed and we would pay it ASAP. We had already paid the original estimate for the whole job. The very next day we got a phone call from the office manager asking if we had received the invoice and had paid it. I replied we had not received it, send it again and we would pay it. The next day we get another phone call asking again about the invoice receipt and asking for payment. We replied we had received the invoice and it was scheduled to be paid by check immediately by our accounting dept. We were then told that this was not acceptable and that we were expected to pay upon demand. Considering the unprofessional treatment we had already experienced in having the job delayed, to be harrased for payment is absurd. We will never use this company again!
