During the shower refurbishment, the team discovered a pinhole leak in my wife's bathroom (both bathrooms share the same wet wall) and was able to fix it quickly and inexpensively--what a relief! Chris is very reasonable and pleasant to work with Later and unrelated, I had a plumbing issue and got a quote from a different plumber. They quoted me a very high price however, Chris and Tom were able to help solve the plumbing issue for a way better price. We called around and got a few quotes and Michael was the only person that was honest and straight forward. Other companies told us we would need to pay a fee for them to pull a permit or re-roof the entire house and Michael straight up told me that due to the size of our job, a permit wasn't required by the city and that most of the roof was still in good shape! Seems like other companies we were in touch with were trying to take advantage!! I called Michael and he was able to go out and inspect our roof and give a quote in a timely manner.
