Due to a previous plumber doing more damage than repair, we had to have someone else come out and…read morefix their mistakes. Raymond is who our home warranty sent to save the day. To be honest since we had such a bad experience with the first company they set us up with we were a little leery and apprehensive having another plumber come in. Right off the bat Raymond showed up with a smile and a friendly disposition. I gave him a run through of the things that needed to be fixed and he got to work right away. He worked efficiently and got the job done... even with my kids asking him 101 questions! It was nice to have someone who knew what he was talking about, and although the things we needed to be repaired weren't major, he still took his time in fixing them the right way (he even fixed the unnecessary hole in our celling from the other guy). Should we have any plumbing problems in the future you can bet I will be requesting him through our home warranty. Thanks for saving the day, you have no idea how nice it is to finally sit on the toilet and not be afraid of falling through the floor!!!

Extremely Disappointing Experience with Dun-right Plumbing…read more I am compelled to share my profoundly unsatisfactory experience with Dunright Plumbing. Yesterday and today, we faced plumbing issues, including a stoppage, a leak inside the wall, and a broken disposal. We called out home waranty and they assign this compnay for us to urgently take care of issue. We were scheduled on Thursday between 8am -4 pm I had to take a day off to be home on that long time frame but nobody showed up nobody called to give us update. When I called around 4 pm on Thursday Theresa was sorry about what happened and we respect that and gave them benefit of doubt and let them to schedule us for today first thing in the morning. Despite a promised early morning appointment between 10-12 today, Dun right Plumbing was a complete no-show again and no call. When we called for an update first she said oh I thought my tech already is there and then she said she will follow up with him but again I didn't hear anything from them, they continually changed the timeframe and failed to uphold their commitments, demonstrating a lack of responsibility and communication. Our attempts to address the situation with Theresa at the store initially seemed promising, but it quickly turned into empty assurances. The repeated delays and unfulfilled promises left us feeling taken advantage of, especially considering we were accommodating and flexible. It appears they played games with our appointment, prioritizing other clients over us. Despite relying on our home warranty for support in such situations, Dunright Plumbing's incompetence and lack of professionalism left us without a resolution. Even our request for the owner's name was denied, reflecting a lack of transparency. Now, it's Friday, and we are forced to seek alternative solutions for our plumbing issues, depriving us of the basic amenities of a functional home until next week. The entire experience has been nothing short of miserable. I share this review to caution other clients about the unreliability and unprofessionalism of Dunright Plumbing. It's crucial for individuals to be aware of who they are entrusting with their plumbing needs, and unfortunately, Dunright Plumbing falls short of meeting those expectations.

It took me some time to write this. I am writing in part to prevent others from experiencing what…read morewe did. We called a plumber because our cold water was starting off hot. Junior came by and informed us that we had a slab leak. We contracted him to replumb the house. Junior was pleasant and professional. He did the job quickly but I had some concerns from the beginning. The first concern I had was when he said the price did not include plastering the holes that he needed to place in the walls and ceiling. He said his company didn't do that then he said one of his workers could do plaster but it would be extra. It took one day for the replumb and then another to plaster up the ceiling. I was impressed at how quickly they worked and how they installed my plumbing because I have solid adobe walls. They put the plumbing in my ceiling. We also hired them to replace our main line from the street. This is when I started having concerns. I noticed I had no water spigot in my front garden. I asked him about it and he said he would connect it to the front for "free"; my thought process was I should end up with the water connections I had before the replumb. He connected the front spigot by running a hose from back to front along the wall. It looks horrible and is not flush against the wall. They finished connecting the main line and they left a mess. They squished a few plants on the side and they left orange foam in my garden beds. They also tore up some pavers that I had to put back. They left a pile of dirt and a stack of pavers. They dug up some plants and broke some garden decorations. I was okay with all that because Junior was so friendly and I thought we got a good deal. Then a week later during the heatwave I noticed my back sprinklers were not turning on. Upon closer inspection he cut the line and did not reconnect the sprinklers. We contacted Junior and he told us the replumb did not include the outside water only inside. He offered to connect the sprinklers for another S7,000. I was furious. Not only because I now had to hand water to prevent my garden from dying and the fact that he had the nerve to ask for more money but that we didn't end up with the plumbing we had. What he said about not including the water in the yard makes no sense. Our front sprinklers are connected. He connected our back hose and side hose but did not connect our back sprinklers or our front hose. It is like he did some but not all. If it only included the house he should have let us know and why did he connect half but not all of our outdoor water. I trusted this plumber and now I am questioning everything. I do not recommend this company. I wrote the stuff above a month before I posted because I didn't want to rush. I thought this was the end but in late September we had a leak where all of the outside valves were, we had to hire another plumber to fix this for an additional $700 dollars. Junior also called and asked to make what he did right but I do not trust that it will be done correctly or without charge.
