I got a quick and accurate estimate by texting the ladies in the office a picture of my project in 29 Palms. They were great and got me scheduled the next day. Anthony showed up on time and got right to work. He did a phenomenal job converting my 3 valve to a 1 valve in the bath tub. He also unclogged 2 drains as a last minute request and checked my water pressure. Anthony was smart, quick and a talented professional. I will exclusively use Schroeder plumbing for anything I need going forward. Highly recommend to anyone who needs plumbing done. read more

They came out and replaced our shower valve and old swamp cooler line. They were very professional and efficient all around. Great customer service and I felt like I could completely trust them and their capabilities. And that's hard to find! Will definitely use them for all future plumbing services. read more

I called about an issue I had with a sink not draining well and a slight smell when the shower is on. They penciled me in over the phone for a next day inspection. Anthony called when he was about 35 min out and was friendly, professional, and clearly knowledgeable on the issues I was having. He identified and fixed plumping that had not been done correctly, cleared the obstructions in the sink plumbing and upgraded the trap and tailpiece, and also informed me that the company I bought my sink fixture from that has a broken plug has lifetime warrantees. Overall, my experience with Schroeder Plumbing was outstanding and I highly recommend them based on my experience and the fair pricing for work done. read more

We had an emergency water line break, and Schroeder Plumbing was willing to come out and fix it the same day! They were kind and professional! Highly recommend! read more

(Nov. 22) Really poor placement of our hot water heater which made fitting an enclosure over it impossible. When confronted, Brian told me I was supposed to tell his installation guy "how and where" to position the tank beforehand. I paid for a professional but I forgot to tell them how to do their job, I guess? No resolution, he just stopped answering. After they requested I pour them a 4' x 4' concrete slab, the last thing I expected was for them to install it directly in the corner on top of an existing electrical conduit. Just one man's experience. read more

I hired Schroeder Plumbing for two separate jobs. One was to fix and help assess our clogged storm drains in our yard. They came with a high end machine with snake and scope. They unclogged the drains and explained to us the real problem was that the drains were not sloping in the proper direction or angle. The second job was helping my parents replace two very old toilets with new dual flush types. All the office staff, Tony, and Anthony were very knowledgeable in helping me figure out what toilets would work best. They gave me quotes ahead of time for everything, were punctual, pleasant, and reasonably priced. I appreciated their expertise and won't hesitate to use them again for our future needs. read more

Schroeder Plumbing accomplished all our plumbing requirements for our remodel of a bathroom in one day. The project included re-plumbing a vanity area for two sinks, installing a new shower supply, control valve & showerhead, relocating a drain for a new toilet location and removing concrete to create a walk-in shower. In all of these elements, they accurately adhered to our measurements & schematic. Schroeder Plumbing confirmed the appointment the day before, arrived on time, had an amazing crew and cleaned up thoroughly. Highly recommended. read more

So happy with services provided by this company today! The tech that came out was courteous and knowledgeable. Price seemed very fair. Great service. Friendly (that's important to me) . Good work. Communicative. Fair pricing. ‍

My architect recommended Schroeder Plumbing to come help with a plumbing issue I was experiencing. They were friendly, easy to schedule, and communicated well. They even called to see if it was ok to come out earlier than originally scheduled. The plumber who came out was efficient and professional. He did a good job of explaining what was happening and what my options were. He made me feel confident that I was getting honest information. I feel like their pricing was reasonable and fair. I would recommend Schroeder without reservation. read more

These guys did some work for my mom, in an older modular home, and did a fantastic job repairing a drippy sink and replacing angle stops. I was pleased with the work. They were very punctual, and worked quickly. It was such a good experience I'm having them come back to rebuild a shower valve so my elder mother can turn the dial to adjust the water temperature. I highly recommend. read more

This is my second time using Schroeder Plumbing. I used them a couple years ago for a toilet ring repair and this time for a leaking outside faucet. Each time I was provided excellent service and reasonable prices. Thank you Schroeder Plumbing! I especially would like to give a Big Thanks to Mr. Tony... You are ESSENTIAL! I thank you for your promptness, professionalism and kindness. Mr. Tony adhered to all Covid safety standards if anyone is wondering about these measures. You Saved my Day and Sanity! Stay Safe! It's rare to find a business in Yucca Valley that provides Reasonable Prices and Quality Service that Schroeder Plumbing provides. More businesses should follow their business model. Thanks Again, Ms. Angela Wright *I was informed that Schroeder Plumbing is also providing Sewer Hookups. I will definitely be hiring them to do my hookup. I will then have the peace of mind of knowing I won't be being swindled by another company. read more

Redid shower valves in old homestead cabin. He came from Desert Hot Springs to Yucca Valley and he totally redid the shower valves from behind the shower inside the bdrm wall and installed new valves, showerhead and took out the old visible pipe that was inside the shower and then cleaned it all up nicely! It all works great now with great pressure. Look forward to using him on kitchen remodel! read more

Anthony was Awesome . He was on time and had completed our plumbing issue with no problems. I would definitely recommend . Thank you.

