Of the four companies that came out to give an estimate, Marcos is the only one who didn't charge us for the inspection needed to give a thorough estimate. He and Sylvia in the office helped us dial in the estimate until when it was time to pull the trigger on a contractor, A-Team Drains was the only possible choice. They made the decision that easy. Being it was a timely repair, they were able to get us on the schedule within a week and communicated clearly and efficiently throughout the process. On the day of the work, Marcos and his employee explained everything in detail about what to expect, the scope of the job and what they had to do. They were both meticulous in preparing the area for digging up the sewer line, working with the company that installed the liner, and buttoning up the work when everything was completed. Invoicing and documentation was extremely thorough and Sylvia readily answered the billion questions I had for her.
