Relying on this information in good faith, I contacted their recommended, local contractor to discuss replacement and was quoted $5,000+, which caused significant stress. Because the claim felt serious, I obtained a second opinion from a licensed local company. That inspection located and excavated the tank and confirmed the system was not as described and did not require replacement. I requested a refund due to the inaccurate certification and lack of proper inspection. After receiving no response to my email, I called and spoke with Jeff. I was asked to repeat my explanation multiple times without resolution, and the conversation became defensive. I was told I would receive a follow-up, which never happened. This experience felt misleading, unprofessional, and inconsistent with industry standards for septic certifications. I would strongly recommend getting a second opinion before relying on any conclusions provided by this company.

It's 100 degrees outside at this moment. Sam and Charles spent a blistering day changing out my septic tank. They were so careful with my plants. Actually, they were careful with everything. They took away the old Swiss cheese of a septic tank (it looked like somebody used it for target practice). Who knew a septic tank was that big? We probably won't need another tank (and we definitely aren't going to that restaurant again), but if we do need anything to do with the septic system, we'll call Action Pumping.

So one day I see water coming out of my drive way so I call a plumber and he realizes that I have a…read moreproblem with my septic system and tells me to find a specialist. So I call my home warranty Co, they send a plumber that gives me a scary high price and describes the problem as a non functioning seepage pit, basically the 30 feet pit is not percolating( soil is not absorbing into the water), so it's getting full and water is coming out. I called 4 contractors Tim at Valley Drilling was the only one that didn't give me any shit(joke inserted) about getting a permit and didn't charge me extra for minor extra work. Tim sent his worker including Angel( 15+ year experience guy who worked like he was 25) and Steve the new guy. Both of them stayed till the very end. He also send 2 drillers that have been doing this work since they were kids with their dad. I think at the end I had about 50 years of experience dealing with my shitty problem. I even had the county inspector pop up and give his blessing. At the end Tim was solid on his price I was very happy they worked with my cement guy on getting every ready for a new drive way.