I have used Schroeder Plumbing on a variety of jobs, some small and a couple very large--to include hooking up our sewer line. Every single time I have worked with them they have been communicative, polite, responsive, professional, and on time. Recently, I had a small job that I thought I could do myself, which was replacing the hose line for my kitchen sink. After several days and quite a few tears, I finally broke down and called Schroeder. They were able to fit me in the same day and made the repair very quickly. I really appreciate them and their quality of service. And now I don't have to do my dishes in the bathtub! read more

I only have one bathroom in our rental and needed the shower repaired right away. I called several plumbing companies for availability, but got an immediate response only from Schroeder Plumbing. Kerry came out to assess the repairs a few hours later and give me a quote, Tony came out the next day to do the repairs. Both were so professional, efficient and great to communicate with! I hope I don't have any plumbing emergencies anytime soon, but if I do, I'm going to call Schroeder Plumbing! read more

Responded quickly to an emergency situation- Schroeder came out, assessed the situation and diagnosed the issue which was NOT in our plumbing after all, but rather due to a recent septic leach line replacement that needed attention. Schroeder Plumbing did an excellent job on my bathroom renovations for my investment property in Palm Desert CA. They were the only company to provide an estimate based upon a thorough description of the work to be completed and pictures that I submitted. I had two other companies provide a bid and both ended up being higher than Schroeder. Providing the bid electronically saved us both time and money. The plumbers moved valves from one side of the shower to the other and relocated a drain which was previously a tub. They also came back after the tile was complete to install all my faucets, toilets and trim. All work was completed timely and the final price was actually a bit less than quoted - demonstrated honestly. I would not hesitate to recommend Brian and Emily from Schroeder Plumbing. read more

Highly recommend! Prompt, courteous and professional. Anthony is amazing! Thank you so much, Emily!

I called for slab leak estimate. Spoke with Schroeder. Spoke also with Emily? Hostile. Appeared to discourage clients. Too busy? Don't know. $125 estimate fee. Waived if hired. Gut feeling is they're overpriced. read more

Can't thank Kerry from Schroeder enough. I had a group of girls at my Airbnb clog my septic line with "flushable "wet wipes. They literally used almost 2 full packs. I had another local plumber come out who I will not name because I'm not trying to call anyone out, spent $250 for them to clear my line. But not all of it got cleared. They did not go through everything. Two days later another renter complained that the bathtub was backing up with gross water. Sure enough there was still a clog. Called Schroeder and they had Kerry come out the next day for me and within five minutes job was done and everything has been great since. My only mistake was not calling them first. There's definitely a few other really good plumbers in town, but from now on these are my go to guys, and I'll do my best to try to get kerry personally cause dude was super cool and pro as hell. read more

Super happy with my experience from beginning to completion. Professional & easy to deal with and happy with the price I was quoted. Highly recommended!!! P.S. They ran a new water line from the main to my house. Now I have actual water pressure yipppppeeeeeee!!!! read more

Have used Tony and his crew multiple times for various plumbing projects. Will be calling them out in any future plumbing issues.

This owner used to have very competitive pricing and when Brian was just starting out , a very pleasant guy. Unfortunately this is no longer the case. My bills with them are paid in full (I DO NOT owe this company a dime) and his posts about stalking are false. Since my other review posted -- where he over-charged for what he claimed was leak detection -- his wife Emily has continued to harass me on every short term rental platform I was listed on. She even tried to book on a home that was in escrow and sent emails and texts from phone numbers and addresses using her maiden name. She also posted a false review on my other company site...very vindictive and extremely unprofessional. FYI:THE LEAK "DETECTION" JOB THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE FIXED HAD TO BE REPAIRED BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR AS IT WAS DONE INCORRECTLY. Best of luck to this company, hopefully they will take this as constructive criticism and change their approach and business ethics. read more

I've used them twice now. Once to install a bathroom sink and once to clear a clog. Both times received excellent service! I definitely recommend this company! read more

Had Schroeder Plumbing come to my business & waited on a quote. They led me on daily saying they'd get it to me in the next hour which then turned to days & then weeks. Only to get a call today that they are unable to fit me into their schedule. Could of saved me a lot of time & headache if they just said they were busy from the beginning. Very disappointed & now my business will be opening late because of them. read more

Before I share how good my experience with Schroeder was, let me share what led to me turning to them in desperation. I had a sewer line clog and had raw sewage running up my shower. I called Roto Rooter and they came out the same day. I figured as a national company they might be cheaper, which was the worst assumption i've ever made. The lady on the phone made sure to let me know that the consultation would be free (which it was). "Juan" showed up and he was very nice and seemed very trust-worthy. I showed him my septic system and in 30 seconds he had diagnosed the problem that I needed to dig up my septic system and insert a new service contact so they can service the tank. He said the tank was never serviced since the house was built and that I had no option but to pay $5000 to dig up my septic system and make his recommended changes. I was distressed and this news freaked me out because I don't have that kind of money. He told me I was between a rock and a hard place. He told me all types of things that could go wrong with other companies but to his credit he recommended that I look at other companies. I proceeded to call Hi Desert plumbing who were busy for the next few days and referred me to Schroeder Plumbing. The people on the phone were very informative and set up a consultation. They came out the next day first thing the next morning and with a snake they fixed the problem in 10 minutes and it cost $225 dollars. Anthony and Kerry were HONEST and didn't try to take advantage of a desperate situation. As a result, I am now a loyal customer. Juan from Roto Rooter said there were no other options to get my plumbing working. That was a complete lie. There were other things like going through the roof access point that Roto could have done that the second company would have done if the first strategy didn't work. Roto just wanted me to pay for the most expensive option without trying the low hanging fruit easy fixes. I'm really angry with them for wasting my time. Lastly CA state law requires all houses sold to get septic systems serviced. I bought my house a little over a year ago. Juan said my septic system was never serviced, which would be against the law and is a lie. I clearly didn't know much about plumbing and they tried to take advantage of a desperate situation. They clearly have "Free" consultations b/c if they charged for that kind of misleading advice, they woulds get sued. I'm letting you guys know because I want other people to know how unethical Roto Rooter is. He really seemed honest and he was boldly lying to me the whole time. Thank you to Schroeder. Now i don't have to poop in a bucket! read more
