He kept me up date and explained the procedure thoroughly. Christian identified damaged areas in the tank wall due to age and amazingly was able to fix it the same day. He also found the lid rim was damaged and tried to save me some money with a larger lid, but it still didn't fit right. He brought back a custom lid the next morning that worked perfectly.
